He was extremely rude and would not even give me any kind of estimated date when I could expect my vacuum to be repaired. He made a snide comment about if I kept asking him when the vacuum would be ready that I could just take my vacuum with me. Well you know what? I did just that and I called the vacuum manufacturer and told them to never send anyone to this awful, awful man. I have lived in northern Virginia for almost 40 years and I have never been treated as rudely as I was today. I have no idea how he stays in business.

The customer service experience is absolutely horrendous. You'll be met with nothing but immediate attention from Abdul when inquiring about any appliance for sale. He will be very helpful in selling you a product. After the money leaves your hands and you get sold a defective product, it's extremely difficult to get him to respond. I purchased a washer from him that stopped working after 3 weeks. It arrived with dirty laundry smell. He told me to cycle it a few times to make the smell go away. The smell never went away. Eventually it stopped working altogether. Not only did it stop working, it flooded my basement. I told him I need a replacement. The whole reason I bought a washer was because mine needed repair. I didn't want to deal with repairing anything. The last thing I wanted was to have a new washer that needed repair. He sends a repairman 4 days after initial contact.... Literally after 2 mins, he says. "You need a new one". So I'm like wtf. I took off work early for this. I try and contact him that same day at 6pm. He respond he will call me later. The next day at 3pm, I'm fuming because he hasn't reached out. I text him expressing my anger and he responds. He sends me photos of replacements he will send. He said he will send on Thursday (it was Sunday this day) . So now I'm waiting even longer to have this resolved. I text him "when on Thursday?" *Radio silence*.... TODAY IS THURSDAY!!!! He finally responded and said the washer will be here between 4-7. It is now 7:30. I have no replacement washer. I have no response from Abdul giving me any sort of update. It's not like I have nothing better to do than wait for a washer all day. Fucking horrendous. Save yourself people. It's not worth it. Do not do business with this company. You'll regret it.

However, when I called on the morning of the appointment to confirm, I was met with a frustrating experience. A technician answered the phone and stated that he had no knowledge of who had committed to the specific timing of the appointment. He added that he would come over whenever he was available within the designated service window. The technician's tone was dismissive, indifferent, and unprofessional. Due to this poor communication and lack of customer service, I canceled the appointment and scheduled the service with a different company. It is strongly recommended that the company invest in training its staff on effective communication and customer service skills to avoid situations like this in the future.

He told us he'd have the plans written up by the following Monday. That was 5/6. We finally got the plans on the 5/17. They said they were booked out and the soonest we could schedule the install would be the end of July, that seemed like a really long time and we had to push back our floor install and painting so we wouldn't be too log without a kitchen. The first day of the install they sent out a crew of 4, they did a good job and moved quickly, so quickly in fact that the crew manager who dropped them Off and left half way through was late coming back to pick them up so they had to hang out on our front stoop for about an hour. The second day crew was 2 guys, they lost the door knobs to a cabinet and never replaced the so we have to now go back to Ikea and purchase 2 more knobs. They also told my husband they would put an elbow in vent above the stove to ensure it vented properly to the microwave, he agreed to pay an extra $40 for them to do that when they came back after the counters were installed. The third crew came back after the counters and immediately started arguing what they would and wouldn't reinstall, they called to say we never asked for the reinstall (which we had with Milos and the 2nd crew lead) a gentleman from Zee Dee called and to let me know they wouldn't be setting up our appliances and got annoyed with me when I started asking questions he started snapping at me and pushing me off the phone. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. When I called back or went straight to voicemail. His cell phone is (571) 332-1160. The 3rd install took 2 days after the 2nd day my husband called to say the tore the brand new vinyl flooring when they put in the stove, scratched the brand new sink faucet when installing, did not install the elbow for the joint and used about a roll of tape to attach it, it looks horrible! And we're still missing the door knobs for the cabinet. No one checked in with us after the job, I emailed Milos and still have no response, I emailed the general email account with no response so I am now posting on review sites hoping to get a call back, email whatever to get these things fixed!
