The workers in our home on Bryan's Team were exceptional; all friendly and hard working. They left each day trying to make our space as clutter and dust free as possible. To say we are pleased with our projects is an understatement. The guidance on space utilization and design was exceptional. I now have the kitchen of my dreams.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. Here are some notes below of…read moreour experience. There is likely more I'm missing. - Contractors that started the job stopped coming and the project manager blamed them for not coming. They came the following week in person and said they haven't been paid for any of their work. It was their first time sub contracting for this company. - Project manager said at 2 weeks the project would finish early. He said at 3 weeks we would finish. He said the next Tuesday we would be done at the latest. He then left the company and our bathroom went unfinished for multiple weeks. - We couldn't get them to pick up trash they left in front of our house for over a week. - Project manager said the glass shower door wasn't good quality so he recommended a custom guy that he said would complete it in 3 days. This took over 2 and a half weeks to be completed. - We asked to have our closet remodeled along with the bathroom. They took measurements in January and the project was to begin in mid February. They took a second set of the same measurements at the beginning of March when we were 3 weeks into the job and said the closet work would be completed in 2-3 weeks. After those 3 weeks (6 weeks total) they said it would be another 8 weeks. This was a breach of contact and we had to get another company to complete this work and the new company completed the custom work in 1 week. - The hardware (handles/racks) for our bathroom was never ordered and they lied to us week after week that they were waiting for the items to come in. We were told they were ordered the last week of January and still had not arrived by the first week of April 9 weeks later. The second project manager we had said they likely never ordered it. We had to go buy it ourselves and we needed them in order to complete the work. They told us that they wouldn't likely be able to pay us back and if we didn't sign the completion of work form then we wouldn't get their 1 year warranty. This is fraudulent and we have still not received the money they owe us. - When our project was abandoned for a week or two, we called their office to attempt to speak to management and the number goes to an automated person and no mailbox is set up. There is no way to get answers if you have issues. - There were probably 10 days we expected workers to come based on conversations with project managers and no one came those days. We received no communication but had to reach out to find out that at the end of the day no one was coming. We were moving our work schedules to accomodate these times. - There are at least two 5 star reviews that we know to be workers from the company attempting to boost their ratings.

Yelp - Review for Firuze…read more We hired Firuze for a complete teardown and renovation of a 1,700 square foot, two bedroom, two full bathroom condominium at Montebello, a 1,000 unit condominium complex located just outside of Alexandria, VA. The renovation included lowering the concrete ceilings by 6 inches in the entire unit so sheetrock and recessed lighting could be installed. New tile, hardwood floors, bedroom carpeting, and, heated patio floor were part of this extensive renovation. New wiring and plumbing along with complete kitchen and bathroom renovations were completed. This included removing and moving some walls and adding closets and renovating other closets, as well as all new doors for existing closets, all new light fixtures, vanities, and toilets. The remodel included new tile throughout both bathrooms, including new shower doors and tile. Firuze's design center has the most comprehensive and unique collection of granite, marble, and floor and wall tiles when compared to any others in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The first question we are asked when visitors enter our condo for the first time is, "Where did you find your countertops, cupboards, and floor tile." Thanks to Firuze's great collection of products our condo meets our goal of being a unique, modern and stylish, yet most importantly, a very comfortable place to call home and entertain guests. Like any comprehensive construction or remodel project, there were challenges and problems to solve, yet thanks to Firuze's general manager, Yasin Kazanski, who assumed this position about midway through our project, he ensured that all issues resulting from a problematic contractor were rectified by replacing the original contractor with one who paid meticulous attention to detail, and who completed the project to our satisfaction. We recommend that anyone remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, or other area, check out Firuze's design center for what we think is the best and most unique collection of products in the area. Thank you Firuze for our beautiful home at Montebello! Lynn and Mary Tjeerdsma

Ed, the manager from Old Town B&K, was able to do it! Moreover, he did this over the course of 2 emails and a phone call. He was incredibly helpful in helping me maneuver all of this - dealing with a leaky faucet and a less than interested manufacturer. Unfortunately, the cartridge did not fix the problem and in fact my faucet leak became worst due to internal damage the plumber found. I was soon advised to simply replace the faucet. I emailed Ed and asked for help once again; I sent him a picture of my current faucet and asked what we he could do to help me find something similar. In hours he found multiple alternatives in a great price range - $250 - $350; this was half the price of the faucet I was replacing. The options were all great and I ended up settling on one that I love more than the original faucet. Ed was a savvy advisor that in a few short emails and calls was able to help me find a high quality and beautiful faucet that I love. He was simply SPECTACULAR - especially during a demanding work week and crazy travel schedule. Moreover, Ed worked swiftly to get me the new faucet in two days so I was able to get rid of the leaky one and have a fully operational bathroom again. Simply awesome. And while I feel the mark-up on some of the products seemed a little high, I would surely say it was all worth it considering the amazing customer service and counsel I got from Ed and the team! I plan to return to them for all my bathroom and kitchen needs in the years to come! They were fantastic.

The team is well versed in kitchen design and does beautiful kitchen designs (just seems the pics). They asked lots of questions and made sure to design the cabinetry with the right amount of drawers, accessories and lighting to meet our specific requirements. During install the team was very communicative and the crew was on time and professional every day (and wore their masks all day while working in the house). Appreciate the time they spend to make sure you're happy with the design and details.

Years later, it was time to replace everything, and we wanted a kitchen with a better flow, more space, and better quality cabinets and appliances. Most contractors we contacted simply wanted to replace everything without improving it. Bath Plus Kitchen has actual architects on staff, listened to my list of wants and needs, and then incorporated them. I liked that they change a base price for this, so that I had the option of taking the plans to a different contractor or of using their in-house building crew. We went with their building crew, and we're really happy with how the kitchen turned out. It's so much more open and spacious than before. I have lots of space for working. I upgraded to a powerful stove with a hood, both of which work great. I'm really happy with the quality of the cabinets -- such an upgrade from any I've had before, probably ever. I'm enjoying the little extras that they planned into the kitchen that wouldn't have occurred to me, like dimmers on all of the lights, the quality hardware, touch-sensitive faucet, even the matching wood-panel vent covers and switch plate. The building crew did a very good job keeping the site clean and performing quality work all the way around. Nothing has felt wobbly, looked crooked, or seemed in the slightest bit off. A few negatives: Bath Plus Kitchen is BUSY! We started working on this project in November 2022. We finalized the plans, picked out appliances, and put down a large deposit in early February 2023. Work on our kitchen actually began the second week of July. That's a while to wait! We also had a few communication challenges, like a shifting start date, when to expect the crew to be at our house, and who was responsible for arranging delivery of a few items. It was nothing awful, but worth keeping on top of. Overall, the kitchen looks great and is great to cook in, and I'm excited to have friends over. I think we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Our cabinetry order was placed late. Our Reico representative went on vacation without first completing our order, so that set up a massive delay from the start, considering that COVID-related delays were already a significant factor. 2. Pam is a very poor communicator. She would share one estimated delivery date, but then tell us what COULD happen, due to COVID delays. She continually gave mixed messages. Not only that, but she gave us status updates ONLY via e-mail. Some of her updates required actions from us by a certain time, but since we both have careers and obligations to our employers, we missed some of her messages until we accessed our personal e-mails during the evenings. She never just picked up the phone to tell us what we needed to do. She also treated our contractor horribly. 3. We ordered high-end very solid cabinets, but one drawer was damaged. It didn't close properly. Don't get me started on what it took to try to get THAT fixed or replaced! It STILL hasn't been remedied, and it's been MONTHS! I just don't get it! My husband submitted a scathing review of Reico from a survey he received via e-mail, and a Reico company official contacted him directly. He assured my husband that Reico would address our issues, but that has just not happened. No major renovation project goes perfectly smoothly. Stuff happens, but this experience with Reico was just ludicrous!
