I honestly wish I could rate this establishment 100 stars!!! I called this location because the caliber collision in Grass Valley straight lied to my face about fixing a bad repair job. I had two repairs done in the same vehicle location. My insurance paid at least $9-11k to have this done. The front right side plastic part was coming off. I had been meaning to take it for a while but as a business owner I found no time. The manager at the grass valley location lied straight to my face and said there was an impact mark where there wasn't. I was completely dumbfounded since they have a lifetime warranty on the repair. He said it would be a simple clip to fix it and he pushed the plastic back in to place (which I had done many times before). He said that would hold and if it was his car he wouldn't do a thing about it. Fast forward to this amazing location. I called and spoke with the most understanding and kind receptionist. I wish I had got her name (will update when I can). She listened to my frustration and said I should immediately talk to her manager. I did just that and explained what craziness I had experienced at the other location. He straight up said "there isn't an impact make." What a relief and vindication I immediately felt. She said he would talk to a regional manager about the situation. The next day I received an email telling me the company was going to fix the faulty repair for free honoring their warranty! Big Big Thank you to this diligence of this manager jackson and his team! They are amazing and wonderfully understanding crew! Thankfully they are 2 minutes from my business and will only ever go to that location again! read more

I recently had a fender bender in morning commute traffic on my way to work, and I have to say, it was startling and frustrating. I, like many other people, had so many other things in life to worry about already... getting my car repaired and spending that money (that I didn't have to spare) were not on my list, but now they were. I took my car up to Caliber Collision in Auburn to Kellie Wiman and her crew. I'm not even sure where to begin describing their great care and assistance to me. My whole repair process, from start to finish, was handled so smoothly and seamlessly, it was a complete breeze. I was in and out in no time flat at my check-in, and had the same treatment when my car was complete. They were thorough, paid immense attention to detail, and I got my vehicle back in record time and in brand-new condition. If I ever need repair work done, or if my family, friends, or business associates do, I will always use and refer Caliber Collision in Auburn. Thank you Kellie and Team!! read more

Caliber was very easy to work with. Brett, the service gentleman I worked with was responsive, and seemed to actually care that I was happy. Service is very important these days, and the service was too notch. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and bottled water, although I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes at any point. The work was completed faster than insurance could pay, which was a pain in the rear. But that wasn't Caliber's fault, and they even worked with me to get me my vehicle while they waited for payment from insurance. My only complaint is that one of the electrical components in my tailgate isn't working right, but truthfully, I didn't notice right away, and I haven't contacted them to fix it. Plus, it's been a couple months now. So that's my fault. I highly suggest this small, comfortable shop! read more

After I hit a deer with my Ford Escape, one body shop couldn't give me an appointment for a month., and they didn't really seem like they wanted my business. When I called Caliber, they made an appointment for that very day. I was very impressed with their customer service. Rachel was assigned to us and I couldn't be happier with how attentive and informative she was. We received daily updates on the progress of our repairs, and she always made sure we understood the automotive terms we might not be familiar with. One week from the day we dropped off the car, it was completely repaired and painted and safely home in our driveway. I highly recommend this shop for their quality repairs, professionalism, and excellent customer service. read more

My car got hit at work and this is where insurance had gone through. Robert and Tony were awesome. They were very helpful and Robert made sure to keep me updated and call about any changes. When they called to let me know my car was ready for pick up I wasn't sure if I'd make it before they closed. They said they'd just wait until I got there. I ended up getting there about 15 after they closed and they were awesome about it, I felt bad but they were very nice about the whole thing. I would definitely come back here for any future needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a car repair shop. My car was also spotless when I picked it up, I was very pleasantly surprised. read more

The lens covering my blinker was knocked in from something on the freeway. After being told by the dealer that I would have to replace the entire bumper ( which comes unpainted) so there's that too, I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate. Greg and staff were fantastic. They told me that they could repair the clips on the bumper and put the lens back in place for a little under $300. The new bumper alone would have cost that much. Just picked my car up and not only did they do a great job fixing the bumper, they also washed the exterior AND cleaned the interior. If you are looking for fair prices and great customer service Caliber is the place to go. read more

My car was rear ended. The other person's insurance company spent a while "investigating" and tried to offer a very low reimbursement. I took the car to several shops, including the dealership. They all had full schedules, and weren't available for months. They also used tactics to try to assure that I would only use their shop. Caliber Collision in Auburn evaluated my car right away. Jimmy demonstrated a thorough knowledge of auto body repair, and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my car properly. Caliber dealt with the insurance company and I paid zero out of pocket. There was a fast turnaround time and they fixed my car perfectly. read more

Took my 2003 Hummer H2 that had some front end damage after another driver pulled out in front of me. Michael Cracolici was my estimater & was very thorough in explaining what parts maybe damaged & the repair process. He even helped me get my rental so it was very easy for me to leave my vehicle with them & I didn't need to bother someone to pick me up. My vehicle was fixed in 3 days & I couldn't be happier with the repairs & service. If I ever need repairs in the future I will definitely be bringing it back here to Caliber Collision in Auburn CA. read more

We have used Caliber twice now, first time we got backed into and messed up our back bumper and side panel. Second time was a deer into the driver's side of our car. Caliber has been quick, honest, and amazingly helpful with all our repairs each time. Plus everything is guaranteed by them, so if they missed anything (hey we're human) they will make it right. Going in soon to fix a minor scratch from a gate we slid into due to ice. Thanks Caliber team for being so awesome! read more
