One of the coolest record shops I've been to. It has a good collection of new and used records - I was lucky enough to find a Dee Dee Sharp record that reminded me of my mom. Next time I'm in the area, I'll for sure be stopping by again!

Funky hip place with a great selection of vintage records at a fair price. I feel like I hit the jackpot being able to purchase so many of my favorite 80's records l. I also was able to find a traveling record player that holds the records also. Now I have my own record player to take on the road when I travel. I feel like I won the jackpot today finding this shop. Place was packed with locals and tourists. The woman at the shop was extremely helpful & friendly. Definitely a good place to check out when visiting Yucca or Joshua Tree.

This place is rad. All the years I have lived here and I finally popped in. Super disappointed I haven't come in before but they always had odd hours and weren't open when they said they were. The girl working said they were under new ownership. Her name was Morgan and she was super friendly and cool. This place is a true gem. I found a few records for today and I will definitely be back. If you like vinyl you will LOVE this spot. See you guys again soon! Thanks for being awesome Morgan!

Lots of gems in this lovely desert gem of a record shop. If you're a music collector, you won't want to miss this place.

Rex organizes everything very well and I respect his pricing as he has a lot of select cuts that cannot be found!

The owner Rachael is so sweet and her customer service is top notch. She's got style and it shines loud and proud in her store. Black Luck has an incredible selection. The prices are great and reasonable. I also noticed it's very organized and well kept, I love to see someone take pride in their work. Music playing in the store is pleasant and fits the aesthetic. Rachael has amazing holiday decor for sale, especially vintage Halloween. Everywhere you look there's something unique to catch your eye, whether it's for sale or a permanent fixture in the store. These kinds of stores are my weakness and I'd have to say Black Luck is at the top of my list of vintage stores in the Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree (29 Palms Highway) area. Must visit if you love vintage clothing and accessories, the obscure, nostalgia, kitsch, unique gifts, hard to find collectibles, and so much more. Thank you Rachael for the great experience and I will absolutely recommend you to anyone heading your way. I hope to visit again soon.
