We were given multiple removal dates and eventually had to take some of the lights down ourselves, even though we had paid for full takedown service. Before the backordered lanterns would arrive, the electrical team realized the lanterns were too large for the patio bifold door opening that the contractors were currently building (and there was actually a code to respect in terms of height). I spoke to Jonathan and he was super helpful - we were able to order new lights that would fit and follow code for this spot. He even emailed me a variety of options that would work in our space with clickable links, which made the process much easier for me. I called around to find someone who would have the experience to work on such an old lamp - and an electrician recommended Nowells - said he always takes his lamps to them for repair. I walked into to Nowell's and Juan knew exactly what it was (Stiffel) when I walked in. He did say he had worked on a Stiffel a couple years back and was able to find the part so probably could repair it. And he did! He was able to make it a working lamp.
