It started malfunctioning, so we brought it back today within the store's stated 7-day return window. The assistant manager Angelina (who initially claimed she was the store manager) refused the return, claiming the serial number on the controller didn't match the bag. Instead of recognizing that her own staff failed to check the numbers when they handed it to us five days ago, she openly accused us of lying and switching out the merchandise, stating 'people do funny things.' She was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely out of line talking to a customer that way in front of a crowded store. After looking at other reviews here, it's clear I'm not the first person she has pulled this exact scam on. Corporate and customer service have been contacted. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location where the staff is competent and doesn't insult paying customers.

Nathan and Isaac have given some of the best service I have ever had at GameStop, please give these fine gentlemen a raise because they absolutely deserve it for all the hard work they put in. I recently purchased a used PlayStation 4 and a used Nintendo switch from here. The PlayStation 4 worked great out of the box and I never had any problems with it, and the Nintendo switch had some defective joy cons, which Isaac immediately swapped out for me with no hassle at all. Prices can be a bit unfair with the company unfortunately because they tend to lowball and flip the items for a MUCH higher price. That is a company wide issue and has nothing to do with this particular store, but I did believe it was relevant to mention. This store recently went under a massive renovation and it looks really good inside. Very clean, nice new tables, glass displays, etc. The selection is also pretty good here, surprisingly. This reminds me of my childhood game stops. The service here is really good and all in all that's all you can really ask for with these places. Five stars for Nathan and Isaac, you guys are awesome.

This is a good-size Game Stop they usually have a variety of new, used, and pre-order games. I used to be a GameStop member where you can get discounts on stuff but the price to renew is high so I don't do it anymore. However, I still visit GameStop when I need the new hottest game or I'm searching for a Funko Pop exclusive. I just stopped by at this location recently and some of their stock was a little old.
