Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

I'm in League City and after the power outage this summer, I decided to install a whole house…read morebackup generator. Kenn's team was a part of the team that made that happen. They installed the generator pad, and plumbed the gas line about 75 feet from my meter to the generator. I don't know about you, but even though I have a DIY streak in me I don't mess around with gas! I'm writing this because Kenn's team did a great job. Blake (on Kenn's team) was on time, kept me informed of what they were doing and what was happening next. Through the entire process they worked very well with Land and Sea who did the generator install and set up. The install needed multiple visits by Kenn's team and they were consistently on time, informative, and courteous. After the install, I had some questions for the team, and Kenn himself came over to verify the work done and help me understand what I was experiencing, and that all was operating safely and as planned. I learned a little about gas stovetop maintenance ;-) I can't speak to the pricing of the services delivered, as it was a part of the overall generator install. What I can say is that I'm keeping Kenn's card and his team will get a call when I need any plumbing help. Kenn and his team are committed to customer service and quality, and I like things that are done right the first time. Thanks, Kenn!

DYZ is the only company that picked my call. The others never responded to my messages. DYZ is a highly professional group. They had a busy day so the Customer service rep set me up for an appointment day after labor day (today) and promised to call if a tech became available on labor day. By 2PM I got the call. Janis, the technician that came to find the source of the leak, was extremely knowledgable and businesslike. He inspected the walls above and around the leak, the Attic and AC unit and was so knowledgable he assured us that the water stain patterns suggest we don't have a leaky pipe. Rather we have a crack somewhere in the bathroom that is letting water in. Then he correctly suggested someone was having luxe showers that lasted more than 20mins thus giving the water sufficient volume to puddle and create a source for the "leak." I knew he was onto something because this character exists in my home. He talked about the perils of our fiberglass shower bin as a potential culprit and he was right. He cut the ceiling by following the track of water stains and found the epicenter not long after. Bad news is we have to replace the shower bin. Good news is thanks to Janis, we have an accurate assessment. If we had a leaky pipe I won't hesitate to give them the contract. Janis is an experienced "water tracker." I definitely will call them if I ever had a plumbing problem. They know what they are doing and are courteous. They explain each problem and recommendation to you - the whys. They are simply very good.
