Though I am somewhat handy with basic household electrical matters, we had a 4-way lighting circuit that controls our stairwell lighting from four different locations , and thus, a bit more complicated to wire up than your typical switch. One day, after many years, the lighting would dim suddenly without warning for no apparent reason. We thought it was a fluke, but it wasn't, as the same symptom would appear again and again. For safety, I shut down power to that circuit and filed a service request direct on Electro-Integrity's website. The offered the most competitive estimate, and went above and beyond despite running into issues along the way in a victorian SF home.. They managed to finish the work on time and on budget. Well, 4 years later, one of the installed components corroded dangerously, though due to my own failing to protect a weather-exposed box- salt air of living along the coast. While we had him here, we also asked him to upgrade our outlets and install new lights. We had some complications along they way (namely the pros/cons of attaching conduit to the side of the house vs. trying to route it through internal walls. He personally responded within 15 minutes from my initial inquiry about installation of an outdoor motion sensor with camera. He then came out to the house the following day, inspected the layout and reviewed my home electrical system. He gave his professional recommendation as to what hardware I needed to purchase and how the installation would be made, especially in connecting to the house electrical system. Once I received the ordered hardware, I contacted Todor to arrange for the installation. An appointment was made the next day for his employee, Yelson, to do the installation. The next day Yelson Thor showed up a half hour early from the appointed time. He consulted with me about where and how to install the outdoor motion sensor and camera. He then skillfully installed it, including connecting it to the indoor electrical system without having to drill unnecessary or unsightly openings in the front exterior house wall. Today was the second time I called Electro-Integrity. Todor is reliable, reasonable, punctual, knowledgeable, quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Yesterday our electrical panel went haywire and was giving intermittent power to our washer and dryer (in a 5 unit building this is a BIG deal).
