This review is primarily for Steve Houston. A while back ago, a Target cart slammed into my wife's driver rear door, and left a small red painted scratch on my grey vehicle. I tried use scratch remover, but was unsuccessful seeing that I don't have an actual buffing tool, so I came here seeing that I've dealt with Caliber Collision before, but the location in Folsom. I met Steve who looked at the scratch and said, "be right back" and came back with a buffer and some wax treatment. He literally removed the scratch and red paint on the spot and didn't ask anything for it other than a handshake. That's some great customer service, and I truly appreciate his time and help. If only all of our "problems" could be fixed so easily! Had to wait about a week to get in for an estimate, which I expected after all the recent storms and damage. Sterling Nickerson came out to assess damage from a neighbor's fence falling on my car. He gave me options and showed minimal damage. He offered to buff it on the spot to see if it helped so we went with trying that first and it worked fabulously! I unfortunately was rear ended and had some deceptively bad damage to the rear of my vehicle. I took it over to here and the staff were awesome! Steve was the person managing my repairs. And he was very diligent and proactive on updating me on the condition of the car, and dealt with the insurance company great. All the staff were very friendly, and they even have a service with Enteprise to shuttle you to a location to get a rental and also to be able to drop it off back at caliber once you pick up your car. My friend took the car here to get fixed...poorly done job. Lots of dirt in the paint, one of the managers decided to go over with a sharpie to cover up the scratches...which he called a courtesy. Then I was hired to undo the garbage job they did. Save your money and go elsewhere. I hope the manager can stomach this. read more

I came here after my car got hit and went here for a repair through the insurance. From the beginning of the experience, the staff was very friendly and efficient. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate within the same week. They did call me twice after I scheduled my appointment asking me to make an appointment so I think maybe my profile wasn't updated but they assured me that I was good to come in later that week. There was a good amount of people in the lobby when I came in but I was checked in right away and it took no more than 15-20 mins to get my estimate. The receptionist, the guy who made the estimate (Mike), and any of the staff that walked by made sure that I was acknowledged. They even offer coffee and water while you wait and I appreciated that one of the employees made sure that the keurig was working when I went to grab a cup. Throughout the repair process, I would get calls giving me updates as to estimated time the car would finish and when I can expect to pick up my car. The process was very easy as Calliber Collision partnered with Hertz to pick me up and get a rental car so I wouldn't have to worry about finding my own ride and working with someone's schedule to get it. After I picked up my car when it was finished, all I had to do was leave the rental car and Calliber took care of returning it. My car turned out looking even better than before the accident and they even vacuumed the inside which was nice. Everyone was so communicative and they made a daunting task very seamless. Took my Tahoe in for an Insurance estimate and spoke with Sterling. He looked at my issue and told me he can try to repair it on the spot. Sterling put some polishing compound d on a scuff Marc on my fro t bumper and was able to repair right there which saved me a $500 deductible with my insurance.
