Purchased a set of tires for my truck to be installed by Walmart at the Rincon store…read more Put in all parameters. I go to get them installed. After waiting almost an hour I get a text the install is on hold. They tell me by truck exceeds 12,000 pounds and it's too heavy for their lift! No aftermarket equipment on my truck. Even with full tank of fuel my truck weighs under 8000 pounds! Idiots! Why didn't the appointment computer kick out my truck for being "over weight"? Because it's not overweight! Idiots!

Staff here is a hit or miss, but usually pretty helpful. It does get really busy here, there's almost never a good time to. You'll either go at a time where it's slightly less busy, and no staff or tons of staff and super slammed. It makes sense though, this is the only walmart for a few counties. Closest ones are Chatham, bulloch, and jasper in SC.
