This is a great little family owned business. They make their own pasta's and sauces. Everything is good and the staff is great! I highly recommend this place if you are in town and don't want a chain restaurant.

Amazing pasta! I ordered fettuccine with the lobster cream sauce and add shrimp. You get 5 medium size shrimp, and the lobster cream isn't too heavy on the lobster, however the pasta and sauce were delicious together. It was the perfect portion as well. Fairly priced with a small bread with roasted red pepper dip for starters.

Small little gem with limited hours... definitely book reservations early! Interior more like a small store with tables, but perfect! Service was fast and friendly! We ordered the cheese plate. Complimentary bread arrives with a spicy roasted red pepper sauce. Tons of variation as you can order any of their house made pasta or ravioli with any sauce! Convenient and simple. PASTA IS AMAZING AND FRESH! Very reasonably priced!

Damn good pasta & sauce! I'm Italian cuisine snob. I live in NY where we have the best italian cuisine. I never seek it when out of my home. However, my daughter lives in area now and she said it's fantastic ao i gave it a chance. WOW! Their homemade raviolis are LEGIT. Delicious! Many varieties to choose from. Went with ricotta butternut squash in ala vodka sauce. Practically licked my plate clean. We also had some paninis which are also excellent. Its not a fine dining olace, its casual snd has weird hours. We came for lunch. It was a gorgeous day so we ate at a sidewalk table. Service was very friendly and attentive. I was very skeptical. It was delicious and i would absolutely eat here again.

Another amazing lunch at Frali Gourmet! The restaurant has a casual atmosphere and open seating; there's lots of available tables on a Friday during lunch time. I ordered the meatball parm and chips. The sandwich is a nice size. The bread is fresh, crispy, and loaded with meatballs and fresh mozzarella. I've had their homemade pasta during past visits and it's amazing!

Incredible! Great little hole in the wall restaurant and real authentic Italian. Casual and quick- not too busy on a weekend night! The bread service was awesome and the pasta was to die for. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Wow!! Actually a hidden gem! I am a huge pasta lover and was so happy to stumble upon this spot while on vacation. It's a no-frills Italian cafe/market serving fresh pastas/sauces and delicious homemade desserts. I got the gnocchetti with lobster cream sauce, which was absolutely incredible! The pasta was perfect! Al dente with the best bite, and so fun to eat! The sauce was creamy and rich in flavor. Also tried a bite of my sister's pappardelle with saffron cream which was so unique! The tiramisu was super fluffy and also delicious if a bit small :(. Takes a bit for the food to come out, but they give you bread and a yummy roasted red pepper dip while you wait. Honestly would come back just to have the gnocchetti again!

Incredible pasta! Located on a rather unassuming corner in Savanah, I may have to frequent Savanah more often just to come here! All of the pastas and sauces are incredible. I tried the saffron, a red sauce (not entirely sure which), lobster cream, vodka, and alfredo. Honestly, hard to pick a favorite. Maybe the saffron because it's a flavor I don't see super often and they executed it perfectly. Not too heavy, but still rich and creamy, with a stronger flavor than most other saffron pastas. Teeny tiny complaint: I think my pappardelle was a tad overcooked, but all of the other pastas I tried were nice and al dente. Perhaps this was a one off. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert, and this may be one of the best tiramisus I've had. Not super traditional as it had extra layers, but these additions made elevated this tiramisu above others. I also really liked the red pepper sauce that came with the bread at the start of the meal. Overall, I highly recommend Frali Gourmet. I must return here in the future.

Wow! Came back 4 years later to the same delicious food. The service was incredible, nice waiter, and server! Place was packed with people, just shows how amazing this place is. I got the black truffle ravioli which was the best Italian dish I've probably ever had. Like last time I got the lemon sorbet, which is still delicious, definitely a must buy. The ambiance was like a mom and pop store, absolutely unique and a must try!

I am truthfully not a huge asparagus fan but the wife loves it...and Lucia may have converted me and was probably my favorite item of the night. Expect seasonal menu changes at Lucia Pasta Bar. Also, while seated at the bar overlooking the open kitchen, we noticed the restaurant is very focused on portion control and pasta is carefully measured out which explains a more modest serving size. Most likely you won't need a "To Go" box and will finish your meal in entirety. One of my favorite items here is the Caesar Salad which our waiter asked if we wanted to share. Yes, please - we assumed it was large enough to share and indeed it was. Very good. The Tagliatelle Bolognese ($25) is a classic and yummy. A reorder. Also enjoyed was the Campanelle ($22) with crispy shallots. The Grandma Jacovino's Steak Pazzalaiolo, ($38) topped with marinara and mozzarella arrived smothered and covered, and made me wonder what the toppings were hiding. We ordered the steak, in addition to our own entrees, to be shared. Unfortuantely, we all found the steak fell short of expectations and was noticeably chewy and lacked tenderness. Not a reorder. This Starland District restaurant is small and will require a reservation. You'll find yummy classic coktails here ($14-$16) and a limited red and white wine menu.

So, after moving to GA recently, we decided to go back for my birthday. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the old Italian look of this place. We could not have asked for a better table location as we were all the way in the back and tucked away in the corner, very private and romantic. The only issue is the circular coach seating was worn out, and I knew with bad back I might in for an uncomfortable night. The service itself was professional, but not very friendly. While most staff members seemed to smile and appeared to be enjoying themselves, our waiter acted like he did not want to be there. As for the food, it just did not measure up to the past, as there was 1 great dish, 1 OK dish, 1 not so good and 1 just bad. We started out strong with Denver Lamb Ribs with a sweet Ginger soy sauce glaze. Easily the best rib dish we ever had. We debated on our next dish between the Lobster Cocktail or Stone Crab Claw and unfortunately went for the Crab as it had years since we had some. We both agreed the Crab meat did not seem fresh as it was mushy and the sauce lacked the tang of a traditional Stone Crab sauce. We both ordered the Crispy Scored Flounder as that is the reason we came here in the 1st place. The dish is a Flounder, that is scored on both sides into easy chunks to eat, with and Apricot Shallot Sauce. Overall, it was an OK dish, but not as good as either of us remembered as it could have used more sauce on top of the fish. We finished up with a poorly executed Bourbon Pecan pie. This dish looked (see picture) and tasted not much different than a Little Debbie pie you buy in boxes of 10 at the grocery store. This small round piece of pie had zero Bourbon sauce or flavor whatsoever. The dish seemed so out of place both looking and tasting, that I went to see what others posted on yelp, and what we were served didn't even come close to previous dinners experiences. Not a great way to end my birthday dinner.

I learned this early on when we first moved to the area, because priorities, People! I need to know where I can get my Korean goods! - Parking - Center lot. Located in a strip mall, the parking is limited and a little tight in front of the store, but hey, I'm not complaining. It's free parking. - Vibe - It's a tiny store. I mean, like 2 aisles tiny. So, if you can't handle small spaces, be warned. However, the owner has made good use of every inch of real estate in there, but organized. Reminds me of the way small biz owners set up their small spaces in markets in Korea. No wasting any space here. Think of it as Aldi in terms of product selection as compared to a Kroger. Smaller, easier to navigate and I can get all my basics. - TLC - I always see the same Ajjumma (Ma'am in Korean). She is the owner, I'm sure. She's always really sweet, gives service with a smile and when my kids are with me, she always gives them a little complimentary Rice Cracker snack packet. They clearly love her, LOL! - Goods - The prices are lower at AM between the two Korean grocery stores, even though it's the smaller store. Those two aisles are stocked with the basics and I can get everything I need to cook my Korean meals, from Gochujang (Hot Red Pepper Paste) to Japchae noods (sweet potato starch noods). I find some of my childhood treats too like Choco-Pie, Go-So-Mi Crackers (a must try if you don't know what these are!) and Banana Oo-You (Milk) which are super expensive, but I think it's just the price of importing them. My husband wasn't really too happy that I bought 6 juice box sizes of Banana Milk for $9, but hey, $9 is worth it for the walk down memory lane for a few minutes! On the second aisle, the freezer and fridges line the wall and I buy mostly all of my frozen and refrigerated items there, things I can't get online, like dumplings, oval rice cakes, both things I needed to make Ddukmanduguk (Dumpling Rice Cake soup) that Korean typically eat on Lunar New Year, which was the reason for my recent visit. The kimchi they sell is from Atlanta and it's pretty decent. For one of those big plastic containers (like when you get Pho broth packed to go, maybe a pint size?), it's about $8? Not bad considering Kimchi is a PITA to make. The good news is, every time I buy one, it's in the beginning stages which is the stage I really don't like, but it's an indication that it was made and delivered to the store recently. I got the Green Plum juice on my recent visit and I thought it was pretty tasty! I got this as an exchange for the Jeju Clementine juice I originally purchased because it had just expired. - Heads Up - Pro tip - if you see Hangul (Korean alphabet) on the store sign, it's most likely Korean owned, which probably means it's a Korean specific grocery store. I know some people were not too happy about the store name, but hey, there is Kimchi sold at big chain grocery stores and I wouldn't call it Kimchi. Know what I mean? If I plan ahead, I usually place my non-perishable order online with a well known Korean grocery store in the North East, but this is the place I go for all my last minute needs and all the perishable stuff. It won't have everything in 10 different flavors, but it should get you the basics! Note to self for future: Try the Jeju Clementine Juice and the Fish Waffle Red Bean Ice Cream Sandwich!
