Incredible dinner at Garibaldi's to kick off my friend's bachelorette weekend. The restaurant is upscale yet cozy. The service was kind and checked on us frequently. My friend and I elected to split the lobster Rabini and the kitchen was kind enough to split it onto two plates for us, so nice of them! The lobster and pasta was excellent, I'm so glad we got it considering the high price. All of us agreed that Garibaldis were some of our best bites this entire weekend!

I made a reservation for Garabaldi's for my anniversary and the ambience set the tone just like I wanted. It was very cutesy, dark and romantic. Our waiter was very soft spoken, yet friendly and knowledgeable. I had the fried snapper, which was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed my espresso martinis. Definitely make reservations and plan accordingly for parking.

Upon walking in, we were greeted enthusiastically. It was refreshing. Our server was promptly at our table to get our dinner experience underway! Executive Chef Gerald Green made the visit even more special by personally preparing my dessert and bringing it upstairs. The Almond Berry Basket with Cinnamon Ice Cream was delicious and beautiful! For my main course, I experienced the Chrispy Diamond Scored Flounder! This was a fantastic choice that I recommend! The upstairs was beautifully decorated and perfect for date night!

We had a reservation at a different restaurant but ended up being there almost an hour before we were even brought any water or drinks. We left and ended up at Garibaldi's! They were able to seat our party of 8 with short notice. Our server, Drew, was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The food and drinks were great as well. I had the seared sea scallops, which were perfectly cooked and served with a risotto. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food and experience.

It's always an enjoyable evening at Garibaldis. Great food, classic cocktails, lovely upscale restaurant. My favorite starter is their Olive Bowl with Mediterranean olives and a Tunisian olive mix. Yummy. For the dinner entree I opted for the 5 Layer Lasagna of mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, veal, beef and Italian sausage and their marinara - decadent! I really stepped out of my box by ordering the Lasagna as my standard order at Garibaldis is their Crispy Scored flounder. Thankfully, my son shared a bit of his, and as always, it was delicious! In a side note, if you're wanting to entertain a large group/party/dinner Garibaldis has a gorgeous mirrored room upstairs for your fabulous event. Can't wait to return!

This meal was the highlight of our New Year's Eve! Our waitress Clara was so sweet and helpful with us, selecting the perfect food. We had the stone, crab claws, fried oysters, raw oysters, the halibut special, and the lobster special. All along with a bottle of champagne and a complementary crème brûlée to congratulate us on our recent engagement. Such a memorable meal I would recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Savannah.

Garibaldis is chic, gorgeous inside, has genuinely good service and the food is phenomenal! I am so happy my friend took me here this stay! She said it was her favorite spot and it's now mine too! You have to sit upstairs, the bottom doesn't do the place justice even though it's really nice. Very swanky! ;-) We ordered the chicken piccata to share with the mushroom risotto, and had two salads! Our tab was so affordable! I could y believe it. The Mushroom risotto is a MUST- it's pure butter in your mouth and sooo rich and good! A few bites is all you need. The salads were massive! I had the artichoke salad which was huge and they split our entree for us without us having to ask. This place is very underrated! 5 stars all around and such a great date night!

Food and service was a 10/10 don't bother eating anywhere else in Savannah. The environment was calm and peaceful.

Hearts of Palm Salad - herb dressing was smooth, creamy and complementary.

Would I be out of place to wear a suit jacket?

No you'd be fine. It's a romantic place and folks wear nice clothes. We saw quite a few jackets (including my husband's) when we were there.

Is this a good place for an early date? Her favorite food is Italian

Garibaldi's is a very good restaurant but i wouldn't recommend it for Italian food. It's more of a seafood place. For Italian, I'd go to Corleone's, which is nearby.

We decided to try the bar here because it was cute and we had never been. To start off the location is absolutely breathtaking. This place is like the places you see in the movies. We arrived around 9ish and there were only two others at the bar. We were served water and given the menu to review. We decided to just make it a wine night and hang out to enjoy each other's company. The vibe was intimate and lowkey. The establishment was clean. Every little detail you could think of was thought of here. Now I need to give the biggest thank you to the bartenders. We had Meredith and a gentleman serve us. The care and hospitality we received was unmatched. I can't even describe another service experience that has topped the way I was treated here. They genuinely took care of my friend and I and I have been raving about them ever since! The kitchen was closed and somehow I still received my pasta... I was really moved and in tears from this gesture. I missed the kitchen closing and they told me it was closed and I was genuinely not upset but the fact that the bartender went above and beyond to the kitchen to make it happen for me was something I will never forget. FINAL VERDICT: fairly priced and amazing quality! There was a party upstairs but you have to be a member of the club or a guest at their hotel. I love the exclusivity around it. I also want to add the bathroom was beautiful. I'm so happy I was able to check out the Saint Bibiana. This was truly an experience unlike any other!

We started with the blue crab salad and could've ordered three more... not because of portion size, but because it was just that good. Then came the bread service with two different focaccias that I will probably dream about for the rest of my life. We asked for extra, but it never came. Sad. For pasta, we split the mafaldine and the campanelle and the portion sizes were perfect for sharing. Both were incredible, but if you love mushrooms, the campanelle is going to make you very, very happy. These are two of our favorite pasta dishes in general, and Saint Bibiana absolutely nailed both of them. And then the tiramisu... 10 stars out of 5.

For pasta, we had the tagliatelle with veal ragù, which was bursting with deep, rich flavor, and the strozzapreti, which was incredibly light yet still full of flavor in every bite. We ended the night with dessert, and both were exceptional, the blackberry sorbet was refreshing and vibrant, and the chocolate budino was rich, silky, and amazing. We also sat on the back patio with our dog, which we really appreciated since they are dog-friendly. The only suggestion would be to improve the walkway access to the back patio for guests with dogs; it wasn't the most comfortable route, as the adjacent area was quite messy. To share amongst the table, we ordered the cinnamon toast banane and crispy gouda grit croquettes. Thumbs up on both, particularly the croquettes which were the right balance of gooey and structured enough to eat with the delicious sauce on the side. The cinnamon toast banane was not so much toast as cinnamon rolls with bananas foster; the cinnamon rolls were really tasty and the bananas foster was good, though the bourbon flavor was strong. For my entree, I ordered one of the lighter vegetarian dishes - the mushroom tartine with tomato soup. I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. The refund came through exactly as he said it would. To be clear, the food on my visit genuinely missed, and I'm not pretending otherwise. But Tyler responded publicly, owned it, and followed through completely. That kind of accountability is rare, and it's what earned the bump. Credit where it's due on the space, too -- the ambiance is genuinely great. Warm, candle-lit dining room, an open kitchen, a well-stocked bar, and a covered patio that had a real buzz to it. It's a spot that looks and feels like somewhere you want to be, which is exactly why I'd give the kitchen another shot based on how the owner runs this place. --- Original review (2 stars): Disappointing birthday dinner. Came in for my birthday and left underwhelmed. Our server Troy was the one bright spot -- professional and attentive all night. Caesar salad: Several bitter pieces of lettuce, and no black pepper offered or available. Faroe Island salmon: Overly buttery like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The shishito cream sauce was way too acidic -- tasted like uncooked wine or vinegar. Crispy rice cakes were bland and a strange pairing (rice blocks with salmon?). The baby bok choy was decent until the sauce drowned it out. Braised beef short rib: Tender but flavorless. The mashed potatoes tasted old, not fresh that evening. To top it off, my wife had arranged ahead of time for the birthday dessert to be brought out -- the message never reached Troy, so that moment never happened. Troy deserved better than what the kitchen sent out.
