Seems like a relatively authentic Thai restaurant. Popped in for lunch even though I've been here several times over the years, but it's definitely been a while. Appreciated the lunch menu as it was pretty clear cut and easy to figure out the different options. Price comparable to what one would expect at other local restaurants. My friend and I split two dishes and they were both amazing. Green curry with shrimp and the Pad See Ew with chicken. We got exactly what we were expecting as one came with a side of rice and one was a noodle dish. Wait staff was right on top of it and constantly bringing us water as the green curry was quite spicy but delicious. Would definitely pop back if in the area.

1st time here. Had lunch and the entree came with choice of salad.spring roll or tom yum soup. I opted for the soup and it was too sweet and not spicy enough. The calamari was tender and fried just right. Loved the sauce for the pork belly and the pad Thai was really good. Service was excellent as well

We come often and never disappointed. Service is always friendly, attentive and you never need to ask for water refills, clean plates. Extremely welcoming staff and plenty of private lot parking making your visit even easier. My wife loves their Thai iced tea, we always take several cups to go after enjoying our heavy meals. They also serve coconut water with fresh young coconut pieces. Sort of a bit of sweetness before the tasty spices. We had most of their appetizers such as the fried tofu, som tum (pictures), crispy rice balls with Thai sausage (also pictured). The khao soi noodles, Gao salmon but my favorite is now the Duck Duck (pictured). Crispy duck with sweet and sour "jam" like sauce. It is amazingly "meaty" (boneless). Our other favorite is the crab fried rice (pictured as well). The buttery rice with chunks of crab meat is so yummy I can continue to rave about Gao Thai Kitchen but you should just come and enjoy their hospitality and great food offerings. Another sweet to finish with is fresh mango and sticky rice which is seasonal but if you are lucky to have the opportunity, it is a must try. Enjoy the visit, you will leave with a full and satisfied belly.

Sister restaurant of Ammata Thai, solid Thai food in a small space (though prefer Ammata). A good selection of the usual thai fare. The calamari was quite good, not just all breading. I enjoyed my ginger vegetable and tofu dish and the beef pineapple fried rice was also good. We walked in on a Saturday night and they were busy. There were a few tables open but maybe they were reservations? The space is kind of tight and definitely some tables had better location than others. There were plenty of servers walking around and service was fair. They have a small parking lot.

This was my second time coming to the restaurant the first time I came for a dine and experience, which was awesome the second time it was a pick up order to go the day before Christmas Eve. My daughter was in town and we needed something to eat while we traveled for Christmas . I ordered the spring roll the wonton soup and the chili and basil fried rice. I really enjoyed their wonton soup. The broth has a lot of flavor in it and it's always consistently good. The fried rice has egg, bell pepper, chili, and fried onion in it. The restaurant on the inside is actually quite beautiful and has some great artwork on the wall. Just not the picture and added it here. I will definitely be back. This location is always packed for takeout as well as for dinner and I'd really enjoy their food.

I tried GAO Thai Kitchen for the first time a few weeks ago and was impressed! Our takeout order was ready on-time and everything tasted fresh. I ordered the crab fried rice (without the tomatoes) and it was delicious! I normally order chicken fried rice and don't see crab as an option on many menus. I'm excited to try other items on their menu in the future!

Very good Thai restaurant serving most of the classic favorites. Fresh ingredients. Quick and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking.

Good was great. Service was top notch, incredibly polite and attentive to all our needs, drinks were never empty. Ambience wasn't really 5 stars but I take food and service above and beyond.

    The Veggie Red Curry dish!

If you look at my past reviews, they are usually negative, and rightfully so.... I was VERY IMPRESSED so much so that i cannot wait to come back for a second visit! Service was top notch! My water glass never was empty (one suggestion - ask what type of water the guest would like - bottled sparkling or bottled flat or tap). My guest ordered a dumpling soup. It looked great (being a vegetarian, I did not try) - my eyes were telling me these dumplings were handmade, and filled to the brim. You should consider more options for us vegetarians. Please! I ordered the Red Curry with Sticky Rice on the Side... OMG This dish reminded me of New York City and brought back many memories. YUM! I still gave them five stars although I do have two other suggestions....My guests entree came out while he was finishing his soup and mine came out 5 minutes later. Why not together...Otherwise, everything else was perfect! Can't wait to visit to try more dishes!

Typically I am in the ever-most agreeance with Billy Shake; however, this is a law that applies to some but not all. This law should not be applied here. Master of nothing. And Jack of a farcical fusion trade. The epitome of, yea that was an OK dinner. The Thai food is bland, the Chinese food is underwhelming, the sushi is actually fine. I grew up spoiled off of the well-rounded juggernaut named Jumbo of Airmont who did EVERYTHING well. Iykyk sista. Red Bowl couldn't even fry their rice. Could never chicken their broccoli. Wouldn't dare to lace their lo mein. Which is a shame, because sometimes you want a dynamic dinner of all the above: Chinese and sushi and thai but oh my the sharks out of the water here. Broke through the waves but just can't walk on the land - Even though it so would like to. Evolution takes millenniums. And God chose the homosapiens, go complain to the aliens. These fusion factories often pry on the weak families who can't decide between the three, but it's clear as a mist-less day... they whiff hard at the tee. Came here with former work friends for lunch like we used to do although this time my wife came along. We have been here a time or 2 since my last review, so my wife loves Cafe Panache as much as I do. 2 warm goat cheese / beet salad, Salmon Tartare w/avocado/seaweed Salad and a Warm mushroom salad with arugula & parmesan were the appetizers we had. My wife had the Filet mignon ravioli / parmesan reggiano and Bordelaise sauce while I had the calves liver with, port wine and raisins. Normally I wouldn't order liver, but this being Cafe Panache, I knew it could only be good and it was. Not like Mom used to make where she would cook the liver for hours... or so it seemed. Our friends had the Halibut special and the Garlic shrimp salad, avocado / Chipotle. Still one of my favorite Jersey restaurants... and a BYOB!

It's BYOB and you can tell this place is a favorite for seniors. Our service was generally ok, but it was rather amusing how the staff were head over heels for some other (regular) customers. I think another reviewer alluded to this as well. Eg. While our waiter opened our wine for us, he never once poured any into our glasses. However, he was hugging and kisses other customers, and also walking around their table, pouring their wines. The filet mignon ravioli appetizer was delicious. They conveniently split it across two plates for my wife and I. Ravioli were hand made, filled well and there's a good ratio of pasta to meat filling. We were soaking up every last drop from the plate with bread. The Berkshire pork chop entree was ok, but the apple sauce on top got overwhelming. A little bit is fine, but I would've preferred to taste more of the chop itself. My wife's duck entree was unfortunately unpleasant. The duck tasted like it was dry and reheated, plus everything on the plate has this flavor of old fryer oil. After eating some, we spoke to the waiter about this. He claimed that's how it's supposed to be. We've had amazing confits elsewhere and make it at home as well. It shouldn't be dry or taste like old fryer oil. The waiter offered to replace it with something else, which is nice, but my wife wanted good duck... And didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for something else. For $48, it was a disappointment. We just picked at parts of the dish that tasted edible. Unfortunately, the duck experience left us on a sour note where we were otherwise excited about finding another restaurant we liked.

Overall, the soup was absolutely dynamite and comforting. The broth had a superb flavor bomb, which made the entire meal extremely satisfying. I enhanced my bowl with the addition of jalapeños, basil leaves, lime juice, and sriracha sauce. The order was delivered in a timely manner. The staff member who assisted me over the phone was super kind, especially since I requested extra sriracha packets. The price point of the pho was nicely affordable. Overall, I highly recommend going to Binh Duong IV for a delicious bowl of pho. This restaurant does not disappoint when it comes to the satisfaction and taste of the food.

3.5: A casual, unpolished spot for Vietnamese food that's probably better for takeout…read more We stopped here for lunch on a weekend and there were a few customers already dining in and quite a few takeout orders coming in. They had two kinds of pho: one with three types of meat (rare steak, beef balls and brisket -$16) and one with one meat ($15) plus choice of additional protein at either $1 or $2 extra. Both were pretty good but we felt quite thirsty afterward from the sodium and seasonings. We enjoyed the tofu spring rolls (though the tofu was hard to pick out) and the summer rolls. There was a little miscommunication around the pho and what was included, and my pho came out with the wrong type of protein at first. But they fixed it in short order and were nice and accommodating. The actual space looks like a larger Chinese takeout place so nothing special there. There's also a sign that said to seat yourself and then order at the kiosk. The server was there and said he could serve us. But you can save money by just ordering at the kiosk or getting takeout. 3% more on credit card orders too. I guess the prices are what you get these days but felt it, maybe because of the lack of ambiance. The plaza is pretty sad looking, with some empty storefronts and smaller shops like a nail place, pizza, small Greek spot, and a Fresh Grocer. The plus side is parking is easy peasy.
