Not a good experience. My son hit an animal and ripped off his front bumper. Brought it Caliber through his insurance and they were going to repair. Everything was set to be repaired. Insurance agreed to pay. It seemed like they took the car completely apart. I'll post pics. Then they said they couldn't repair it and the insurance was going to total it. I went to go see the car and it was fully taken apart and they said because it was some kind of sensor that was too expensive. I said can you just put the car back together and we will take it. Or fix bumper without the sensor. They wouldn't. I said we would pay and we wanted the car put back together. They didn't. The lady at the front was horrible and had a horrible attitude and did not want to help. Rude. Condescending. It was an extremely upsetting situation to bring in a car that they said they would repair and turn around in total it over a front bumper. It was a Honda Accord hybrid that was perfect electronically and mechanically!! I was devastated and I'm still regretful of bringing the car there to be repaired I would never use this place again! First of all being treated so rudely and second of all having them taking it fully apart and then saying that Insurance totaled it. Something sketchy went on between them or the insurance company. They totaled a perfectly good car! Over a front bumper and sensors. Even if the insurance made the decision AFTER they said they would fix it caliber collision didn't make any offers or try to help us put it back together or even give us a quote to put it back together so we could take the car! In this day and age it is SO expensive to get a new car.... I was horrified and extremely upset. Also I have pictures of what they did to the car in order to paint and repair the front bumper. I am 59 years old and have been driving since I was 16. I just had my first accident! Someone sideswiped me on the 80 and tore up my driver side rear quarter panel bumper and Light. The damage was pretty extensive without being a total loss. I have a 2018 Honda Accord Touring in the color Kona coffee. Kona coffee is a very dark brown with a flake in the paint. If I did not know where the damage was on my car I could not tell where it was repaired. The body panels fit perfectly the paint is blended perfectly! It finally happened we had our first accident. Not bad for nearly 40 years of combined driving. We had an accident with another vehicle, we went through our insurance which is State Farm. On another note, state farm has been absolutely phenomenal to deal with. On State Farms website Caliber was listed as an approved location for repair. I consulted yelp of course to look into there reviews. Of the few poor reviews they responded quickly with explanations, communication is key for that and I thought that was cool they took time to acknoldge yelp and its reviews. Once given the go ahead from my insurance I called to schedule, scheduling was a breeze, they were able to get us in quickly. The scheduling process was easy, pain free and wildly quick. Upon arrival we noticed that the building had great parking, was clean and welcoming. I was greeted promptly and checked in with review and basic paperwork. My advisor explained the process, got us our initial quote and sent us on our way. Caliber collision kept us in communication with the process, it was finished when they said it was going to be finished. The work is backed with a lifetime warranty. The work looks as it should, factory condition. Not wanting to go to a body shop, this process was painless. Im glad we decided to keep it local and use Caliber here in our awesome town. I stopped by on a Friday morning when a light rain was falling. I wanted to get an estimate on what it would cost to replace the right front door panel on my older model Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had incurred a broken outside mirror in the parking lot of the local Home Depot along with a scratch/ paint transfer to the right front fender and both right doors. The dealer in Roseville had replaced the left outside mirror almost ten years ago and charged me nearly $500 including the part. (It has a defroster and electric mirror adjustment feature along with a signal indicator and traffic sensor) so this time I ordered one online for just under $150 that was a great looking replica of the original one. After watching a YouTube video tutorial on how to install it I got right to it. No problem with removing the old one and reinstalling the new one until coming to where I needed to reinstall the door panel. Not a big deal unless you have back issues a bum knee and arthritis ... yes I'm an old guy who is used to doing things by myself and somewhat handy but now in my late seventies I find I'm not a able to handle a lot of things nowadays. So I figured before I ruined something I would have a professional fix it. So I inquired at the front desk and the lady went back and returned with another lady (That I think may have been the boss? ) I explained what the situation was and she went to the back to see if anyone was available. She came back with a technician who had me show them the problem. I was parked right in front. I got the door panel from the rear area and the technician installed it right then and there. Meanwhile the lady took a rag with some clear liquid and rubbed off the marks on the fender and doors without saying anything. To say I'm happy with the results is a big understatement. The price was very pleasing as well. They will have all my future business and recommendations for any one that I know that needs that type of work done. read more

The other day I was the victim of a hit and run. Someone side swiped my vehicle while I was at the gym, and of course they did not leave a note. Today I took my car into Caliber Collision for an estimate. Thomas helped me, and he said that most of the damage was paint transfer and could be buffed out. He went to get his supplies, then went to work. He was able to polish out 99% of the damage! Unless a person knew what to look for, they wouldn't even be able to tell that my car had been damaged. Thomas easily could have written up an estimate to repair and repaint the area, but instead he took the time to buff it out so that I wouldn't have a large repair bill. I offered to pay him, but he wouldn't take any payment. This is excellent service! The next time I am in need of a body shop, I will head back to Caliber Collision in Lincoln. read more

After being rear ended in October 2016, I took my vehicle to this location. It took over a month to get estimates and repairs completed! I complained and was told "maybe you need to take your vehicle elsewhere." Really? I called and talked to manager and was satisfied enough with the customer service (from manager) and body work enough not to write a Yelp review then. Fast forward to April 2017. I was rear ended AGAIN and the first place I thought of to take my vehicle for estimate and repair was this shop. BIG MISTAKE! My insurance company sent over claim and I called to set up estimate. I was put on hold and manager came back and said that I needed to take my vehicle elsewhere because of what happened "last time." I explained that the damage wasn't as extensive last time and I had no problem waiting for repairs. She pretty much told me they wouldn't touch it because I complained last time. I let her know that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I guess they're doing so well that they don't need business. I've contacted my insurance company to initiate this shop being taken off of the "USAA preferred shop" list. This manager should be FIRED for horrible customer service!! read more

Employees arguing amongst themselves greeted me the day I met for my estimate "appointment." I should have taken that as a sign to go elsewhere, but like a dummy I didn't. Lacklaster customer service followed in the remaining days, reminding me that, yes, I can choose where to have my vehicle's body work done, and not to do as my insurance carrier bids me to do. If you get the chance - "shop your body shops." This place looks to be a aprt of a national chain - and remember - the insurance company (and their body shops) are not your friends. In a word...or three.......RUN...RUN....RUN. I had very minor damage to my truck, and they provided what seemed to be a reasonable estimate. They gave me a date to bring the truck in to begin the work. I brought it in as schedule....and it sat...and sat ...and sat. They did not do one thing on the vehicle for six days...NOTHING! And, it took another FIVE days to do work costing about $3K. Is there any connection to all the delays...and the fact I was also renting a car from them? Makes me wonder! In addition, they further damaged my vehicle while making the repairs (they damaged the rail cap in the bed of the truck when removing it). They say, it was not their fault and these things happen...they wanted me to pay for the replacement. After a few days of arguments, they relented. Seriously...a few days before they realized it was their fault. The saga gets even worse with the surprise damage to another part of my vehicle that I discovered the morning after I picked up my vehicle. But that is another sad story for another day. I had damage to my back bumper on my new black MDX. I'd never used Caliber for repairs before as I thought they were big and customer care wouldn't be number one. Boy, was I wrong, I was greeted when I walked in the door, got a estimate, an appointment for the repair and was on my way home. My repair didn't take as long as they said. There was a bit of confusion with Insurance and the payment but ultimately Thomas helped figure it out and I felt like he was concerned for my interest.
