They get the part, I drive an hour to bring the vehicle there, they try to put it on and it's the wrong part. They then order the right part and then tell me I have to pay an additional $150 for the new part even though they are the ones that messed up and ordered the wrong part. Anita (front desk) is a very nice person which is why I left 2 stars. She apologized to me for ordering the wrong part and that it was her mistake. She told me they ordered the correct one and that she would talk to the owner about not having to pay the additional $150 for the new part. I called her back about scheduling and I assume the owner did not want to take fault and eat the $150 so she shifted the blame to the person at Toyota that she called to order the part from and I was charged the $150. Wasn't worth arguing about as I needed the vehicle to be safe to drive and decided to leave a review instead.
