The customer service experience is absolutely horrendous. You'll be met with nothing but immediate attention from Abdul when inquiring about any appliance for sale. I purchased a washer from him that stopped working after 3 weeks. It arrived with dirty laundry smell. He told me to cycle it a few times to make the smell go away. The smell never went away. Eventually it stopped working altogether. Not only did it stop working, it flooded my basement. I told him I need a replacement. The whole reason I bought a washer was because mine needed repair. I didn't want to deal with repairing anything. The last thing I wanted was to have a new washer that needed repair. He sends a repairman 4 days after initial contact.... Literally after 2 mins, he says. "You need a new one". So I'm like wtf. I took off work early for this. I try and contact him that same day at 6pm. He respond he will call me later. The next day at 3pm, I'm fuming because he hasn't reached out. I text him expressing my anger and he responds. He sends me photos of replacements he will send. He said he will send on Thursday (it was Sunday this day) . So now I'm waiting even longer to have this resolved. I text him "when on Thursday?" *Radio silence*.... TODAY IS THURSDAY!!!! He finally responded and said the washer will be here between 4-7. It is now 7:30. I have no replacement washer. I have no response from Abdul giving me any sort of update. One time 2 employees came over and helped me load 20 bags of topsoil and river rocks onto my cart and did it with a smile on their face. Today we bought a pressure washer and the young man who helped us had clearly been raised right and trained right on customer service. We were very impressed for his professionalism despite his young age, as it's rare these days to find a young person with such work ethic.
