He was gone for 30 minutes; then I noticed their labor sign for diagnosis and minimum charges. I started to get nervous because I was told earlier if it was a simple screw issue there would not be a charge. The service tech came back and said he re-inserted the screw but will probably work itself out again. He recommended a formal diagnostic. There was no charge for this visit.
