Kyle rocked it and asked if I needed help as soon as I entered the humongous store filled with household appliances new and used. He immediately took me to the charger aisle and tested a universal charger on my laptop. It saved my day as I had a virtual highpower meeting to attend that evening. Kyle and Best Buy saved the day! + customer service + parking with disabled accessibility + appliances galore +/- could use better signage in the store to navigate items.

Clearly they don't understand the technology they sell well enough to know if a product is fit to be resold. On the positive side (but not enough to change the rating) was that Kyle was helpful for both the original purchase and the return. Also note that Google's address for this store is completely wrong. It is in the same space as the former full-service Best Buy.

I would recommend Appliance Connection as the perfect place to go for home appliances.

It's a small store but Ali was very knowledgeable, especially when he learned we wanted something very reliable. We had a pair of Maytags that lasted 37 years, something that doesn't happen these days with appliances. Ali suggested the Speed Queen washer and dryer which had 5 year warranty and 10 year for the motor - wow! Got both machines delivered the next day, fantastic install. It was all so quick, great advice and service. We don't live in Manassas but are in Fairfax so we really appreciated the next day delivery. Awesome.

So, to give credit where due, the experience was perfect, including the techs making sure the range was perfectly level. I purchased a brand-new refrigerator that was delivered with large visible scratches and a noticeable dent on the freezer drawer. I reported the damage shortly after delivery and provided photos. I contacted salesperson Rodney Pierce multiple times by email and phone. He did not respond to my emails, and the only acknowledgment I received was when I called him directly. During that call, he told me he would follow up regarding a credit or adjustment, but I never received a resolution. I eventually escalated the matter to store manager Billy Harris, but received no response from him either. Nearly two months later, there was still no meaningful resolution from the Fairfax store. My experience was that customer service was attentive when they wanted my business, but after the sale, the communication and follow-through disappeared. I ultimately had to involve my credit card company before the matter was taken seriously. Corporate eventually stepped in and offered a discounted adjustment, which I accepted. However, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability from the Fairfax store was extremely disappointing. After spending a significant amount of money on new appliances, I expected much better customer service. After this experience, I would personally take my business elsewhere and would think twice before recommending this location to others.

I purchased a stove from this store and have been dealing with issues for FOUR months. The original unit's oven did not work properly, and after months of back and forth, they replaced it , but I had to PAY EXTRA for the "new open box" unit. This was not a free replacement. When the replacement was installed, the installer tested it and said the stovetop wasn't getting hot because it had been sitting out in the cold for a long time. I was told that if I had any issues, to call the store. The stove never worked properly. When I called, I was then told they would charge me to send someone out to look at it, even though it was just installed and I was following their own instructions. I even had to physically drive to the store because they were not answering calls. While I was there, I overheard the manager say, "I'm going to take my time and eat my lunch, she can wait." After four months of ongoing issues, that level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Instead of taking responsibility or even inspecting their own installation, I was told it was "my issue." After months of stress, paying extra for a replacement, and still not having a working stove, I asked them to pick it up and refund my money. I paid for a working appliance. Instead, I experienced months of inconvenience, additional charges, and dismissive service. I would not recommend doing business here.
