Ty or Tye was absolutely awesome to work with and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs as a customer. I came into Collision pros because of a rodent infestation that tore up a lot of wiring in my Ford Ranger truck. There was a problem with my after market alarm because of the wiring was chewed by the rodents and Ty worked with AAA to get a new one installed. After replacing the truck wiring and alarm wiring we found out there was still a problem with my Ac system presumably from the rodents and Ty worked with AAA again to make sure everything was working 100% before I got my truck back. I wanted to send out a special thank you to Ty and Collision Pros in Auburn for really taking great care of me from start to finish even know my truck had a lot of work to be fixed from those pesky rodents. Ty, Kevin and their crew are absolutely amazing!! I had just bought a new 2023 Subaru Wilderness Forester and at 499 miles someone pulled right in front of me and tweaked my right front. I was thankful no one was hurt but annoyed to have to deal with all of this. A friend recommended Collision Pros to me over another shop in Auburn because while both shops did a great job with 2 different vehicles this shop had wonderful communication. I originally called the other place but hung up after a long wait to speak with someone. My front bumper became impaled on a parking stop at a local park. When I backed from the parking space, the protruding rebar on the stop pulled off my front bumper. I went to Collision Pros and had some issues when I brought the car home. I didn't leave a very good review as I was not happy for a variety of reasons. Collision Pros reached out and asked me to bring the car back in. They fixed all the issues and were quite gracious about it. They also assisted me with a car rental issue thru AAA. Enterprise Roseville was not responsive when I reached out about my car drop off. Collision Pros offered to help me drop off at the Enterprise in Auburn. They discovered that Enterprise was not honoring my insurance, which enabled me to follow-up and saved me hundreds of dollars. I greatly appreciate the help. read more

This place is great. I have a Lexus 300h. I came down a driveway and off of a step curb. A plastic fastener on the bumper snapped. Knowing how much a Lexus dealer charges I took it in to this shop. The manager looked at and took it to the back shop. He had one of his guys fix it and there was no charge. I recommend taking your car to this shop, you may even be lucky not get charged. read more

Very excellent customer service - great communication via phone calls and texts during the entire process. They were timely in their work and got things done as quickly as possible. Their work was done beautifully and the truck looked brand new. They collaborated with us and advocated to insurance to get the truck what it needed. They even checked our engine light while It was there and informed us of the problems at hand. When there was a new issue that came about with the keypad lock after we had gotten the truck back, they fixed it immediately. Tye was especially great at coordinating all the details of the work being done and communicating with us. Sometimes it's the details that make a difference. The vehicle was fixed but the license plate and frame weren't taken care of so your eye just goes to the smashed up frame. We also noticed the new parts don't line up quite as they should. It's fine and would have gotten 5 stars if they'd have fixed it and maybe had a little better communication. read more

Somehow my passenger side mirror was damaged by a shopping cart at a parking lot. As I drove off it fell off but remained hanging by the computer wire for the camera. Duct taped it and then made my insurance claim. Collision Pros ordered the new part and it was replaced. All is in excellent working order and looks fantastic! I brought my car in for some body work on the recommendation of AAA. They were very backed up with repairs, so it took me about a month to get my car in--which wasn't a big deal. I needed two side doors replaced and some paint work. They estimated that it would take about 2 weeks, which seemed long, but I was just so grateful to have my car repaired. The day before the car was suppose to be done, they called me and said everything was looking good and that they would call me the next day to arrange a pick up time. The next day comes, no call. The day after that, still no call. I finally reach out and they tell me it's going to be another day. No big deal but it would have been great to have that communicated to me, since I was relying on rental cars and rides from friends to and from work. I finally pick up my car after 17 days. Within 48 hours I noticed that my front headlights and brights were out and one of the doors they replaced wouldn't open. I take it back in and they fix it, which was great! But then a few days later I noticed that the window of that same door won't open or close. At this point I'm not going to bring it back to them. I'm going to just have a mechanic friend fix this minor issue. I'm honestly shocked that after having a vehicle for 17 days the shop didn't bother to check whether the door actually opened or the window actually worked. Or that the lights were working. It's been frustrating to say the least. It wasn't the worst experience, but I definitely wouldn't recommend them or return to them for service when there are many other auto body shops in the area. On a side note, they're front desk person was not friendly and never smiled or greeted me kindly when I came in. Just food for thought. read more

Had a concern after I picked my vehicle up, my service person didn't handle it "badly", just not the way I thought they should have. However, Mike (maybe the owner? Manager?) went the extra little step to call me to discuss it and offer a solution. Feeling heard and getting some personal attention paid to your issue makes a huge difference. We were referred to Collision Pros by someone familiar with their work. The service from day one was amazing. We were rear ended Monday. Brian came that same day to assess the damage and sent the estimate the same day. He ordered the parts Tuesday. We dropped the car off Thursday morning and picked it up Friday before noon.
