Delicious bar inside a food hall and live TV to catch the games. They sell bar bites as well. Don't forget to check out their weekday promotions (Monday - Thursday from 2-5). Great place to hang out with friends.

Nice cool bar spot at the Haven City Market in West Covina. Perfect for group hangout and dates. I got myself Aloha Sunset without the alcohol. It contains: tequila, pineapple, passion fruit and grenadine. One fine day, I will definitely try the alcohol version LoL! Friendly staff. Great service.

Whiskey sour and holiday drink with vodka/white cranberry/elderflower

I was hanging out with my friend to drop off a gift, and we decided to get a drink before we went to dinner! We appreciated that there was plenty of options and seating in the area. My friend got a whiskey sour with japanese whiskey and I got a holiday drink with vodka, white cranberry and elderflower. The drinks were well crafted and I was able to get a double shot in mine for just an added 5 dollars. All in all, a good time was had at the Loopy Llama!

This is a bar located inside West Covina's Haven City. The service here is very friendly and their drinks are great! I got the lychee mojito and yuzu lychee martini. Both were perfectly sweet and refreshing cocktails. There was lots of seating available since it's basically in a large food court. Parking is difficult to find during peak times. Although the parking lot is big, there are other stores and businesses that share the lot with haven city.

Why didn't anyone tell me that Haven City Market had already been opened since November? I got an invite to have a beer or three at The Loopy Llama over the weekend and was so happy I decided to go because the beer here was AMAZING! Aside from the beer, there's also mixed cocktails and food such as Popcorn Chicken and Hot Dog (yes. Hot Dog!) available. Prices are fairly reasonable and service from our bartender, Eric, was exceptional. Awesome place to hang out with friends! 9/10! Will definitely be back very soon!

Great drink selection! We chose this spot for its open layout and darker, more intimate ambiance compared to others. The diverse menu--with sweet, tangy, and citrusy flavors--was perfect and refreshing on a hot day.

We sat at the bar area and had a few mojitos!! They were pretty busy and SOOOOOOOO NICE.. the bartenders gave us recommendations of what they liked and they were so cool to talk to.. most definitely will come back and try the food!!! The mojitos were so delicious and flavorful!!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!

Aloha sunset and long island

After a dry wedding, we needed to have an after party with some drinks. This was on the way home so we decided to come here for our after party libations. Being that its in the Haven City Market (owned by the same HCM in Rancho Cucamonga), there's plenty of seating everywhere. In the actual establishment they have a small long bar top that you can drink your drinks at. But they also have a nice (fake) grassy area outside with music and tables that you can enjoy your drinks at too. And also being in the HCM there's plenty of food places to eat at also. But they do also have some snacks they offer here as well. The people working here are super friendly. Very knowledgeable about their drinks they offer. You can even open a tab like your at a real bar. Their drinks are really good and diverse. We tried their dirty horchata and their dirty thai tea. Both are interesting boozy twists on a cultural classic. Their long island was really good too. It wasn't just liquor poured into a cup with ice but everything was well balanced and pleasing to the palate. Their drinks were also visually appealing. Tasted amazing. Generous with the alcohol but still tasted great. Love the vibes that this offers and great customer service.

We got the mango madness and the aloha sunset. They were both tasty typical bar drinks. Service was fast and friendly. Expect a bustling environment in the corner of the Haven City Market in West Covina, a line, and busy (but friendly) bartenders.

My new favorite bar! After Cheers in sgv closed down, I didn't know where to go. This is the new spot. The atmosphere is sick. The food court has so many different selections, whoever you bring that's an especially "picky eater" will definitely be satisfied. They also have some great menu items here; my favorite is the popcorn chicken and crab rangoons. If you've had Ten Ren's popcorn chicken, then this will place blow your mind! Their mixed drinks and pour decisions are also top notch. I normally don't drink mixed drinks, but their drinks are flavoured so well!

Hot Dog (special deal for Super Bowl) $7

A little cozy bar inside the Heaven City at West Covina with an awesome cool bartender in a what you shouldn't miss on the game day! The shop is next to two big TVs showing what is hot. The bartender, Eric, he is fun and he remember what is everyone's order! I ordered their Super Bowl special combo, hotdog + beer is only $12! The hotdog is tasty with all the ingredients ~ yummy! I'm gonna try the other snacks next time!

Super cool bar tucked in the corner of Haven city market. This is the only place we found that served cocktails so there were lines from time to time. However we didn't wait long for our drinks, employees were friendly and the cocktails were yummy and strong!

As i was waiting for my pizza from Dough Bro's right next door to The Loopy Llama, i decided to order a cocktail and check out the bar. The bartender was friendly and asked what i wanted. I asked him to custom make me a Mezcal Old Fashioned. He didnt have any chocolate bitters, so used angostara instead. Drink was ok, but needed the chocolate to make it right. The bar set up is great and lots of spirits to choose from. My only con was the price of the drink at $18 , a bit at the high end for food court atmosphere.

We had been paying directly at the bar all night, and the bill actually belonged to the table next to us. Clinging to a customer count or a busy night doesn't erase completely incompetent customer service. I am Yelp Elite for a reason. I write honest, serious feedback based on actual facts--not tantrums. Trying to use personal attacks because you cannot handle negative feedback looks incredibly desperate. You are entitled to your opinion, but trying to bully a customer over a mistake your own staff made is pathetic. Best of luck with your future endeavors; you are going to need it. Heard this place is closing down. Good riddance! Our first experience was just okay, but the next two were horrible. The food was tasteless, the drinks overpriced, and honestly, the only reason we gave this place another two chances was because the DJs were actually decent. One night there was even a bar fight, and on other night the owner accused my husband of not paying our tab, even though we'd been paying directly at the bar all night. Turns out, it was the table next to us! ‍ Maybe get your facts straight before accusing your customers. Needless to say, we won't be back, and I wouldn't support any new businesses they open either.

Service was good overall, parking wasn't an issue at all, and the food was a large portion served in a timely timeframe. Food was better than average, but leaned more towards the salty end. Cool spot to hang with family and friends.

Great Food, But the Billing Experience Left a Bad Taste in My Mouth…read more Last night, our group of seven came here to celebrate a coworker's birthday. I've visited this restaurant three times before, and the food has generally been pretty decent. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make me think twice about ever returning. I understand that large groups can make splitting a bill more complicated, but what happened at the end of our dinner was both frustrating and disappointing. Our group ordered individual meals, drinks, and some items to go. I personally ordered only the molcajete ($44.99), while everyone else had their own food and drinks. Three people paid individually in cash, leaving four of us to settle the remaining balance by credit card. Naturally, we expected to pay for what each of us had ordered, as has been my experience at other restaurants. However, our waiter, Andres, informed us toward the end of the meal that he could only split the remaining bill four ways. Without asking us how we wanted to handle the balance, he divided it equally among the four remaining people, coming out to approximately $75 per person. Excuse me? I ordered a $44.99 dish, and suddenly I was expected to pay roughly $20 more than my own order simply because the remaining balance was divided evenly? Why was this decided for us instead of asking the group how we wanted to settle the bill? I understand that not every restaurant has the same billing system, and perhaps there are limitations with their payment terminal. But if that is the case, PLEASE communicate this before the end of the meal, especially when serving a group. Give customers the opportunity to work out a fair arrangement instead of putting them on the spot when everyone is ready to leave. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way the gratuity question was handled. Since we were a party of seven, I wanted to confirm whether gratuity had already been included. Andres told me he would show me the bill "after" I paid? So now we can't see the check and what was charged before paying? Wth? When I asked about the gratuity, his response was essentially, "I don't know, I'm just a bartender. We don't get tips here." Honestly, that response did not inspire confidence. If you are handling a table's payment, customers should be able to receive a clear explanation of the bill, any automatic gratuity, and how the charges are being divided. Being told to pay first and ask questions afterward is not acceptable customer service. To be clear, my frustration isn't about tipping or refusing to pay my fair share. It's about transparency, communication, and being given a choice. I was put in an uncomfortable position in front of my coworkers during a birthday dinner, and I wasn't about to turn a celebration into an argument over the bill. I paid, but that doesn't mean I was happy with how the situation was handled. The food may be decent, but good food alone doesn't make up for a disappointing service experience. I've been here three times before without this issue, which is precisely why this caught me off guard. A heads-up for anyone planning to dine here with a group: Ask about the billing policy BEFORE ordering, confirm whether gratuity is included, and request an itemized bill before paying. Don't assume you can pay for your own order at the end. Unfortunately, this experience has taught me a lesson. There are plenty of restaurants that serve good food AND handle their customers with better communication and professionalism. Sadly, this is one place I won't be rushing back to.
