I was in an accident on a Saturday evening where the front of my vehicle was damage. On Monday morning I phoned Caliber and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday morning when they gave me a quote. They ordered the parts, worked with my insurance company, and ordered a rental car for me. They made an appointment for the next Monday, and I had my car two days later that Wednesday. To keep the price down they had used parts, but you could not tell. The paint job matched perfectly. All through the process Caliber's staff kept me informed and were polite and efficient. read more

My 2014 Ford Fusion was involved with an accident and needed to be fixed. USAA, my awesome insurance company offered Caliber Collision on Flocchini as a repair center. Andy was very helpful in communicating schedules and repair process during the entire process. I was very impressed with his communication and scheduling to get me back into my car after the repairs were complete. The office has an Enterprise auto rental office inside if you need a vehicle while yours gets repaired. Basically, if you have a lot of money and time to waste, love being treated like poop, this is your place. Terrible customer service. Had more contact from Caliber after my car was back home than when they were working on it. They wanted to make sure I gave good marks on survey. The same as when you go to a restaurant and get terrible service but the waiter is right there with the check hoping for big tip. I was advised by manager on what I should and should not say on survey. Receptionist has no idea what a smile or positive feedback is. I waited 1/2 hour first appt. Waited 45 minutes when dropping off car. They were not busy either time. Fighting between manager and employee over shifts. Rental was a mess. Their estimate to fix car was $$$$. I was advised to use Caliber through insurance. Never again. read more

Just about as good as you could ever expect. My wife had a little mistake, backed into a car which resulted in knocking our right rear lower panel loose on our van. She was beside at allowing it to happen. Called Caliber for an appointment, got one the next day. I had her take it in by herself - as I was actually busy. She dreaded to do - but -- let me tell you Caliber fixed it in less than 15 minutes but more important she was so impressed by the people who helped her. We live in NV and got In an accident near Lincoln, CA. in March 2017. Caliber Collision was recommended by our insurance company. We contacted them the day after the accident and they immediately got the vehicle from the tow yard and called us when they had it. The staff we talked to were VERY friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the woman's name, but she did some research to see if we could get the vehicle transferred to a Caliber Collision in NV. It didn't work out, but was impressed with her concern. It took quite a while to get the estimate, but the cat had to be completely tore down because of frame damage. It ended up being totaled and we were kept advised of the progress. Thank you. read more

I highly recommend this body shop! My vehicle was vandalized one night. I found it the next morning. This created an urgent situation for me to get immediate service. VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY THOROUGH AND VERY HONEST! I dealt with a man named George, who took a good hour assessing my damage then sat down and when over the bill categorically, making sure I understood all the terms. He explained that some parts wouldn't be actual new Honda parts and why. He showed me my insurance company policy on that and informed me of my choice to upgrade. I felt he was very very knowledgable and honest. I felt he was being honest when I asked were it his car was there anything on that list HE would upgrade. He took the time to show me who they get their parts from, presumably so I could look up the company and make sure I was comfortable with them. I could tell he was proud of the companies he deals with. He was very confident and above board. I was glad I bypassed the local place which is associated with a car dealership and got bad reviews and drove an hour to have my car assessed and fixed here. WELL WORTH IT!!! We have a rental policy and I was able to rent a very nice car from the rental company out insurance deals with because they have an office right inside this business. Soooo nice! No one had to meet me there and pick me up etc. George called me several times throughout the time my car was there and updated me on what was going on. This is truly a 5 star business!!!! read more

I was rear ended in a car accident a YEAR ago, at which time the hydraulics on my lift gate went out. After my insurance company agreed to cover the replacement, they replaced the lifts, but the door would NOT stay open, slamming onto my head and the back of my legs when I crawled in to get groceries. When I brought it to their attention, they replaced the shocks immediately... but they still didn't work. Instead of throwing their hands up, they worked for MONTHS trying to figure out why my door would slam shut constantly, until they finally figured out how to fix it, and called me to replace the parts AGAIN. I am always hesitant to go to auto body shops due to my past horrible experiences. My insurance company recommended this location to have my estimate and repairs done. Since the beginning I have had awesome communication with the front desk clerk, Elaine, my technician, Robert (I got his name wrong yesterday so I hope I got it right today) and the nice young lady at the Enterprise desk. I literally did not even want to leave the office because everyone in there was so cool and I could have talked with them for hours. Robert had my car fixed and detail cleaned in less than 24 hours and called me and informed me every step of the way. He went as far as getting in contact with the insurance company for me when I was at work and had a hard time getting ahold of them. I never write reviews, but with the customer service that I have recieved from Caliber Collision I needed to share. They are hands done the best and they know how to take care of their customers! Robert had helped me both times that I needed bodywork for my new car. He made sure I was kept in the loop on the status of my car. He also made sure my car was fixed on time or sooner than expected. When it was done they delivered it to my house because I didn't have a ride. Then I went in for advice on how I can get black spray paint off the whole side of my car. I took my minivan in after being hit by another vehicle. My mechanic, Andy, was very patient and thorough in giving me my estimate, and made sure that my rental was ready for me as soon as I dropped my vehicle off. Turns out that the manufacturer sent them a faulty part and it had to be reordered. Andy called at least 5 times to keep me in the loop and to answer any questions. A month later, my minivan was ready to pick up. Andy saw me all the way through, and had the staff even fix a dent in my bumper that was not part of the accident, saying it was the least they could do considering the extended amount of time I had to wait. They washed my vehicle, and kept my interior spotless. The whole staff was super friendly and sympathetic. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm super happy! read more

I was going to let this slide, but the company sent an email asking me to review them on Yelp. The work was done well. When they finally returned the car, I could see no indication that it was ever damaged. However, when I dropped it off, they said it would be done by Friday so I trusted that and had made plans to take the car to a show on Saturday. I heard nothing from them until I called then on Friday. They said they were just assessing the damage, after having it most of the week! They then told me they would try to get it done by Monday or Tuesday. read more

Also heard a strange noise from the front - power steering went out while in the shop. 2 1/2 months without a car and 9K charged to insurance. They blame Duncans Automotive and I could care less.Two supplemental insurance charges to the tune of $4K. Do not handle insurance through Caliber. Work seemed to be good by them. He was such a pleasant individual and quickly took care of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and very informatIve as to the steps that would take place for my repairs. They even had my rental at the shop ready for me. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday and by Friday the same week my car was ready for pickup. My car looks great!! The staff is very friendly from the front desk to the men in the shop and Chris from Enterprise that handled my rental. Robert walked me to my car to make sure I was happy with the repairs before I drove away. He provided the best in customer service. I highly recommend this shop, they are Awesome!!! Used this shop on three occasions. It's hell driving in this city. Anyway, the shop has an auto rental agency on site to use or they can take u home and pick u up . They have been honest and competitive in their pricing and fill the insurance paper stuff out. They have a very polite staff that tend to business,no wasting your time. The car has been delivered each time when they promised, washed and vacuumed. You do a walk around eww! and ahh!, and your gone! No names are appropriate for this shop because they're a Team.
