The first time I brought my Jeep in, they quickly figured out what was wrong and got it fixed for me. Fast forward a year later, and Auto Haven has officially become my go-to mechanic and the place I recommend anytime someone asks where to take their vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they are honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. They take the time to explain what's going on, they don't try to sell you things you don't need, and I always feel like I'm being treated fairly. Their communication is great, the service is friendly, and they genuinely seem to care about taking care of their customers. Finding a mechanic you actually trust can be difficult, so I'm incredibly glad I found Auto Haven. Nico has taken great care of my Jeep every time I've brought it in, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable shop. Definitely a 5-star experience and a local business I'm happy to support!

First of all, I want to say that Rick (the owner) should train other businesses on how to run a…read morebusiness, while giving quality customer service. I queried YELP for brake repair services to replace my front brakes on my Chevy truck. I got 4 replies back from repair shops. The range was $300-$800. I looked at each estimate, called 3 and settled on Rick's shop "Keys of Hope Motors". His estimate was the lowest, so I did my research first. He had a 5 star rating, which peaked my interest. When I called, he answered the phone quickly, was very clear concise and I was quite impressed with his demeanor, yes-sir, no-sir. I had inquired about the need for the rotors to be turned, he stated "we turn them if they are with-in specs. This truck was a 2023 and it was its first brake job, so it shouldn't need new rotors. 2 of the other businesses that responded stated, we put on new rotors and don't turn old ones, which increased the price. He explained that his business model is to be fair, while helping people. After talking with him I was convinced to give him a shot. He stated that he had appointments the following day. I made an appointment and since it was pretty far from my house, I asked him if there were any restaurants near, so I could do something while I was waiting. He told me that a restaurant was near-by at the airport and he would give me a ride there while the work was being done. (WHO DOES THAT??). Needless the say, I showed up early and planned to wait until after their lunch, when I parked, Rick was outside and asked, "are you here for the brake-job". I stated I was early and planned to wait. He said, "I can get you checked in and give you a ride to the restaurant". He checked me in quickly, gave me the same price that he stated on the Yelp estimate, and took us to the restaurant. After about 2 hours, he called to let me know he was done and was on his way to pick us up. He was able to turn the rotors and explained that they had a lot of life left on them. He said the back brakes still have about 6,000 miles left on them and would be happy to change those when they are ready. My bill was exactly what he stated, which was way cheaper than any other place. While talking with him, he said his business model was to help mothers in need by lowering his shop charges, to assist with getting them a good running vehicle, as well as donating some vehicles. Although, I didn't fit that model, his shop charges were still well below any other estimate I got, and way below a dealership. I'm totally impressed with this shop and with Rick. He shares his passion for helping others and now I know why the shop is called Keys of Hope. Nice Job Rick

I took my 335i in for a misfire in cylinder 4 and found a frayed wire leading to the injector, brought it here and was told the injector was faulty and needed to replaced for $800+the cost of diag so around $1000 total. I decided to just do the repair myself since i really just needed the issue diagnosed but the misfire and drivetrain malfunction hasnt appeared since and when i check the injector it looks like the frayed wire was repaired by the shop. Im glad the issue was fixed but it feels as if they tried to write a better story for an upsell on the service even after the fault was solved. The multipoint inspection was good and worth the price though.
