I love this place. My last printer died so I had to decide whether to buy a new one and a lot of expensive new ink cartridges or try a copy center. I tried using Copy Center Plus in Yucca Valley. Since my first time there, I have had nothing but quick polite service and great printing. All you have to do is send your item to be printed to CopyPlus in the form of a PDF attachment to an email or you can print the item yourself if you have the original. It is soooo much cheaper than printing your own copies at home and so easy. I'll never buy another printer. read more

My Christmas 2022 has been the best with Copy Center Plus this year. The new owners have brought a great inventory and multiple services back to the store besides themselves and an outstanding support staff. Thank goodness they had some See's candy left on the 23rd. This used to be Oasis but now it is Copy Center Plus. I think it must be the same owners/management because it's just as bad as it used to be. Lousy customer service, rude staff, and high prices. Today I discovered they tack on a charge for using a credit card! What business does that any more? They didn't even tell me (nor was there a sign) that they charge for using a credit card. read more

I will never support this business again. I dropped off a poster to have it laminated on 12/20/22. They absolutely ruined it. One of the ladies even told me that they rushed through the process. When I walked into the store to drop my poster off, I was informed it would take at least half an hour for the machine to heat up and that they couldn't guarantee it would be done today. I was okay with that and told them to call me if they didn't have the time and that I would just come pick it up. Well I got a phone call from them saying the lamination was done and I was super stoked about it. But once I saw what they did to my poster I went back into the store and asked why it looked the way it did. Instead of showing sympathy for RUINING my item, they were defensive and told me that the machine sometimes does that with lamination. I've brought things in to be laminated with the previous owners and it always turned out great. Nothing like what they did today. There's an older man who works here, he was wearing a beanie and has a long gray beard. He was HORRIBLE. He yelled in our faces and told us to leave his store after we defended ourselves against another customer who accused us of being "rude" for being upset over the damage that was done. We didn't cuss anyone out, we weren't shouting, we were being civil. And that man had the audacity to do what he did. HORRIBLE customer service. This is a HORRIBLE business with terrible staff. I am so disappointed. I will tell everyone I know NEVER to support this business. They absolutely ruined a poster I spent over $30 on and waited days for on shipping. This was also supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone. I have no words. I am so upset. The only good thing I have to say is that the woman refunded me for the price of the lamination. Other than that, this was a horrible experience. I shared a photo of the poster before I had it laminated and all the photos you see are after the process was done. read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I had things that amazon said they delivered on a Friday. I came on Monday morning and the mail still is not "sorted". So I came back an hour later. Then she proceeds to tell me I can not pick up the mail. According to the USPS website I can pick it up as long as the owner authorized it, which she did, to the owner. The owner is completely rude and micromanages the workers. Maybe she should have everything sorted on time so that the owner of the P.O. Box can pick it up. Making us come back and still not being able to pick it up is ridiculous. We will be going to USPS where they are not so rude. I would recommend others to do the same thing or find a new copy center. It baffles me that an owner would treat a customer like this. As the owner you would think she would be nice and as accommodating as possible, not rude, threatening, or talking down to the customer. All the more reason to give USPS money versus here. read more

I rarely write reviews unless it's absolutely necessary. My experience with this place left me feeling quite helpless and upset. This is what exactly happened: On wed February 10th, I called to ask about how I could get three sets of building plans printed and the lady working said just email us your files and we will let you know once it's done and you can come pick them up. So I did just that. I emailed them my files and didn't receive any calls or confirmation email. I assumed it was after hours so I waited. Two days later, February 12, I called and said that I had sent an email with files to be printed and asked if my files were printed and if I could pick them up. The person on the phone said "hold on let me check my email" and said, "no, I did not receive any emails." I thought maybe I sent to the wrong email address and sent them my files again. I called and they said they received the email and for me to come and pick them up. When I came, they told me that they already printed a set from my previous email and now they have printed from my second email and charged me for two sets of the plans when I only needed one. They told me that the plans were already printed and I have to pay for both. They said the best they could do is give me a 25% discount on the second set but I still have to pay for both. They also said that they emailed me confirmation of receipt, but for some reason I did not receive that. I understand that misunderstandings happen and human errors could create this mistake, but I specifically called to ask them if they received my first email and they assumed that I meant if they had received an email from me on February 12. Without clarifying, they told me no, and because of their assumption, I thought that the first email did not get to them and I send a second. And when they printed out from the second email, they already had my first email files printed out and sitting in front of them. Without bothering to check if it was a duplicate or if it was sent from the same person, they printed out a second set and now made it seem like it was my fault. Not only was I charged for two (minus the 25% discount), I was made to feel like I messed up. I left the place feeling like the only thing I could have done differently was to assume that they were not diligent and for me to ask them to check all their desks and ask all their co workers if anyone had printed out my plans before sending them a second email because, just maybe, they could have already printed out one even though they told me on the phone, "no we did not receive your email." Sarcasm aside, Looking back, there was really nothing I could have done differently, but what I could do is recount the event so that future customers know what to expect. read more
