A lowkey spot to watch football with comfortable seating including high-tops and padded booths. The patrons were friendly, as was the bartender; Oh, and there's a Touch Tunes jukebox so the room was lively with quality sound throughout. I also tried their BLT with fries, and while both were delicious, the crinkle-cut fries were my favorite.

First time at the local bar, tuck in a small shopping center. My job was celebrating its 5 year anniversary. We got two margaritas, the drinks weren't strong but they were not weak either. Our table ordered the appetizer sampler. The sampler included wings, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. The steaks were pretty good. And the stuffed potatoes were cheesy and buttery. The meal was filling and delicious. I was very surprised and impressed by the food, Also, the female bartender/waitress was amazing. She was making drinks, taking food orders, serving food, and giving refills!

I stopped by The Sunset room looking for prime rib. however. it was priced at $30 so i settled for sirloin. All the prices have really gone up. I used to stop by alot and loved the steak n lobster on thursdays. for 20.00. Now it's 40.00. Anyhow, staff was good except I was between a shift change, I thought the dinner dishes came with a salad. (they used to) No. not anymore. I wondered why server didn't ask what dressing. So when I asked they said no. its extra. also no garlic bread anymore. Also, it comes with fries or potato or stuffed potato. well I was served 1/2 a stuffed potato. It was good. however 1/2 ??? The steak smelled funny. like it was almost going bad. I took a bite and it was okay. filled .y craving. good portion, however the smell said alot. I took 1/2 home for my dog. veggies were great !! Sorry to see how this place has changed.

Great karaoke 4 nights a week 9pm. The food is really fantastic and restaurant quality. I just posted recent menu prices and dishes. Love: panko onion rings, calimari steak panko cut into fingers supple and tender and a great value, chicken alfredo was terrific, salmon meal was great.

We will undoubtedly return to Full House not only to savor the delectable food but also to create lasting memories and host future celebrations. Seriously, they need to install better air conditioning or improve the ventilation because it made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

This place instantly became one of my favorites after just one visit. From the moment you walk in, the whole vibe hits you--the moody, neon-lit ambiance sets the tone perfectly. It feels elevated, a little edgy, and honestly just the kind of spot you want to spend your night at. The music is curated so well. Not too loud, not too mellow--just the right balance where you can vibe, have a conversation, and still feel the energy of the room. You can tell they actually care about the experience, not just throwing a playlist together. Now let's talk about the drinks... because that's really where they shine. Every cocktail feels intentional and crafted with care. You can taste the quality immediately--nothing watered down, nothing basic. They have a really cool mix of classic cocktails and modern twists, and even the familiar drinks feel elevated. It's the kind of place where you want to try something new every round because you trust the bartenders know exactly what they're doing. Service was on point too. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain drinks and made great recommendations, which made the whole experience even better. I came in not knowing what to expect, and left already planning my next visit. If you're in Uptown Whittier and looking for a spot with great energy, amazing cocktails, and a full vibe--The Vandalist is it. Thank me later

Could not have been happier. From the moment we walked through the heavy wooden door (fancy!) until we left- the host, the waitress, server, manager and even the owner were amazingly attentive and welcoming. When it's your birthday they put a nice sign at your table and everyone stops by to wish you an amazing bday. They also check in to make sure you're having a good time and enjoying your delicious meal. Now for the food: fresh, al dente and tasty. All adjectives you want running through your mind after the first bitesss. We ordered stuffed mushroom- hot and nicely seasoned. Mushrooms not overcooked and stuffing not overly cheesy. The shrimp linguine another hit with fresh tomatoes and jumbo shrimp with a nice snap. The light seasoning with lots of garlic was just perfect. We also ordered the beef short ribs. My friend said it melted on her mouth and the fresh mash potatoes- just right. Did I mention the portions were huge! Lots of goodies to take with us. To add to the dining experience we watched as patrons steadily came and went throughout the evening. You can tell this is a favorite for many. There were High-5s, handshakes and lots of "Welcome back friends!" Just an overall beautifully decked out neighborhood restaurant with so much heart and soul. I heard that the restaurant has been handed down from their grandparents... I'm sure they would be very proud. Highly recommend.

Their front of house focus is the wine bar, but they also have a good cocktail and martini menu, as well as a nice selection of food items. The interior is warm and cozy with two different seating areas. The larger front area has bar seating, quite a few tables, and a lounge area in the back corner with several couches. There is another area in the back which is smaller, and houses their cocktail bar and a number of two seat high top tables. You can order anything on the menu from either area. We sat at the bar in front for some Sunday evening cocktails and small bites. We started out with the spinach & artichoke dip ($15). The dip came out very hot, was a big portion, and was very good. However, the menu said it came with toast points, but instead it was served with tortilla chips which were just ok. The advertised toast points or fresher tortilla chips would have made this appetizer better. My first cocktail was the Limoncello Martini (vodka, fresh Limoncello, lemon juice, $15). I usually love anything lemon and this was a good martini with light lemon flavor. She started with the Purple Martin Martini (vodka, raspberry puree, pineapple, $15). This was another good martini with light sweetness from the raspberry and pineapple, not a sugar bomb. We wanted a little more food, so we ordered the Caprese flatbread ($18). It was a good size, and the dough was great. It had a good amount of cheese and tomatoes, and I really liked the balsamic drizzle on top. However, it did not come with the basil that was listed on the menu. Next, I tried the Peperoncino Martini (vodka, Italian Peperoncino brine, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, $15). I loved this, one of the more unique martinis I've had. She liked her sip so much, she ordered her own for number three. Her second cocktail was the Carmel Apple Martini (carmel apple vodka, Licor 43, lemon, star anise, caramel cube garnish, $15). Most of the time, you would expect a caramel apple martini to be a sugar bomb, but not this one. The flavors were great with a light sweetness. And who doesn't like a caramel square treat? For my last one, I had the Cinnamon Sleigh (bourbon, cinnamon spice, maple, orange twist, $15). This was a good sipping finisher with light cinnamon notes and those great orange aromatics. KJ was our server, and she was very sweet and friendly. We came early in the evening and it was a little slow, so we chatting with her quite a bit. I'd take a half point off for the two food items not coming with the listed items, but rounded up to five stars overall. The bill had a 3% charge added for using a credit card. They have a music trivia night on Thursdays which would be fun to try. We enjoyed our first visit here, and will definitely return again.
