Absolutely never work with this company! We signed a contract for an upstairs renovation in August…read morebecause we liked the design. Immediately after paying the initial down payment they became impossible to get ahold of, regularly told us they were coming by but wouldn't show up, etc. they finally started demo (2 months after they said they would) -- mind you I'm 6 months pregnant at the time and they assured me the project would be done before my due date. Two payments later and nothing had happened but demo, the PM tells us they've all left the company and there are financial problems and now we have to pay for labor and materials, half of which we thought we already paid for. The project that should've taken 6-8 weeks took 14, and they didn't repair any of the drywall holes, there are screws and holes in my ceilings and other problems. Even though a few people who are no longer with NV helped us get things done, and we appreciate them, this company is full of scammers.

They are the poster child of the typical BAD contractor - the type that bait and switches, never get a call back after they get your money, terrible craftsmanship, etc etc... and etc.. They say they employ their own employees.. False.. They subcontract less skilled workers that they pay minimum wage, if not less while they charge you premium rate. The result? Sub par construction that results to a lot of shoddy work, quality issues, super long delays. I have filed a complaint and won easily because they are absolute clowns.. more in the process. I definitely recommend Bath + Kitchen to design and install new kitchen cabinets. Bath + Kitchen…read moredoes an outstanding job with design, remodeling and cabinetry. We love our new space. The team is well versed in kitchen design and does beautiful kitchen designs (just seems the pics). They asked lots of questions and made sure to design the cabinetry with the right amount of drawers, accessories and lighting to meet our specific requirements. During install the team was very communicative and the crew was on time and professional every day (and wore their masks all day while working in the house). Appreciate the time they spend to make sure you're happy with the design and details.

Years later, it was time to replace everything, and we wanted a kitchen with a better flow, more space, and better quality cabinets and appliances. Most contractors we contacted simply wanted to replace everything without improving it. Bath Plus Kitchen has actual architects on staff, listened to my list of wants and needs, and then incorporated them. I liked that they change a base price for this, so that I had the option of taking the plans to a different contractor or of using their in-house building crew. We went with their building crew, and we're really happy with how the kitchen turned out. It's so much more open and spacious than before. I have lots of space for working. I upgraded to a powerful stove with a hood, both of which work great. I'm really happy with the quality of the cabinets -- such an upgrade from any I've had before, probably ever. I'm enjoying the little extras that they planned into the kitchen that wouldn't have occurred to me, like dimmers on all of the lights, the quality hardware, touch-sensitive faucet, even the matching wood-panel vent covers and switch plate. The building crew did a very good job keeping the site clean and performing quality work all the way around. Nothing has felt wobbly, looked crooked, or seemed in the slightest bit off. A few negatives: Bath Plus Kitchen is BUSY! We started working on this project in November 2022. We finalized the plans, picked out appliances, and put down a large deposit in early February 2023. Work on our kitchen actually began the second week of July. That's a while to wait! We also had a few communication challenges, like a shifting start date, when to expect the crew to be at our house, and who was responsible for arranging delivery of a few items. It was nothing awful, but worth keeping on top of. Overall, the kitchen looks great and is great to cook in, and I'm excited to have friends over. I think we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Ed, the manager from Old Town B&K, was able to do it! Moreover, he did this over the course of 2 emails and a phone call. He was incredibly helpful in helping me maneuver all of this - dealing with a leaky faucet and a less than interested manufacturer. Unfortunately, the cartridge did not fix the problem and in fact my faucet leak became worst due to internal damage the plumber found. I was soon advised to simply replace the faucet. I emailed Ed and asked for help once again; I sent him a picture of my current faucet and asked what we he could do to help me find something similar. In hours he found multiple alternatives in a great price range - $250 - $350; this was half the price of the faucet I was replacing. The options were all great and I ended up settling on one that I love more than the original faucet. Ed was a savvy advisor that in a few short emails and calls was able to help me find a high quality and beautiful faucet that I love. He was simply SPECTACULAR - especially during a demanding work week and crazy travel schedule. Moreover, Ed worked swiftly to get me the new faucet in two days so I was able to get rid of the leaky one and have a fully operational bathroom again. Simply awesome. And while I feel the mark-up on some of the products seemed a little high, I would surely say it was all worth it considering the amazing customer service and counsel I got from Ed and the team! I plan to return to them for all my bathroom and kitchen needs in the years to come! They were fantastic.

Dedicated people on the job were the tile, glass, electrician and plumbing. It is a process so be patient. The finished product looks great! We have a 1-year warranty and while we don't anticipate anything - it is good to have. Constructive criticism: Make sure that all changes and/or conversations are followed up in writing; be prepared that the owner, George is rude and at times combative. He is more comfortable dealing with males since I felt the brunt of his personality on many occasions. If he is out of the direct contact picture - the rating would have been higher. Our eyebrow also raised when the designer shared stories of other people and jobs...that means us too ~

Our master bathroom is beautiful, the craftsmanship is high-quality, and everything was done a couple days earlier than originally anticipated. Some caveats: This is clearly not a budget option--you will pay for the work you get. Also, as some have mentioned, Georges, the owner, is a bit of an acquired taste, personality-wise, but if you're not there for the bulk of the day each day, this shouldn't be much of an issue. I do wish the store hours were a little more accessible, too; zero weekend hours and closing at 5PM on weekdays meant a lot of email coordination between us and Tanya, our main POC there. That said, we have no complaints about the final outcome, and the process itself was pretty smooth (having never done a home remodel, I don't really have anything else to compare it to). Tanya was very thorough in explaining our options to us, but also was helpful with her own opinion when we, say, ran out of feelings about fixtures. When we liked a particular tile from another store, she was happy to make sure we got them and were able to look at it in-person when she thought they were a little too bright (they weren't). And when Georges couldn't stand some of the original plumbing in the bathroom, he redid it entirely, even though it wasn't required. I'd come back here!
