Most importantly, Bill never pressured us to get into buying the vehicle. He was more concerned we are happy with our decision. I've never seen such a person who is so helpful and understanding. I worked with Alana in sales and Jared as sales manager, and both made the whole process easy and pressure-free. Alana walked me through everything on my new Acura MDX, took the time to answer all my questions, and never once felt pushy -- just genuinely helpful and communicative throughout. She also made trading in my RDX seamless. Between the great communication and the no-pressure approach, this dealership has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend asking for Alana if you're in the market for a new Acura!

Flatirons honored the SofA warranty coverage, provided a loaner car for a month and a half required to complete repairs, and even covered some cosmetic issues that cropped up from being parked outside in the summer sun for the 6 weeks repair. This dealership is honorable, fair, straight-forward in their offerings, and don't play games with their customers. I'm a super-fan of this dealership and their management as they truly put the customer relationship first and treat each customer with respect. AVOID. Service…read moreManager: Ryan Nuckles Service Advisor/Service Person: Amanda This was the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I came in with legitimate concerns about my vehicle and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and talked down to. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years and will never return after this experience. A small fingertip-sized windshield chip expanded into a crack the size of my hand during the 4 hours my vehicle was in the shop. When I brought this up, Ryan responded, "Do you think we're just going around smashing people's windshields?" Instead of taking responsibility or having a professional conversation, I was told chips expand eventually and that it may have been from sitting in the sun. This windshield had survived years of weather and hail storms without this happening. I also came in specifically to discuss a previous AC recommendation. I was told my vehicle's age and a slightly low AC charge justified an $850 reseal and recharge. I was later told that 2-3 O-rings were leaking and that all 8 needed to be replaced, but no one could explain which O-rings were actually failing or answer my questions. An independent shop completely disagreed with these findings. The way I was treated was the most unacceptable part. I was repeatedly spoken to in a condescending manner, including being asked, "What should I do about it, Ella? What should I do?" and being told, "Well, you didn't pay for any of this." My concerns were dismissed instead of addressed, and I was made to feel like I was unreasonable for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. I also raised concerns about a recommended $1,250 oil-related service. The inspection video only described the area as "sweating," not an active leak, and I had an oil change just two weeks prior where no lower oil pan leak was identified. When I asked about the discrepancy between their findings and those of an independent shop with extensive experience, I was not given a clear technical explanation. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses, including comments questioning whether I was implying the Subaru technician was "wrong or making something up." After this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership. The way I was treated has completely destroyed my trust in this service department, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Subaru to my friends and family based on this experience.

Dishonest bait-and-switch. Avoid if you're driving from out of town…read more I drove 2 hours from Colorado Springs after confirming a $7,500 trade-in value and an OTD price of $36,626 in writing (see photos). Even after being very clear that I would walk if they changed the numbers, they tried to drop my trade-in value by $3,000+ the moment I arrived. Before I even got there, the salesperson, Lorenzo, sent a rude text refusing to even "look at my numbers" unless I showed him a full evaluation from another dealer first, then called me later on and blamed his manager and said it was him sending the texts. Despite having a quote and a check in hand, they still tried to play games with "hidden codes" on my vehicle. I walked out and went back to South Colorado Springs Nissan, who honored the $7,500 trade without question and got me a better rate. Don't waste your time or gas money here. They don't respect your time, their own written word, or service members.

All of a sudden, three show up a different dealers seemingly on the same day. Pollard sent me a dealer pricing quote through email right away. I spoke with Conor on the phone and he setup a test drive appointment for that afternoon. I hadn't been to a dealer post-covid, so I wasn't sure what to expect and he went over their protocol - meet out front, go over the car, do the test drive. This limits the number of people you interact, but without making the process unworkable. It's definitely different, and I like it more than I expected. As promised, Conor met me out front with the Jeep and went over everything. No pressure or over-selling. Not that it would be been necessary.I had been researching Wrangler JLs for about two months now, so really once I saw it there in all its glory, I was sold. After the test drive, things went quickly and smoothly. Price, financing (Chrysler is offering 0% APR on 36/mo), trade-in, paperwork took about 90 minutes. No negatives with the experience. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable. There was no pressure, no stress. Highly recommended.

HUMILIATING AND DISCRIMINATORY EXPERIENCE - MIKE MAROONE CADILLAC BOULDER, CO…read more On August 15, my wife and I, both deaf, came to this dealership with the hope of buying a car. We left feeling hurt, humiliated, and with a deep sense of injustice due to the treatment we received from the manager, Austin. From the start, he showed no interest in helping us. He did not provide any price quotes for the cars we asked about--no options, no comparisons. Instead of guiding us and building trust, he treated us as an inconvenience. Since he did not speak Spanish or American Sign Language, we had to communicate in writing. However, his impatience and boredom were obvious. It was clear he did not want to assist us. The worst part: * He pressured us to apply for credit without any documents or clear figures. * He forced us to provide a $11,000 down payment as a requirement to take any car. * He ignored our alternatives and threatened us by saying that without that deposit, there would be no sale. This is not just poor customer service--it is discrimination. No one should leave a dealership feeling oppressed, manipulated, and treated as a burden. Mr. Austin is the example of what a sales manager should never be: unethical, lacking empathy, and unprofessional. He was not looking to help us--he wanted to get rid of us. The manager sale of a car should never come at the expense of human respect.

The 3rd party inspection showed major damage in the engine due to rodent nesting within the hood, resulting in chewed hoses and a coolant leak, plus whatever other unseen damage within the engine. After wasting my time looking at this vehicle, I expressed my frustration to the GM, Dylan, and after letting him know I intended to post my experience on google, he told me to get out of his dealership. Said he wouldn't be threatened. What's crazy, is I would I expected to be told "Let's find you another vehicle" instead of letting me walk out of there with 0 options to actually make it right. I was ready to buy a car today. Guess Dylan would rather have me walk out mad. As we all know, google reviews serve as an opportunity for someone to potentially avoid an unpleasant experience. So my suggestion to you is to take my experience as opportunity to potentially avoid having your new car be infested by rodents that likely died in the engine and will never be removed.

After 10 min it became clear they needed to get into the doghouse I have a conversion van so this meant moving a lot of stuff around. I also have a musculoskeletal disability, and it took me about 20 min to move the vast majority of the stuff which needed to be moved, which was a lot for me, I'm still in pain from it, but I did it because that's what needed to be done, but then I always need help with the 70 lb RV refrigerator. 2 min to do for an able bodied guy. mechanic agreed to do it Then they came back and said they couldn't get to the diagnostic stuff that day. And that if I came back: 1) They'd charge me $100 extra for moving the 70 lb RV fridge in and out. 2) They'd charge me twice as much as they had quoted for 1 hr diagnostic. When asked why the front desk drone blathered something about extra time getting in and out of the doghouse. which takes 5 min. I've taken this van to 6-7 mechanics over the years. When the doghouse has needed to be accessed, this has always been the process. It's never been a problem before. I go out of my way, even injuring myself, to do what I can. And then they help with the RV fridge, which only takes a minute. The Americans with Disabilities Act explicitly states that "reasonable accommodations must be made for individuals with disabilities" To charge them more than twice as much is to punish them for having a disability. The fact that most people with disabilities are socio-economically impacted makes this doubly unethical. Whatever good qualities this shop has, Discrimination agains people with disabilities makes the difference and earns them a 1 star review.
