If I could give 6 stars I would. A super positive experience from beginning to end. A turkey flew across the font of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee taking out my passenger side LED headlight and surrounding body molding. The appointment scheduling was effortless, was greeted professionally and in a timely manner by their lobby staff (Cathy?). Bryant did the write up on my damages. He was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Bryant did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the process. Bryant even pointed out an issue with my jeep that I hadn't noticed. Namely, my tailgate had somehow gotten out of alignment (Jeep quality, arghh) and was rubbing on the side of the body opening. It was very subtle and didn't make any noise while driving or when opening or closing. The techs did a great job on the front headlight and surrounding area! You would never know there was any damage. My Jeep is high gloss black so little imperfections are easy to see. The job was done on time and at cost estimate. From my experience, two things that rarely happen when auto body work is done. Oh, and the techs aligned my rear tailgate at no cost!!! A couple of mounting bolts on the left side loosened up over the last year of driving my 2019 Jeep (again, Jeep quality). Tony has not worked with us and has pretty much ghosted us when ever we call for an appointment date to drop off our car. Yelp will try to tell you it isn't just don't listen. Turn right into the industrial park right after you pass Arizona Tile. Drive to the end and turn right when you get to the Hertz Rental Yard. Caliber has a nice waiting area with free popcorn, soda and coffee. Service was good and my car was repaired by Ruth. If you have a rental covered by insurance Caliber will let Enterprise know when you get there so they can get you a vehicle. Overall Caliber did excellent work with a smile. Go to this place if you need body work on you car. This was my first time taking my car for any type of work, and my first time having to use my insurance. This place definitely made my experience as great as having to give your car to someone could be. The service advisor I had, John, was awesome and shot me texts at least twice a week and will text and call if there are any updates/questions. (I also called him a lot and he was still really nice while working with my nit picky insurance; Geico) Lobby seemed nice with candy and popcorn. Mercedes, at the front desk, was super nice on the phone and helped get a rental car there and ready when I dropped off the car. They also can take the rental off your hands(confirmed with Enterprise) when you go to pick up your car. When I pulled up, my car was right up front next to the door. All shiny and clean, as the gave it a great detail; inside and out. That was really just going above and beyond. Let alone the amount of work they did on getting all the body damage out. Hope I never need to get body repairs done on my car again, but I will definitely come back here. . read more

This was the first bodywork that I have had done in many years, and I was not looking forward to it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, from initial estimate to completion of work. Everybody I met there was friendly and professional. The work was high quality, done faster than promised, and they worked well with the insurance company so there were no surprises. I would not recommend this place because of the attitude of their manager, Phil. They had me wait for 2 hours for a curtsey ride to my home / car rental company and then instead of apologising for their poor customer service (first upon confirming with Driver told he was out for lunch and would only be available to drop me in 45 minutes) but then worse upon 95 minute wait Phil comes out to inform me that he had directed the driver to run other errands and it was his prerogative to provide curtsey ride to customer. He demanded that I get the ride from Hertz the car rental company. He then proceeds to ask me if I was alright with that and I said no I was not because I should have informed of all this when I came with the tow truck and not after a 1 1/2 + hour of wait. Fortunately Hertz agreed to send for pick up with a 20 minute wait time so finally I was able to leave this place after 2 hours from the time I got there. The worse was when I got a call from my insurance company (not the insurance adjustor) a minutes later stating Phil had called them informing them that he would not repair my car because "I had not signed the papers". Without consulting with Jeff his own service advisor that had helped me or then John the insurance adjustor who told me not to sign till he had reviewed the estimate and gotten back to me........this man makes a one sided decision. I would give this place a negative or 0 star if I could due to its manager Phil, his attitude, behaviour and poor customer service. Walked in Tuesday morning with the intention of repairing my vehicle myself (cash not through insurance) it was a minor fender bender, unfortunately my first time going through this process and you guys missed my business because margaret greeted me and walked me right out!! Had a wreck, came in and the assessor pointed out flaws in my new truck showing me things I didn't see before, at the same time while there was front end damage, it seem they were giving disclosures just in case they don't do it right. The quote was in favor of man hours instead of replacing new parts for a 8 month old expensive truck. Took to another shop and the quote from Caliber was missing simple parts but parts that were important and needed to be ordered ahead of time to prevent extra delays. The staff is very welcoming on first impression and made the process very easy when doing prelim estimates on the car. Grumpy, hungry and hot, this place put me in a/c fed me candy and popcorn (who could hate that), brought me a drink and were kind and calming. They fixed my car better than new ahead of schedule and even cleaned it. YES, they cleaned it! Last but not least I had troubles getting a ride to pick it up as I live way out in Wheatland.
