Mikhail responded to the project pretty quickly via Yelp and offered to see the situation before giving us a quote on the following day. On the next day, he came over and looked at where we needed to replace the light and gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot. And I agreed to proceed with it and he removed the existing ceiling light with the new pendant light. The whole process, from discussing the quote to he setup to he completed the job (including adjusting the pendant multiple times for me to figure out the most ideal drop of the lamp in our living room) and to pack his stuff, only took 40 minutes!
