I hired Audi Contractors to redo my master bathroom in my town house. The bathroom was really old and oddly spaced, so I knew the work would be difficult. Audi Contractors came to do a free estimate where they measured, took pictures, and drew diagrams of my bathroom, and then sent me a very reasonable estimate for the level of complex work we wanted done. My husband and I went to their gorgeous showroom in Leesburg and picked out materials. While we were there they offered us refreshments, were incredibly polite and accommodating, and very informative. They helped us choose what was right for our space and showed us different price options for each piece we had to choose, and even encouraged us to buy the more economical materials as opposed to trying to sell us on all high end materials. The process was very easy and they even let us take home several tile samples to see which ones we liked best. After we picked our materials they were ordered and construction began three weeks later (we had to order a few custom pieces, so that's why it was three weeks). The construction itself was very quick. We were told in advance that the construction would take 4-5 weeks, and they finished at the end of 4. The work included knocking down and putting in new walls, moving plumbing, heavy electrical work, and all of that was before they even installed the new shower, toilet, and sink. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and created a stunning custom master bathroom that had everything exactly as we had chosen it. The workmen were polite, punctual, and appropriately friendly. One of the owners of Audi Contractors, Jamil, came to the job several times each week to check on progress and checked in with me frequently about how I felt it was going. The finished bathroom itself seemed to have doubled in size, and all the complexities and odd spacing didn't seem to pose a problem for Audi Contractors. I highly recommend them and am in the process of having them come back to update my guest bathroom. I called Merchant Bath and Tile to get a counter estimate on the guest bathroom, just to see the comparison. Merchant's estimate was $6,000 MORE than the estimate I got from Audi Contractors, and I already know Audi does excellent work. The choice was clear for me. read more

Our experience with A&A Interior Concepts was excellent in all phases: planning and design, construction and follow-up. The design phase from start to finish was professionally performed by competent and well-informed professionals who took our ideas, improved on them, and then made them come true. Their beautiful showroom had wide-ranging displays of tub, shower and kitchen concepts, an excellent selection of tile, vanities, countertops, carpet, wood flooring, as well as numerous styles of faucets and fixtures. We found that the opportunity to view as an ensemble samples of vanity styles/finishes, countertops, faucets, fixtures and tile helped us to make informed choices much more easily. It was truly a one-stop shopping experience for all renovation needs. The construction phase was also excellent. The carpenters, electricians, plumbers and tile layers were competent, polite and they showed up on schedule. They minimized dust to the rest of the house and cleaned up after themselves each day. With A&A Interior Concepts' construction supervisor on site each day, it was easy to discuss adjustments to the design, estimate any added costs and to decide on changes while the work was underway. This creativity and flexibility exceeded our expectations. Of particular note: in both of the foregoing phases, A&A Interior Concepts professionals drew on their experience to suggest features and solutions that later achieved the qualitative difference between not just "satisfying" but rather "delighting" the customer. Looking backward, there is nothing we would have done differently--we have "unalloyed" enjoyment of our beautiful bathroom! This was our third positive experience with Audi Contractors. We have used Jamil and his crew for two bathroom remodels, and decided to have them do our kitchen. We live in a modest townhouse and weren't sure where to begin. Jamil came for an estimate and within 24 hours he emailed us detailed renderings with his vision for the kitchen. He had completely redesigned the space, making it more functional for our family, and incredibly adding to our resale value. He also gave us a detailed estimate that worked with the budget we told him we had in mind. I also want to mention that the project stayed completely in budget, even when we added a few things. We went to their large showroom and picked out products within the week. Jamil had the team's interior designer help us pick products that matched and went well together, and fit within our budget. We completed the product selection and signed the paperwork within an hour and were good to go. Jamil gave us a start date and his team was there on time, working five days a week, and sometimes on weekends, to make sure the project stayed on track. His project manager, John, was amazing. He gave us his cell phone number and was available day or night, to answer all of our questions. The kitchen is absolutely flawless (pictures are posted above as "Kitchen F," before and after. The products are the highest quality, the details put into the work are astounding, and the workers were polite, clean, and dependable. We made several last minute decisions to change a few things, and each time John and Jamil were 100% accommodating, and did whatever we asked. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family. They do phenomenal work, from start to finish, and show tremendous professional integrity. You always hear horror stories about construction projects, delays and dissatisfaction. When it came time to remodel our kitchen, we asked many people for referrals. Most people would not recommend their contractor due to their unhappy experience. But we had one friend who strongly encouraged us to visit Audi Contractors. We initially met Jamil and Erica who helped us through the design phase. We decided to update our kitchen after 20 years and from the start, they gave us ideas that we were not even imagining. Once we agreed to start the project, Mike and the entire Audi construction team made our experience one of the most pleasant and satisfying experiences. Mike and the construction team were consistently giving us excellent service during the entire project. They gave us a timeline with an online calendar that was always met; something that we have never heard of in the construction business. At the end of each day, the construction team would clean the construction area so the dust and debris was kept to a minimum. This project expanded to other areas of our first floor without timeline delays. Jamil was always on top of the project and communicating with us to make sure we were satisfied. Mike made it a point to be available via email/text when necessary and was onsite several times a day. We discussed any design issues that arose immediately so that they did not escalate to a major issue. Our project was done for the Thanksgiving/ Christmas holidays and it was very enjoyable to entertain in our new kitchen. Like some others on the reviews we've used Audi three times. Once to remodel and update the kitchen and the others to redo the master bath and kids/guest bath. We picked them originally because of the quality work they did on an addition for a good friend's house in the neighborhood. We keep using them because they do high-quality work and we trust them. 1) Never felt like we were being cheated on quality or price. Jamil (Jimmy) and John were always fair recommending products and even recommended less costly options from what we originally had in mind. We've used other contractors prior to Audi for flooring and some other remodel work (wall blowout) and it seemed like every week we were being asked for another $1000-$2000 for something "unexpected" - not these guys. Not once in any of the 3 projects did they ask for more because of an unknown. 2) The attention to detail and quality done by their staff was great. There were always little things that they did that impressed us to make the result better than we were expecting. For the kitchen remodel we had a soffit with pipes from a bathroom above. Other neighbors with the same model were told they would not be able to move the pipes. The Audi guys worked magic to raise the plumbing - no more soffit! If there is something you did not expect, or was not done they way you want - they are very easy to work with to make it right. 3) We never felt uneasy about having them in the house alone. After having to gut a basement bathroom and adjoining bedroom for water damage and the corrective waterproofing in our 50+ year old home, we finally found Audi Contractors through an independent interior designer. Absolutely thrilled with the results from a workmanship perspective and couldn't speak more highly of Jamil and his team on the customer service front. Choosing products, materials, tiles, etc., in their Leesburg showroom was a very easy, fun experience. Jamil was on site Day 1 for the walk-through and he had the project manager AND lead workman attend so everyone would be on the same page. Our project manager was at the house every day during the project (which ran about 4 weeks and stayed on schedule), checking on status, answering questions. The crew was very conscientious and made sure to leave a clean worksite at the end of each day. Victor Audi, company founder, attended all permit inspections with the Fairfax County inspectors. And Jamil was on site again at the completion of the project for the final walk-through and punch list. They truly understand and deliver fantastic customer service, across all aspects of the project. The bedroom is gorgeous, the bathroom rivals what you'd find in a boutique hotel, and we get rave reviews from everyone who sees the work (and knows how it looked before!). We will use Audi again for all of our home renovation projects! read more

We had our basement and bathroom remodeled Spring 2016 by Audi. The work included addition of a shower, demolition and rebuilding of walls, re-plumbing and electrical, removal of old flooring and installation of under-floor heat and re-tiling, and re-painting. We felt comfortable working with Jamil at our first meeting when he came to the house to give an estimate. We were able to select all tile and fixtures at their showroom with help from Erica, but everyone in the showroom is ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. All work was done by Audi employees (not subcontracted out) except for the plumbing. Their employees know what they are doing and care about how everything is going to turn out. I could see that Jamil respected his crew and that his crew cared about the details as much as he does. They were meticulous in cleaning up each day. Even components we did not select but were the "default" picks by Audi were brand name and did not cut corners with quality. Workmanship shows attention to detail. Communication throughout the project was easy by email and phone. The final cost was pretty much what we expected based on our initial discussions with Jamil (he does not sugar coat estimates to try to get you in the door) and was exactly what was quoted in the final proposal/contract. We first were exposed to Audi Contractors while visiting their affiliate showroom, A&A Interior Concepts (AAIC) in downtown Leesburg, VA. Jamil provided insightful design assistance, expanding our family ideas on a complete redesign of the interior of our home. With the attempt to re-purpose nearly 50% of our interior space, the devil is in the small details to make such a large renovation a success. Working in complement, AAIC and Audi Contractors aided my wife and I through the product selection process, functional redesign of our kitchen, washer/dryer space, utility closet, HVAC relocation, water heater and utility closet relocation, adding an additional master suite/walk-in closet/master bath and coordinating with our home audio/visual contractor. All of Audi's staff, contractors and persons entering our home were courteous, respectful and trustworthy. My husband and I recently used Audi Construction to remodel our downstairs bathroom. It was the last in our home to be remodeled and we had used another company to do the others. Due to poor workmanship problems with the previous bathroom installations, we held off doing the basement bathroom, afraid of the hassles of dealing with contractors. Two friends highly recommended Audi and we decided to take a chance and are both so glad we did. Everyone at Audi were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. Diane did the scheduling, Erica assisted with the product selections and design advice, and Andy ensured daily communication to keep us informed of the daily work crew's schedule constantly checked to see if there were any issues. Audi's highly professional installers did an outstanding installation, ensuring the work was done correctly. They took pride in their workmanship while being courteous and maintaining a clean work area. Audi lived up to their promise of a job done right, on time, and at cost. Audi also repaired the faulty installation work done by our previous remodeler. The only regret we have is that we did not use Audi for all of our bathroom remodels. read more

Well, I discovered Audi through Square One NOVA, Jason Boyle, and am an extremely critical customer because I can and--pay particular attention to detailed quality & finishing. I had a heated floating marble tiled shower seat created and installed in a newly created full bathroom. When I arrived home from work I discovered a one inch raised tile that appeared out of place with the lines of the seat. Jamil, owner personally came to my home, looked at seat, that was technically correct & in-line, but when I told Jamil that every time I stepped into the shower I wouldn't be able to see anything else but that one tile, he said "no problem" whatsoever. The front of the seat was completely removed and re-worked--that is superior customer service... Do yourself a HUGE favor and contact and hire Audi for your tile projects. The best customer service relations. I thank him and am gratified by the look of my entire newly heated & tiled lower level. I have highly recommended to neighbors and friends. Let me preface my remarks by reaffirming that I am not an Audi employee. Nor do I have any friends or family that are employed by Audi Contractors. Here is the deal . . . If you are considering a home renovation, the biggest mistake you could ever make would be to not hire Audi. My wife and I were referred to Audi by an industry insider but unfortunately it was only after we had been burned badly by another area contractor. One of my hopes is that my review might prevent another member of our community from wasting time and/or money on any other contractor. From start to finish, Jamil and his entire team were professional, efficient, and friendly. If you appreciate actually having your voicemails and emails returned promptly, look no further than Audi. If you appreciate quality work, experience, and attention to detail, look no further than Audi. I get it, this review may sound over the top, but it is 100% true. Not sure what else I can say. They just finished a total remodel of our master bath and it's perfect. They we very friendly in the initial consultation and picking out the materials in the showroom went smoothly. The project finished on time. We got bids from a couple places and their prices we right in line with others if not slightly lower. They were quick to answer questions and if there were any issues they were taken care of. For example, one day something must have bumped into the front door and left a small gouge. They fixed it so well that you'd never know anything had happened, texture and color are a perfect match. I know to expect small issues like that and was very grateful with the response. I was also impressed with how clean the construction area and the rest of the house was after every day of work. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again when we're do our kitchen. read more

Audi finished my neighbor's basement and their quality of work was excellent. When we decided to finish our basement I knew I wanted to hire Audi. Jamil responded to my request for a quote quickly and provided a very competitive price. Working with Jamil, John and the crew was an great experience and will use them again in the future. Throughout the process Audi was providing us with updates and always attentive to our needs. Their quality of work was second to none. I have been looking to remodel my kitchen for years but was always hesitant due to some of the horror stories about renovations from friends. I shopped around for contractors with little luck. When I came across Audi Contractors, the experience can be summed up as "exceeds expectations". From day 1, Jamil and his team have been very professional and extremely attentive. Jamil and John were amazingly helpful and attentive at every phase as we had our basement finished, assisting us in the design and selection of materials, and making the entire process as stress-free as possible. My wife gave birth to our son in the middle of the project, and Audi made sure to give us a few days of quiet once we returned home (they even sent us a thoughtful gift for the little guy!) We had Audi finish our basement, a bedroom, full bath and wood floors throughout the basement level. They were very responsive and did an excellent job throughout the process. I have worked with Audi Contractors several times, and every time I am even more impressed. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and their finished product cannot be matched! From painting projects -which their painters are unparalleled- the lines are perfect, which my husband is super picky about. They are the only painters we trust. The designers are amazing and really thoughtful about use of space. They helped remodel our kitchen and I get so many compliments on their product and workmanship. We used Audi for a complete hall bathroom renovation in March 2016. We are very pleased with the results. Erica did a great job helping us to pick products and match colors. Jamil followed up and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the job. The workers on site were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job of keeping the work area clean, especially after demolition of the existing fixtures.
