From the outside they looked like they had something to offer. A pallet of mulch/potting soil outside. And a variety of plants. So I then went inside. I saw 2 employees in the store, but they made no effort to ask me if i needed assistanc. The girl at the register was on her tablet. And the guy was on his phone, standing with a store branded shirt. Finally as I was getting ready to depart, the girl at the register asked: If I needed anything. I said no thank you and left. Not a good first impression. At least the big box stores, greet you and ask if you need anything when you come into the store. Perhaps they will get better with time.

I still have not heard back, which confirms that they really don't care about whether their customers are satisfied or not. They are a big company, the biggest in the area other than Home Depot from what I hear. So, they are going to have customers regardless, which affects whether or not they care to respond to peoples concerns. I will go out of my way not to use them again and would frankly rather go to Home Depot even though I generally like to go somewhere that is locally or regionally owned.
