Ok, this was our first time here and everyone loved it. I got the vegetable omelette, probably one of the best ones I've ever had. My wife got the Rancher's omelette and love it and my kids loved their oatmeal. Stacks has got some competition. The pancakes weren't as good as stacks but the quality of food is really good here overall. This used to be a Sushi restaurant previously and you can still see the remnants of it. Great service. Monday we stopped by try this new restaurant out. My husband ordered Menudo which he said tasted good but the bowl was mostly broth, very little tripe and hominy. I ordered a Ruben Sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The sandwich was delicious. I regret ordering the sweet potato fries, they were not crisp. They were soggy and greasy. Service was great, was not very busy. Restaurant is nice and clean. Nicely decorated. I will go back again to try their breakfast menu. read more

Stopped by this morning and had the pork chops (2), 3 eggs OE and hash browns crispy, this is a crazy amount of food and so delicious. Soooo delicious!! I was on my way to the restaurant formerly known as Flappy Jacks when I saw this place and decided, why not? I ordered the chile verde omelette and let me tell you..wow, just wow. The home fries are amazing and the green chile pork was tender and well seasoned. I love the atmosphere of the place and the old jazzy music playing in the background. Great service too. The frittata and home fries were absolutely amazing!! So flavorful, perfectly cooked, and super satisfying. But OMG... the pancake?! Get it. I didn't even take a picture when it came out hahaha it went straight in and scarfed it down because it was THAT good!!! Hubby got the BLT and honestly... what's not to like? Fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and bacon GOOD. Simple and done right. My little one ordered the grilled cheese and gave it two thumbs up, so you already know it passed the test! The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm, and the staff made the whole experience even better. If you get the chance to talk to the owners, they are super warm and friendly too, which really makes the place feel special. She sat down and talked with us about Glendora back in the day and had some very nostalgic memories! How fun is that! It's just as great as their Covina location...consistent every time. Tried Georgias for the first time and it did not disappoint. A menu full of options from breakfast to lunch and dinner choices. We decided on the biscuit and gravy sandwich and the frittata. Slightly disappointed the potato's weren't available, however we were ordering breakfast at 2 in the afternoon. Settled for the hash browns which were perfectly cooked and enjoyed very much. Biscuits were out of this world and gravy just like southern home cooking. Frittata was full of flavor and again perfectly prepared. Huge compliments to whoever was preparing our food today... everything was outstanding. Prices were good and atmosphere is very comfortable and clean. I might have dinged this review for service which was a mix of friendly and let's maybe work on being friendlier. Hoping that will improve with time. We will definitely be back! read more

Wow, what a great little place! The Bleu Cheese Burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had, you can tell they make those patties fresh, and no shortage of Bleu cheese on it, with a plenty of shoestring fries! Georgia's is a cute new restaurant in Glendora. The prices were reasonable and the portion was generous considering most food is expensive nowadays. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My dad really didn't like the coffee and was disappointed that they didn't have any fresh half and half. Only those individual creamer cups. A friend recommended that we try it so we went and the service was great, food came out on time and the good was great. We had breakfast and everything was tasty. We had small cup of menudo, skillet with beef and chili relleno omelette. The omelette had a great light sauce with on it. Very good! We chatted with the owner, she was wonderful. Horrible customer service! It was very evident the servers were inexperienced, and the entire restaurant seemed very disorganized. I wanted to try this new spot, so I took my son to breakfast for his birthday before we both headed to work. I tried to be patient, but after one hour!!! not one person had approached our table to apologize for the delay or give us an update on our food. Nothing. I finally asked the busboy if he could check on our order, and he never came back. 10-minutes later, I had to get up again and ask where our food was. That's when the waitress admitted she had forgotten to submit our order. When the food finally arrived, several items were missing, and no one ever returned to bring them. This was easily the worst restaurant service we've experienced in years. We will never step foot in this establishment again, and we'll definitely be spreading the word! They don't even deserve one star! read more

My husband and I decided to try Georgia's on a whim on a Sunday Morning. The restaurant is a mix of old world meets comfort. There is more seating than it seems which is always a good thing. No full booths, again a good thing. The service was friendly and prompt. For some reason, my toast was delivered well before my meal which may have been a fluke. Then my meal was delivered and a few minutes later my husband's. Timing is off some. I expect that to get better with time. The food was plentiful, quality was excellent and the price is either comparable or better. I will also say that my fiid was prepared exactly like I asked as was my husband's. I will say that more is not always better; I'm one of those people that really don't see the need for 3 eggs to be on the plate automatically and think that they could cut some of the cost by making it an option instead of an automatic order. Georgias is doing a great job in the very short amount of time they have been open. The few issues will resolve with time as it always does with effort. The staff are doing their best to find a rhythm so be patient as a customer and you'll enjoy your meal. We'll be back again for a different meal soon just to see what else they have to offer. read more

Had breakfast Thursday morning, May 28th, with a friend. Arrived as their doors opened, offered to sit anywhere we liked; and chose little nook area near front window. Waitress brought coffee right away and provided a brief history of the restaurant's roots in Covina. Was not rushed to order at all. Once we looked at the menu, I chose the Kielbasa and eggs (3 over easy), hash browns (crispy outside soft inside), and opted for a pancake as the side, as I heard they were fluffy. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Truly and totally DELICIOUS!!! Our waitress mentioned their biscuits and gravy were made in house, and I commented that I'll have them the next time. After our meals were dropped off tableside, our waitress returned with an order of biscuits and gravy...said it was 'from her'. With what we had, was more than enough!!! However, we weren't going to let the biscuits and gravy go to waste...and they were consumed in short order. Coffee refills, frequent check-in's throughout our meal. An ample breakfast! For a Thursday morning, it wasn't crowded...and more than a few tables available when we left. Overall, great place, wonderful waitress (failed to get her name... ;-( ).
