Backing out of their main parking spots goes right into the street, so it's a bit difficult. You just have to be extra careful of oncoming vehicles. I picked up some items from an order I placed on their app. There was no line, the employee assisted me right away, and he saw I was in a camwalker boot, so he offered to assist me with loading really heavy soil into my vehicle. My most recent experience was buying, yes, a new Weber grill from Jim Carmalt. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of their stock and how best to use it. It was almost like talking to an old friend who had my best interest as a high priority. I thin of Village Hardware as sort of the anti-Home Depot/Loew's, I get personal service of a high order and always leave confident that I have a high-quality product and even higher quality advice. Service: we were on the rooftop area and sat close to the bar. Our waiter was great. Food: I only had the drinks but my friends said their food was good. This is a huge bar with 3 levels. I sent a polite but thorough explanation of all the issues we had with Ferguson. I still have not heard back, which confirms that they really don't care about whether their customers are satisfied or not. They are a big company, the biggest in the area other than Home Depot from what I hear. So, they are going to have customers regardless, which affects whether or not they care to respond to peoples concerns. I will go out of my way not to use them again and would frankly rather go to Home Depot even though I generally like to go somewhere that is locally or regionally owned.
