From estimate to completion my experience with Collision Pros - Auburn was a 10 out of 10. Communication, timing, ease of obtaining a rental, quality of their work is outstanding. Furthermore, my advisor Ty kept me in the loop every step of the way. I just picked up my 2024 Model Y and it looks like it was never hit. Thanks to all the techs at Collision Pros - Auburn! read more

Ty or Tye was absolutely awesome to work with and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs as a customer. I came into Collision pros because of a rodent infestation that tore up a lot of wiring in my Ford Ranger truck. There was a problem with my after market alarm because of the wiring was chewed by the rodents and Ty worked with AAA to get a new one installed. After replacing the truck wiring and alarm wiring we found out there was still a problem with my Ac system presumably from the rodents and Ty worked with AAA again to make sure everything was working 100% before I got my truck back. I wanted to send out a special thank you to Ty and Collision Pros in Auburn for really taking great care of me from start to finish even know my truck had a lot of work to be fixed from those pesky rodents. Ty was great with communication the whole way and even got me a ride home after dropping off my truck. read more

Fantastic experience, great customer service, quality work, skilled team, the list goes on and on! Kevin, Ty, and Noah were helpful and supportive throughout the whole repair process. Can't thank you guys enough and your wonderful team at Collision Pros. Their 5 star rating is no joke, very much well deserved! They took excellent care of my truck AND me when repairs went longer than anticipated. Will most definitely be back with any future repairs. 10/10 recommend Collision Pros read more

This is the BEST body shop in all of Placer County! Hands down, they treated me very well. They also showed exceptional detail to their work and to me as a vehicle owner. The turnaround was perfect as well! read more

Ty, Kevin and their crew are absolutely amazing!! I had just bought a new 2023 Subaru Wilderness Forester and at 499 miles someone pulled right in front of me and tweaked my right front. I was thankful no one was hurt but annoyed to have to deal with all of this. A friend recommended Collision Pros to me over another shop in Auburn because while both shops did a great job with 2 different vehicles this shop had wonderful communication. I originally called the other place but hung up after a long wait to speak with someone. My husband and I had planned a road trip with the new Subi for a specific date and Ty was able to make that date happen. My car looks beautiful, like nothing ever happened. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are top notch collision repair shop and wonderful, kind people!! read more

Great place handled a bad situation perfectly Jason was also easy to talk to and explain my situation

My front bumper became impaled on a parking stop at a local park. When I backed from the parking space, the protruding rebar on the stop pulled off my front bumper. I drove right from the park to Collision Pros and spoke with Ty. Ty was very professional and prompt. My car was expertly fixed in one day and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this business! read more

Got to meet the owner- Brian V. What an awesome caring guy. Set me up with an estimate that was very fair. Addison was a total rockstar . He made sure every detail was taken care of and my truck was perfect. My son hit a deer (poor Bambi), and they made it good as new. I will tell everyone how awesome this team is! If you need your car fixed- there's only one choice, if you ask me. Seth read more

Highly recommend this place. These guys are awesome! Top notch customer service. Jeff was great. He reached out to me, letting me know what was happening through the process. Mike and the team did an incredible job with the repairs. I was so impressed! Over a massive snow storm, a huge branch fell on my car and the damage was worth over $7000 in repairs. I've never taken my car in for repairs before so I was a little nervous and just hoped it would all turn out ok. When I got the keys back, I was SO happy. You couldn't even tell there had been any damage. Not only that, they even detailed the inside of my car (which was a total disaster and a little embarrassing for how dirty it was. Lol) THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS! read more

I went to Collision Pros and had some issues when I brought the car home. I didn't leave a very good review as I was not happy for a variety of reasons. Collision Pros reached out and asked me to bring the car back in. They fixed all the issues and were quite gracious about it. They also assisted me with a car rental issue thru AAA. Enterprise Roseville was not responsive when I reached out about my car drop off. Collision Pros offered to help me drop off at the Enterprise in Auburn. They discovered that Enterprise was not honoring my insurance, which enabled me to follow-up and saved me hundreds of dollars. I greatly appreciate the help. read more

collision pros took very good care of me and my car during this ordeal. I can highly recommend them.

Very friendly service, fast and professional. They work seamlessly with insurance. I would highly recommend. They stayed in touch with updates. Can't do better then that, unless you count the fact they charge insurance less then many places I have used in the past. read more

My ford explorer was rear-ended and I brought it to be fixed at Collision Pros. I had a great experience, made even better by Kevin. Kevin was so helpful and communicated every detail of the repair and cost to me. My car is fixed perfectly, and they even washed my rental car for me. Great experience, I highly recommend Collision Pros. read more

This place is great. I have a Lexus 300h. I came down a driveway and off of a step curb. A plastic fastener on the bumper snapped. Knowing how much a Lexus dealer charges I took it in to this shop. The manager looked at and took it to the back shop. He had one of his guys fix it and there was no charge. I recommend taking your car to this shop, you may even be lucky not get charged. read more

Ty is the best customer service rep I've had the pleasure to work with. Thank you Ty. I greatly appreciate it. The text messages were convenient, since my schedule can get very hectic. Thank you everyone who worked in my truck. read more

Very excellent customer service - great communication via phone calls and texts during the entire process. They were timely in their work and got things done as quickly as possible. Their work was done beautifully and the truck looked brand new. They collaborated with us and advocated to insurance to get the truck what it needed. They even checked our engine light while It was there and informed us of the problems at hand. When there was a new issue that came about with the keypad lock after we had gotten the truck back, they fixed it immediately. Tye was especially great at coordinating all the details of the work being done and communicating with us. I would highly recommend using them for any autobody work you may need on your car. read more

Without a doubt outstanding service. Jeff was my contact person and he was polite, friendly, understanding, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Even calling me for even the smallest of details. Being a customer with a fairly new Mercedes Benz, I was nervous about leaving my car, Jeff went the extra mile with me and when the time came for me to pick it up, it was nicely washed and vacuumed out (not an easy task when you have a gorgeous German Shepherd Service Dog as I am blessed to have!) all in all everyone including Sammie was gracious. Collision Pros - Auburn - Body Shops Near Me - Auburn, California

My Tesla was damaged when a pickup truck drifted back into in while the driver was getting out of his parking spot in front of where my car was parked. I also had them fix a couple of door dings at the same time (again, my car was parked when damaged). The team at Collision Pros was always courteous, and their communication during the repair was off the charts good! The best part was when I picked my Tesla up and found that their workmanship was as good as the rest of the experience!! It's never any fun to have a car body repaired, but I believe you can rest assured that the work will be done right by Collision Pros in Auburn. Two thumbs up! read more

Wonderful service / friendly staff / & reliable. We've always stayed with Collision Pros & will continue to. I highly recommend them.

I was the victim of a hit and run. My car is used to transport my wheelchair so is most valuable to me. Collision Pro repaired and painted my car in three days. All the employees were most courteous and cordial. Mike was the person who took care of me and he was incredibly polite and efficient. I highly recommend this business. This was my second experience with them and each time was spectacular. read more

I hit a deer in my new Toyota Rav4 and there was significant damage to the bumper. I called another shop that was booked out for months and felt discouraged. I instantly felt at ease after calling Collision Pros. They were able to get me in the following week and assured me that they would handle everything with Geico reimbursing me for the repairs. My whole experience with them was very smooth and as expedient as possible. They stayed in close contact with me keeping me updated with the progress. They were very professional and friendly. I'm so happy to have my car back and she looks great! I hope I never have to use them again, but am happy to recommend Collision Pros to anyone who does. read more

We took our Tesla Y into Collision Pros to fix damage to the right rear of the car. Everything Ty told us, including the time needed and the cost, was exactly as stated. Sometimes it's the details that make a difference. The vehicle was fixed but the license plate and frame weren't taken care of so your eye just goes to the smashed up frame. We also noticed the new parts don't line up quite as they should. It's fine and would have gotten 5 stars if they'd have fixed it and maybe had a little better communication. read more

The crew at Collision Pros Auburn are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone is very professional especially Ty, the manager. I always recommend them whenever I hear of someone needing body work on their car. read more

Somehow my passenger side mirror was damaged by a shopping cart at a parking lot. As I drove off it fell off but remained hanging by the computer wire for the camera. Duct taped it and then made my insurance claim. Collision Pros ordered the new part and it was replaced. All is in excellent working order and looks fantastic! From now on I will park farther away from the entrance to a store. The walk will do me good. read more

Excellent workmanship, FAST! Great people, polite, worked flawlessly with my insurance company, and the minor repair needed turned out perfect. Highly recommended. Just be very careful pulling out of their driveway at rush hour. read more

The work they did on my car was excellent! Their communication throughout the time they were working on my car was also exceptional...they sent me text messages keeping me apprised of status. My only somewhat negative comment relates to the fact that the estimated completion date kept changing, which made it difficult to coordinate a pick-up. read more

I've had work done here twice and both times my cars came back looking good as new. They were fast and friendly.

Very impressed with their service from start to finish. Called on a Thursday, they had me in the shop Monday with a rental there ready to go. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. From the service at the front (young girl with blonde hair) to our main contact Jeff, everyone was professional, friendly and ultra helpful! They kept me in the loop and have my vehicle returned to me in 36 hours. A+ all around! Great job! read more

I brought my car in for some body work on the recommendation of AAA. They were very backed up with repairs, so it took me about a month to get my car in--which wasn't a big deal. I needed two side doors replaced and some paint work. They estimated that it would take about 2 weeks, which seemed long, but I was just so grateful to have my car repaired. The day before the car was suppose to be done, they called me and said everything was looking good and that they would call me the next day to arrange a pick up time. The next day comes, no call. The day after that, still no call. I finally reach out and they tell me it's going to be another day. No big deal but it would have been great to have that communicated to me, since I was relying on rental cars and rides from friends to and from work. I finally pick up my car after 17 days. Within 48 hours I noticed that my front headlights and brights were out and one of the doors they replaced wouldn't open. I take it back in and they fix it, which was great! But then a few days later I noticed that the window of that same door won't open or close. At this point I'm not going to bring it back to them. I'm going to just have a mechanic friend fix this minor issue. I'm honestly shocked that after having a vehicle for 17 days the shop didn't bother to check whether the door actually opened or the window actually worked. Or that the lights were working. It's been frustrating to say the least. It wasn't the worst experience, but I definitely wouldn't recommend them or return to them for service when there are many other auto body shops in the area. On a side note, they're front desk person was not friendly and never smiled or greeted me kindly when I came in. Just food for thought. read more

Solid company and they don't skimp on poorly sourced non oem. Very detailed and customer service oriented and great results.

Had my damaged vehicle repaired here. Great job, looks good as new! My service person kept me in the loop the whole time, which was nice. Had a concern after I picked my vehicle up, my service person didn't handle it "badly", just not the way I thought they should have. However, Mike (maybe the owner? Manager?) went the extra little step to call me to discuss it and offer a solution. Feeling heard and getting some personal attention paid to your issue makes a huge difference. I'd definitely use them again. And I have to note that the receptionist was so warm and welcoming. read more

Amazing. Without a doubt would I recommend to anyone! I was properly greeted coming through the door each and every time. They replaced quite a bit of parts on my car and had it all done in under a week, and they even cleaned my car! The customer service was great and if anything ever did happen again I wouldn't think twice about coming back. read more

We were referred to Collision Pros by someone familiar with their work. The service from day one was amazing. We were rear ended Monday. Brian came that same day to assess the damage and sent the estimate the same day. He ordered the parts Tuesday. We dropped the car off Thursday morning and picked it up Friday before noon. The repairs were excellent and the rear end looks brand new and we would never know there had been any damage. Mike, the shop foreman, was in constant communication with us during the entire process. Samantha in front office was very personable and professional. We pray we never have to use them again but if we do, we definitely will. It was so worth the drive from Lincoln. read more

This shop is amazing! My insurance company gave me three choices and I chose Collision Pros based on their Yelp reviews. Their customer service and the friendly staff are exceptional. I worked with Jeff and he kept me informed the entire time with updates. In addition, the work that they do is beyond excellent. We took the vehicle in on Monday and the work was completed by Wednesday. I wouldn't consider using anyone else and give this shop the highest recommendation possible. I wish all companies worked under this standard! read more
