Afterwards we had to set an appointment to go into the store and make selections using their samples. We chose to upgrade our carpet padding for the basement area and keep basic padding but upgrade the carpet in the bedroom area. Pricing wise, they have some of if not the best prices in the area! The carpet we ordered took about two weeks to come in. Once they arrived, Floor Advisors came to our home and installed the carpet. We were amazed at how fast the installation was. Marian honored his price even though we didnt choose him for flooring. He rearranged his schedule to accomodate mine. He and his colleague came out the following day earlier than expected. After walking through the project for over an hour before getting started, it was determined that the goal I wanted wasnt going to work. Marian gave me recommendations and left without charging me for his time. I felt bad so I asked if he can move the floors upstairs. After he finished moving floors he said I dont have to pay him if I dont want to. Never have I seen a contractor as honest as Marian and turn down a payment.
