Though I am somewhat handy with basic household electrical matters, we had a 4-way lighting circuit that controls our stairwell lighting from four different locations , and thus, a bit more complicated to wire up than your typical switch. One day, after many years, the lighting would dim suddenly without warning for no apparent reason. We thought it was a fluke, but it wasn't, as the same symptom would appear again and again. For safety, I shut down power to that circuit and filed a service request direct on Electro-Integrity's website. We contacted Todor to scope out installing an EV charger to take advantage of our existing solar array, and though his price was not the lowest we were bid it was the only one that included a permit with the city and DBI. They were prompt (early, even!) and did the work efficiently and with minimal mess. In the follow up inspection the city inspector complimented them on the work and thanked them for making the inspection easy. The offered the most competitive estimate, and went above and beyond despite running into issues along the way in a victorian SF home.. They managed to finish the work on time and on budget. Well, 4 years later, one of the installed components corroded dangerously, though due to my own failing to protect a weather-exposed box- salt air of living along the coast. Today was the second time I called Electro-Integrity. Todor is reliable, reasonable, punctual, knowledgeable, quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Yesterday our electrical panel went haywire and was giving intermittent power to our washer and dryer (in a 5 unit building this is a BIG deal).
