Had an issue with illuminated house numbers that were recently installed by someone else. The lights were flickering and finally stopped working as well as our doorbell. Breaker/Fuse panel door wasn't shut properly after a PG&E employee asked to look at something because of construction going on next door. I woke up at 3 am Friday to find most of the power to the house off and when I checked the breakers, the panel door was wide open in the rain storm. 4 breakers went bad due to the water damage.
