Final outcome was okay, but if you're not spending enough money for them to care, they will give you the worst crew. The crew showed up high, left beer cans in our home, and ruined the brand new hard wood floors. Eventually, they fired that team and brought in someone else, but that was after weeks of us asking questions... It's been over a year since our project was completed and we are still finding mistakes they made. I could go on, but you get the idea. I do not recommend. Last year, we had our kitchen remodeled by NV Kitchen, and while the final design of the kitchen turned out beautifully, the process to get there was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, communication was dismal. Deadlines came and went with no updates, and I constantly had to chase down the team via calls, texts, and emails just to get basic information or progress reports. There was no proactive communication, no accountability, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for our time and home. The most frustrating part is that even after "completion," the issues haven't stopped. We've been waiting over two months (and counting) for them to fix the undercabinet lighting, which has now needed repair three times. At this point, I'm questioning whether the installation was ever done correctly in the first place. A beautiful kitchen is great, but it doesn't make up for the constant headaches, delays, and unprofessional service. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you have unlimited time, patience, and energy to manage the project yourself. read more

The worst company I have ever dealt with. A six month project took over a year. Terrible communication. Terrible organization of materials and labor. Terrible oversight of subcontractors. Terrible job maintaining a clean site. The final punch list should have taken a couple weeks, and it drug on for about 3 months. The project manager left the company. The subcontractor stated to me that NV had not paid them for work already completed. I served NV the Notice to Cure letter, which gave them 30 days to finish the project (roughly 1 - 2 weeks worth of work left). They did not even attempt to complete the work, so I terminated our contract. Now I'm left to hire a new GC or handle the completion myself . . . including final permit approval. NV and its owner / manager Sean, are absolutely terrible to work with. I'm shocked to read these reviews, as I have had the opposite experience with this group. Lack of communication, lack of planning, lack of follow through, and lack of care for our home and the project itself. Our installation began June 26th 2024, turn around time ~2-3 months. Kitchen assembly rushed to be done before Thanksgiving as we were hosting. Last visit to the jobsite, Dec 20th, 2024 to complete some of the punch list. April 2025, cabinets are wonky and being damaged with wear&tear because they are misaligned also causing a hinge to break. I give 2 instead of 1 star because the planning phases of our new kitchen went very well. Shafa our Designer was attentive and creative with my wife's requests. Providing us with great ideas based on previous projects and modern designs. Serkan (aka Jay) went above and beyond to find the right color walnut, this took extensive ordering of samples and even applying to be a distributor of another cabinet maker so they could get us the specific color/grain. Thank you both for your hard work and efforts. Unfortunately, the designer in no longer with NVK. The lead project manager also quit. Reason for poor review: Amir the project manager does not communicate, lies... oh the lies!!! He schedules his lean crew to work multiple projects as once, doesn't tell the customer of scheduling changes. We run a small business from our home and closed books and reschedule clients to appease NV's schedule. Its not good when they don't show up and advise you they aren't coming at 1pm... With all the issues we are having there has been zero accountability. Sean (owner) is a quiet fellow. Anytime I have reached out to him he has had an employee reply. When I have been in the office to escalate issues, he remains hidden at his desk tucked away in the back corner of the admin office. He has done nothing to support the completion of this project... I had trust and confidence in this group... but as we approach a year in this project's timeline and only 5 weeks of work has been completed.... NV Kitchen and Bath did our full kitchen renovation in 2022. They started in January and didn't finish until May. Some of the wrong cabinets were ordered. The onsite project manager broke, damaged or incorrectly handled everything he touched. Our pantry door was painted the wrong color, the expensive new faucet I bought was broken, our new sink was damaged by some sort of adhesive that was left from tools that were used. The ceiling was sanded right over our new uncovered chandelier, leaving the light fixture covered in dust. Improper tape was used on our wood foyer floor, stripping the finish off of the floor, and all of the windows were painted shut, then the wood frames were cracked from the tools used to open the windows again. Finally, the luxury vinyl plank floor that was installed started cracking and breaking less than one year after installation. NV came out on 2 separate occasions to replace individual planks, but they continued to break. With continuing damage I contacted MSI, the manufacturer, in Summer 2024 who said that NV had to contact them directly regarding the floor. An independent inspector came out 8/28/2024 and determined that the manufacturer was not at fault. There were issues with the installation and subfloor. I was told by the inspector that I should be contacted by NV in a couple of weeks. Hearing nothing, I called in November and was told that MSI didn't send NV the inspection report until October. The floor continued to break. NV finally sent a subcontractor to look at the floor. They thought they were going to sell me a new floor. The lady that came said the floor damage was unacceptable. I was told I would hear back from NV, but I never did. I called Sean Onal, the store manager, repeatedly. He never returned my calls. Finally, on 12/26/2024 an NV project manager came to the house to look at the floor. He said Sean would call me that night. He never did. I emailed Sean again on January 8. This time I threatened to go public with the poor work done by NV and their refusal to correct this continuing problem with our floor, which continues to break. Sean replied to my email and said he would call me that afternoon. He didn't, and I have not heard from him since. I am disgusted with NV's refusal to replace the damaged floor in our kitchen and ignore my attempts to get them to correct this problem. I would never recommend this contractor for any renovation work. read more

I highly recommend NV Kitchen and Bath. They recently completed a kitchen remodel project at our home and were a pleasure to work with. We've been living in our new kitchen for a few months now, and can say that we truly love it and in addition to meeting our needs, is aesthetically beautiful. Throughout the design and build phase, they were very easy to work with, consultative, transparent about the process, and delivered a high quality product at a fair price. Harb the project manager and Anna the designer were both very helpful, highly communicative, and professional. The few challenges we encountered were addressed quickly and professionally. The workers who came to the house every day were skilled, courteous, trustworthy, and tried to minimize disruptions to our day-to-day as much as possible. read more

We had NV Kitchen and Bath remodel our master bath and it was not a pleasant experience. Aside from the amount of time it took to get the estimate, design (which we gave them ourselves) and contract, it took several months. The workers attention to detail and consistency of details among design plans left a lot to be desired. They included a major design item in the work they were doing but it was not discussed in any design sessions or prior to contract - and is a 'feature' that we didn't want. During the design review they underestimated the impact of it and and we moved forward. Their 'feature' had some adverse consequences. I would not recommend them due to their lack of communication, inability to care about what the customer needs or wants, and what what they deliver. My final review is in Update 2. Update 2 - After the work was completed, there were issues with a few items that they did try to fix. About 8 months after completion, one of the installed lights started to flicker and cut out. I let them know about it, followed up once to the store manager who responded that a crew would replace it, and they have yet to be heard from since I contacted them 3 months ago. I stand by my original rating and would never recommend them due to my experience - a consistent lack of communication, poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and in some cases poor materials they provided. Update 1 - After meeting with the store manager and the project manager about my dissatisfaction, we moved forward on the understanding that every step was to be reviewed with me to prevent rework. That didn't happen consistently. As tiling began on the shower, I saw how it was being installed and actually had to show the them how to set the tiles in the Running Bond 1/2 offset pattern. Good thing I was watching - they only had to rip off 1/3 of one shower wall. I would think that a remodeler doing tile work would understand how to center tiles and do it properly based on the pattern selected and agreed upon. Their crew isn't really good on details and when asked for how I want things, and they are discussed several times with the project manager and the worker, they end up doing it another way or however they understand it which is not correct. A frustrating experience that I wish no other customers experience. The project manage who was the primary person responsible for communication was never around and all he would do is say there was nothing they could do. I highly discourage anyone from using this company. The multiple mistakes from inaccurate measurement, poor craftsmanship, quality differences between showroom material vs installed materials (countertops) and more.... My kitchen renovation was originally scheduled for completion in 8 - 10 weeks but the renovation was not completed for approx. 6 months. At that point, I no longer wanted to continue working with the company but I gave them an opportunity to complete the job. The lack of oversight of the subcontractor caused me to question if the subcontractor was actually licensed. There were a lot of mistakes that seemed odd. For example 2 cabinets/shelves were hung upside down. Of course, an upside down cabinet would cause problems as noted in the attached photo. On July 25, 2024 I alerted the company to the problem thinking that they would honor the one year warranty (cabinets, labor, etc.) and send someone to fix it. But that was not the case... the initial response was I apologize I think they forgot to check could you turn them the other way it is very easy to turn. This response does not sound like NV Kitchen is honoring their warranty by asking the customer to fix the problem. Additionally, the shelving brackets appear to be compromised/damaged due to misuse/installation. In July, they indicated that they would send someone to fix it. I have not heard from the company since...it's almost Sept 2024. read more

We called NV Kitchen and Bath to give us a quote on our countertop and backsplash install. They scheduled someone to come out to take measurements and were supposed to follow up with a time frame for his arrival. They never did and thankfully we were home and available when the guy showed up. It has been 10 days and we have not heard back. I understand that our job may be too small for some companies but I had fully explained what we were looking for prior to them scheduling someone to come out. read more

We had our 56 sq. ft. master bathroom from 1974 remodeled to add storage space, more outlets, grab bars, a frameless shower, and to remove the bathtub. Carlos and Jerman were fantastic and worked together well; their helpers worked hard, too. The end result was just what we wanted and needed. Though there were a few hiccups in tile and hardware orders, and the vanity light that was chosen would not fit the design they had for us, we worked everything out through the project manager. NV Kitchen and Bath recently remodeled our primary bathroom. We have done remodeling in the past, and NV is far and away the best company we have used. Their bid was significantly lower than any of the five other companies that looked at this job. The bathroom designed by Homer was great. Our project manager, Harb, did a fantastic job. He was always available for questions and was great at keeping us updated on all aspects of the job. The work crew was great as well, courteous and professional. They always showed up on time, kept the place clean, and worked nonstop until the work was done. The end result was better than we could ever have imagined. We had a great experience with Anna and Harb at NV Kitchen and Bath. We did complete kitchen and master bath renovation, as well as knocking out walls, painting, and other various jobs. Overall, we were pleased with the outcome of our kitchen remodeling with NV Kitchen and Bath. We enjoyed working with Taylor (designer) and Wilmar (project manager) as they both sincerely desired to satisfy our needs and requests. What follows are highlights of some issues, for awareness, however we were pleased with the results and with the attention of the main team (Wilmar and Taylor) to meeting our requirements. The NV business model is challenged by their reliance on the logistics of the suppliers and execution of the work by their contractors (and the communication between NV and the contractors). We experienced delays in receiving materials which overall caused delays in the project. We contracted with NV Kitchen and Bath in November 2022. The project began in late January 2023 with the demolition. This was scheduled based on when the company expected the cabinets to arrive approximately a week later. They didn't arrive until 2 weeks later in mid-February. Net result, kitchen was in a demolished state with no work happening for an extra ~2 weeks. The team completed about 80% of the work by early April 2023, 15% more completed by early May 2023. This met the intent of our deadline we inserted into the contract to have the project completed within 90 days of demolition. But then we waited until November 2023 to complete the last 5% due to a very delayed panel delivery. The kitchen was very usable by early April though and we enjoyed the updated cabinets and appliances. We are very happy with the overall appearance, fit, and finish of the project. However, in hindsight during the planning stage, we should have more closely evaluated the quality of the cabinet materials. We chose cabinets at mid-price point, and the samples looked very good in the studio. We did not notice that these were laminated cabinets. Upon receipt of the cabinets, some had flaws and imperfections. We would have preferred solid wood cabinets and may have considered paying more for that higher quality, had we recognized this earlier. We experienced a few hiccups that could have been prevented. One example is not recognizing that a larger ceiling area needed to be painted than was originally quoted, which cost us more money. Another is a misrepresentation in the design graphics of the gap between the fridge and cabinet - which we later "fixed" by adding a custom-built cubby area (which was nice, but we also paid additional for this). We planned to have a mixer shelf and later learned it was not the correct fit for the cabinet. NV was pursuing getting a replacement, however we elected to remove it from the project and received a credit for the equipment not used. Finally, in a couple of instances, the specific directions on the contractor's work list did not adhere to the design and our expectation. Fortunately, we were able to effectively communicate the disconnect with the contractor to get the directions rectified. We had one major issue - a defective sink valve was installed, compounded by an improperly installed drip collar. This caused a leak into our basement ceiling spanning ~30 square feet of ceiling damage. Once we alerted NV, they promptly came out to repair the damage. This included painting the entire basement ceiling to match the repaired area (~1200 sq ft). Overall, NV overcame the hiccups and issues and performed the work well. We would use them again but would be more informed consumers at the front end based on this experience. read more

I needed a total kitchen remodel for my rental home. I found NV and they responded quickly to my request. I met with the designer and she emailed me the estimate. I met at the showroom to sign the contract and then another meeting to choose tile and flooring. We got a start date and I was excited to get started, but the shine fell off quickly. We purchased a light because that was in the contract, the sub contractor didn't install the light. He said the light would be hard to clean, you want to give me a heads-up. Several times the subcontractor went with what he felt was right and never contacted us about a change. The project manager was a complete failure. Twice I was to meet him at the home, 1 time he changed the meeting time 20 minutes before and the other meeting he didn't show at all. One last disaster....the internet went out completely, so I called Verizon to come and check it out. The subcontractor had removed an electrical outlet and cut the Verizon wires. Who takes out an outlet that has something plugged into it and cuts the wires to remove the outlet? Who? The jokers at NV Kitchen and Bath. Save yourself the trouble. read more

Our experience with NV kitchen and bath was great! Our designer Moogie did a great job creating visual a effect of the master bathroom; gave us an estimate quicker than other companies. During the renovation, she took initiative and ordered the replacement tub immediately after it came damaged. Overall project finished on time despite the county inspection delayed the work by few days. We are enjoying our beautiful new bathroom now. We highly recommend NV Kitchen and Bath. read more
