I scheduled an estimate for my car that needed to have the fender tightened with new bolts were the fasteners are. At first glance you may assume that my car needed a new splash guard because of the lower deflector was hanging down, but it all needed was a tighten up. Thanks to Steve, Loretta, & Mike they got my car fixed less than 30 mins. They could of easily charged me for an hour worth of labor work but they did it for free. Because of the easy fix it was. I took my 2021 Black Chevy Tahoe to Caliber and experience a great customer service from one of the service advisors. It took a few months to get the new bumper which was damaged. I learned from a tech that their paint would need to be done over since the initial paint of the rear hatch was defective. I eventually picked up the vehicle and noticed the right rear panel had obvious dried wax or similar debris and fine scratches in the black paint. Following initial denial of causing the wax or debris and scratches, the "manager" promised to have a detail specialist contact me to try to repair the scratches. Time passed with no action on behalf of the "manager", so I wrote them a letter asking for the corrective promise and heard no response. Its evident the "manager" who was quite defensive and argumentative is not going to resolve the damage to my vehicle as promised. read more
