She started tone-policing me, telling me to "lower my voice" just to make it look like I was the aggressor, when they were the ones mistreating me. They even called people from the back to "gang up" on me, creating an incredibly awkward and hostile atmosphere. ​Between the gaslighting, the untrained cashiers, and the broken pickup boxes, this store is a total mess. Management is the biggest problem here; they would rather pick a fight with a customer than do their jobs.
