Caliber was very easy to work with. Brett, the service gentleman I worked with was responsive, and seemed to actually care that I was happy. Service is very important these days, and the service was too notch. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee and bottled water, although I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes at any point. The work was completed faster than insurance could pay, which was a pain in the rear. But that wasn't Caliber's fault, and they even worked with me to get me my vehicle while they waited for payment from insurance. My only complaint is that one of the electrical components in my tailgate isn't working right, but truthfully, I didn't notice right away, and I haven't contacted them to fix it. I was very impressed with their customer service. Rachel was assigned to us and I couldn't be happier with how attentive and informative she was. We received daily updates on the progress of our repairs, and she always made sure we understood the automotive terms we might not be familiar with. One week from the day we dropped off the car, it was completely repaired and painted and safely home in our driveway. My car got hit at work and this is where insurance had gone through. Robert and Tony were awesome. They were very helpful and Robert made sure to keep me updated and call about any changes. When they called to let me know my car was ready for pick up I wasn't sure if I'd make it before they closed. They said they'd just wait until I got there. I ended up getting there about 15 after they closed and they were awesome about it, I felt bad but they were very nice about the whole thing. The lens covering my blinker was knocked in from something on the freeway.After being told by the dealer that I would have to replace the entire bumper ( which comes unpainted) so there's that too, I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate. Greg and staff were fantastic. They told me that they could repair the clips on the bumper and put the lens back in place for a little under $300. The new bumper alone would have cost that much. Just picked my car up and not only did they do a great job fixing the bumper, they also washed the exterior AND cleaned the interior. He even helped me get my rental so it was very easy for me to leave my vehicle with them & I didn't need to bother someone to pick me up.
