Came here with family to celebrate a birthday for brother in law & Josh our STAR server was very attentive to our group. We didn't realize the lunch menu was different than the dinner menu but still quite alot to choose from on the mid day menu. I had the Vegan risotto not so vegan w/ slice of steak! A Wonderful Addition to Glendora! We've always enjoyed visiting the La Verne location, so we were excited to hear that Chases opened a location closer to home in Glendora--and it did not disappoint! Maddison and Nicole made our experience extra special. They were both so personable, warm, and inviting, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great service really does make a difference! We started with the stuffed mushroom appetizer, which was delicious. My husband ordered the ribeye, and I had the filet. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Everything made for a great dining experience! Now that Chases is closer to home, we're looking forward to visiting much more frequently. We came here for brunch on a Sunday and it did not disappoint! The power bowl was super delicious and very filling. Service was fantastic and atmosphere was clean and super air conditioned, great lighting and comfortable. Came for dinner last night and were seated within 15-20 minutes with no reservations. The Aussie ribeye was perfect for two, and we requested garlic mashed potatoes over a baked potato and the featured veggie of choice was mushrooms. The steak was cooked absolutely perfect. And so tender. We also got the Cauliflower appetizer which was SO good, the dipping sauces were perfect and the portion was massive! Our waitress Sheila was wonderful! Shhhhhhh don't tell anyone about this place so it stays nice and easy to get into happy hour (totally kidding!) Dylan was our server, he was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. First time trying this place out. Although it's a little dark inside, service and food were great. My friend and I shared the apple salad and the prime rib grilled cheese. So good and the portions were perfect. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. read more

During my two visits the food (hanger steak and cheeseburger) was amazing. However , the staff mainly the bartenders and server are snobby and not very friendly. A simple smile, eye contact from the bartenders can go a long way. Pretend to enjoy what you're doing. read more

Ambiance is nice and comfortable. They have front area for happy hour and non happy hour in the rear tables. We sat at the tables. Service was good and bad. Kind of confusing. One asked for our drinks and then another asked too. Then we ordered our food which I ordered wagyu mushrooms and a dinner salad and wanted them together as my dinner. We also ordered an entree so wanted the food at the same time. When they brought the mushrooms they waited to bring the salad and entree. Food was good and then they realized the mistake and gave us the mushrooms for free. Thanks. The drinks were good and so I'll go back and see if they get it together. I live in Glendora and have checked out some new places in the village.. Chase's is such a great place, ambience is welcoming, relaxing, quiet, great music! The food, great execution, I hade the Chase's breakfast plate! Simple but done very well! Great taste! Cooked perfectly! My wife had the Chile Verde madness! Excellent as well, smoked pork, chile verde sauce delicious! The service was also excellent, Courtney was great! Helped us with ordering food, popular dishes vs her likes! She was super helpful with drinks too! Paper Plane refreshing cocktail, citrus, fresh, well balanced! Bloody Mary great! Savory, great garnishes, and Whistle Pig flight! Bargain! So happy to have Chase's in Glendora! Since they opened, we've visited several times and have been so impressed every time. Nicole was incredibly accommodating with our large group and made sure we were well taken care of. The food and drinks are great, and you simply can't beat an ALL-DAY Happy Hour on Mondays and Tuesdays! It's especially nice to have a great restaurant that's open on Mondays in the Village. I took my wife here for a Friday lunch together, and we felt as though we received the staff's undivided attention. Nicole and Dory managed to make a brand-new restaurant feel tired already. Rude, dismissive, defensive, and completely lacking in hospitality. Insecurity is loud, and unfortunately, so was the attitude. Add horrible food, crazy prices, and a seating arrangement that makes you wonder if anyone actually thought it through. Our roots run deep in Glendora, and we'll certainly make sure this isn't a place we recommend. Chase's should've stuck to La Verne. Glendora has plenty of great restaurants, and with service like this, I wouldn't bet on this location lasting long. RESPONSE TO SEAN: Hi Sean F., who are you again? I don't recall you being at the restaurant and I never spoke with you. Anyways, like I've already mentioned: insecurity is loud, and (especially) your attitude is too. We had several things off the happy hour menu Artichoke dip and Ribeye sliders, then had the Southern Grain Ribeye. Let's just say there were no leftovers! Our visit here ended up being disappointing. We're longtime fans of Chase's in La Verne, so we figured we'd give this location a chance. The restaurant sits in a great part of downtown Glendora, parking is easy, and the ambiance is genuinely nice. Music is good, the décor works, and the food itself is delicious. But every step of the way took so long. Before we even ordered, we were tempted to leave, but we stuck it out because we really wanted to like this place. Service was slow and lackluster as we had to ask multiple times for our drinks, our appetizer and main dishes took a long time to get and despite plenty of staff on the floor, there didn't seem to be any cohesion or urgency. It wasn't busy, so the delays stood out even more. The TVs all over the restaurant were also turned off, which made the atmosphere feel oddly incomplete. Go to the La Verne location instead. read more

The service was a bit sketchy as we specifically asked for three separate tabs, but they got all messed up and it took us a long time to order drinks towards the end of the night. First time here to the New Chases's In downtown Glendora for brunch. Saw the IG post that the location was open for brunch. Took my niece out to breakfast as a treat. Very clean and well lit sitting area with lots of ceilings fans and good lighting. A full bar and TVs with sports on. Service was a little slow when it was time for the food to come out. We had chili verde and the breakfast plate. Food was served on the cool side, wasn't hot. But the food was decent. Would like to see other traditions breakfast foods. The champagne brand wasn't the best to my liking. Over all was a nice brunch, glad I was able to give them a try and be a part of the new restaurant experience. read more

Not good at all! Understaffed and poor quality and TERRIBLE FOOD. Wait was extremely long after being seated. We were forgot about more than once. Had to ask repeatedly for drinks and then refills. Waited almost a hour and a half for our food to come out. Not to mention the waiter had come by our table to say the food was being worked on but we had not even ordered anything because they had not come by to take our order. To make this experience worse our food was not good by the time they brought it out. You could tell parts of it had been sitting for a while. Soggy and Luke warm. Please avoid coming here unless you want to waste money. Gabacho is on the same street and worth it if you are looking for quality and great food option. read more

Our first time at the new Glendora location. The ambiance was nice, a bit loud but at happy hour that's normal! The service was good in the beginning. I explained that with the 6 of us who celebrate and eat out for Taco Tuesday every week we needed 3 checks. One per couple. The food it amwas very good! Different from where we usually go each Tuesday. We ordered, we ate then he disappeared. Twenty minutes later I flagged down the hostess to order drinks. She told us he went on break. We had no idea, he should have let us know! She got a waitress to help us. After our final drink she brought the bills that were not correct. In fact the couple that left earlier and had already paid, their bill was brought to us. The waitress was great, she helped us figure it out, but we never saw our waiter again. Fold very good, service sketchy, ambiance good, Lou's at times but that to be expected. Will try them again. read more

On 9/10/26 7:30p we visited your establishment. We were a party of four and this was recommended by my son who's from Glendora . We are from out of town and we wanted a steakhouse. BIG MISTAKE. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders and appetizer. After the full party arrived we waited 40 mins & nobody waited on us to get our food order. Not a busy time. We left and went to a different steakhouse . La Verne location might have been a better location someone told us. I still did my part by leaving a tip to the server. This was our first visit to this restaurant. The management was very responsive to my husband's food allergies' needs, which is very important to us, so we were looking forward to a good dining experience in this newer restaurant in Glendora. We ordered the Crispy Cauliflower and the Wagyu Stuffed Jalapenos appetizers. The cauliflower dish was good, though it needed some salt, which took three different reminders to get, same with the bread and the butter. The stuffed jalapenos were marginal, as the stuffing was dry and chewy. For dinner, we ordered the Waygu Meatloaf and the Vegan Risotto. The Wagyu Meatloaf was just OK. It seems they use the term 'Wagyu' improperly and quite liberally, when in fact, their meat is somewhat dry, chewy and ordinary at best. Their Vegan Risoto was dreadful. Their 'chef' used regular rice instead of the required Arborio, Carnaroli or Vialone Nano, which rendered the rice watery and without texture. Also, the taste was overtaken by an excessive amount of red peppers, and the taste of peppers was so intense that we left a significant portion of the dish intact. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience, especially, when the quality of the food was remarkably inconsistent with their pricey menu. read more
