I decided to do more research on the company, and was quite impressed they have been in business 35 plus years with stella reviews. After obtaining the standard of three estimates from different companies, I decided to choose the Tile Center to renovate my master bathroom in my condominium townhouse. The Tile Center did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I attended a complimentary seminar on remodeling that was given by Tushar Irani. He did such a thorough presentation that I decided to meet with him to see what would be involved in remodeling my bathroom. He was a complete professional during the design process and provided assistance and guidance as needed but let me lead the planning based on my needs and style. I got a competitive quote and the pricing was similar but Tushar put in the time and really helped me understand everything about their process. The other company was more vague. The seminar was an excellent tool that assisted in this process as well. They completed the job at the agreed price and in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful of my home, time and were excellent communicating next steps. I used this company for my first home in 2002. I used them again in 2006 when I moved in the second home - with hard wood floor and tiles for the kitchen. My floors look like brand new today. We Worked with Joe Rasul to have a backsplash and countertop installed. The customer service was excellent. Joe was friendly, helpful, and was a great communicator. The workmen sent were thorough, careful, wore masks, and worked with us with over concerns we had about how a new microwave could be fitted into a new stone backsplash. The only small glitch was a very small chip in the new counter top. Joe had some professional repair people come out and they did such a good job it is impossible to tell where that chip was. Tile Center recently completed a renovation of our powder room and floor coverings on the first floor of our house. We had tile installed on a bathroom accent wall along with the bathroom and foyer floors, with LVP covering the remainder of the first floor. I had my master bathroom remodeled. Farzin (Frank) was great to work with. Tile Center had all of the materials I wanted. Farzin was very responsive. I emailed him almost every day and he responded within hours. When one of the workers tiled the bottom in the wrong pattern, Farzin was quick to reassure me it will be fixed to the way I wanted it and it was. I also asked for custom materials that Farzin was able to find for me. The price he gave me stayed the same the whole time. The whole process took 2.5 weeks. We hired Tile Center to install a walk in shower with sliding doors and a toilet installation in our downstairs bathroom and sliding doors in our upstairs bathroom. We had our 1979 shower stall redone, all old tile removed and completely redone with new larger tiles, new pan and flooring, waterproof lighting, new sliding glass doors and fixtures.
