Gavin is an excellent and professional electrician. He carefully installed an outlet next to an existing light switch in my kitchen. The new switch/outlet looks perfect and functions great just like it has been part of the kitchen all along. Not only is Gavin's work professional, but his preparation is too. Prior to coming over for the job, we spoke by phone and via text to figure out the best possible solution for the new outlet. Gavin was generous with his time to ensure me that the job could be done so that when he arrived he performed the work exactly as he had described. And he did just that! I am very grateful for his clear communication, courteousness, and professional work. I highly recommend Gavin, and will seek him out for future electrical projects as well. Thank you, Gavin! read more

Gavin was extremely hardworking and went the extra mile. I had a number of things he helped with e.g. installed recessed ceiling LED lights, converted outlets, re-wired coax cables, etc. He was busy with his other jobs but still found time at night to swing by my house to complete my projects in 2 days (initial estimate of 3-4 days). In addition, he spent hours at Home Depot picking out equipment for me, while I was on the phone with him. He cares a lot about doing the job right yet also saving me money. I only have good things to say about Gavin, would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for an electrician! read more

He also communicated very clearly to me in the process what the problem might be, how he's approaching it, and showed me what he did to fix it. I had trouble with my door buzzer that won't stop and used the quote from Yelp. Gavin answered quickly and came the same day. Took a look at the problem and quickly identified the problem. He had replacement parts ready after hearing about our problem initially and fixed it very quickly. Following that, my family said while there is an electrician here, that there are some problems with light switches and he fixed that as well as an add on. He had replacement parts for those as well even though we didn't inform him earlier of the problem. No fuss, straight to the point. Overall great experience and will call again! read more

We had an urgent situation and the repair need to be done before end of the day. We called Gavin around noon time, told him our situation. He accepted the job and had to go to multiple Home Depot stores in the bay area to get the part he needed. All along, we kept in communication and he ensured us that he would find the part. Due to supply chain problem these days, the part was hard to find but Gavin found it eventually. By the time he found the part and came, it was close to 8:00PM. He made the repair. He is definitely dedicated and reliable. Will use his service again when the need arrives. read more

We have just moved into a new house. Couple of days later, the lights in kitchen and garage went out. We were panicking not knowing what to do. We got Gavin's number from one of my friends. Even before the visit, Gavin he asked the details on the issue and status. He came to my house on Friday night at his extra working hours. Me and my husband are so grateful for him!! Otherwise we would have to survive the darkness and inconvenience of kitchen and garage door not opening during the weekend. He was very thoughtful, sophisticated and professional. He told us the loose wire was the reason of this issue and corrected all the loose wire. This was definitely going the extra mile. He made sure that we label each cords so we don't get confused later on. And finally the lights are back on! I was very impressed with his through evaluation and accountable actions.
