Having been doing business in Springfield for a couple of years,we naturally noticed when this new place was built and opened recently. Early reviews were so good that many reported eating here days in a row! Such was the quality and variety of items. My daughter beat me to be first to taste the dishes. But...she remembered to bring me a tantalizing taste of what's in store there! I received two enchiladas to go. This review is based upon my personal experience with that dish. And what an introduction! Flavor-filled and tasting like it came from a caring kitchen, these were the best of my Mexican food experience, one that dates back to 1976, and includes having tasted this cuisine in Mexico as we as all over the US. These enchiladas, although to go, arrived hot, beautiful and beautiful. The cheese was not average but full flavored an with strands that pulled like taffy when you brought a piece to your mouth.
