My truck is black, and anyone who owns a black vehicle knows how unforgiving the color can be--yet the finish looks fantastic. They then order the right part and then tell me I have to pay an additional $150 for the new part even though they are the ones that messed up and ordered the wrong part. Anita (front desk) is a very nice person which is why I left 2 stars. She apologized to me for ordering the wrong part and that it was her mistake. She told me they ordered the correct one and that she would talk to the owner about not having to pay the additional $150 for the new part. I called her back about scheduling and I assume the owner did not want to take fault and eat the $150 so she shifted the blame to the person at Toyota that she called to order the part from and I was charged the $150. Wasn't worth arguing about as I needed the vehicle to be safe to drive and decided to leave a review instead. The service was very fast but not taking accountability or providing any customer service on a mistake that they made, left a bad taste in my mouth.

My experience today with J&J has left me feeling great, happy, and lucky to have chosen to interact with them. I had a mishap last night in a parking lot that left two parts of my right front fender separated by several inches. There wasn't much damage to the metal, but it definitely couldn't be left the way it was. I drove to J&J without an appointment, and Nick came out to check it out. He told me that it could be put back together, and they could try to buff out the scrapes as much as possible, and it would take an hour and be about $250. He told me that as an alternative, they could get new pieces and completely reconstruct the fender for about $1,400. Nick and I agreed that the more expensive option didn't make sense for my 2019 Santa Fe. He had someone who could work on it if I wanted to wait in the waiting room for an hour. Soon after Nick took the car inside, he came out to the waiting room to tell me it wasn't going to take as long as he first thought, so it would be closer to $200. Since I had prepared myself for the higher amount, that sounded great. 15 minutes later, Nick came out to tell me they were able to get it done quickly, the car was outside, and there would be no charge. No charge! I was ready to spend $250, yet this amazing company decided that for what they had to do, there would be no charge. And the repair they did looks terrific! You really have to look up close to see anything at all. Who does that? To say that I highly recommend J&J for any and all body work is an understatement. Their talent, their honesty, and their integrity is hard to find in the business world. I will be telling all my friends and family about J&J, and I can tell you that if you ever need their services, you don't have to look any further than J&J in Roseville.

Damage to the house was minimal (about $100 to replace the stucco, texture and paint) .. but the rear panel and bumper of the car were heavily scratched and the panel was pushed out of place. I suspected that the rear panel and possibly the bumper would need replacement. We have GEICO insurance, so we filed a claim and braced ourselves for this. Rented a car for the wife to get around, and we were able to get the GEICO corporate rate .. about $28/day. Initially, the folks at Fix told us that it might take up to 2 weeks to repair the car, depending on what parts would need to be replaced, and the amount of labor. In every respect, this shop exceeded our expectations. The car was dropped off Tuesday evening, and it was ready for pickup, fully detailed, Friday evening. The repair work and paint looked absolutely great. The total cost of the work was a very reasonable $1300 .. with $300 covered by GEICO. Everyone at the shop seemed to genuinely want to delight customers. No one wants to do bodywork on a car .. but if you live in the Roseville/Rocklin area, this is definitely a great shop.
