Every time I go into this location, I am always greeted and helped by the employees. Mike and Darion are great at knowledge on games! They both go above and beyond for their customers that they assist. The store is very clean and they have a lot of games in stock. You can find a lot of cool games for your game system, even have it shipped to the store if it's not in stock for you to pick it up. When you trade in, the value depends on how old and what generation of game system you have. I like this location but not the area. read more

Nothing is ins rock. What is the point of paying for a membership if I can't even use the free $5 a month?

I bought a brand new PS5 controller from them that didn't work out of the box and when i went back with the unused controller in it's original box the following day they refused to let me return it or exchange it. My advice is to never buy anything from them. read more

Ok only reason I'm giving it 2 stars because of employee named Edward, he's screwed me twice when it came to trading in devices had a pristine iphone 14 pro max 256GB and he put it as good I was supposed to get $444 he only gave me 382 same with a similar trade in I did when I took in my Nintendo switch with games was told I would get between $260 only got $189. I've traded there before with Matt and a few other workers never had an issue with them. Love the staff they just need to get rid of Edward or he needs better training when it comes to trade ins. Good job by Josh! Came in knowing what I wanted. A new Headset. As I was looking at the details/features of the product I ended up purchasing, Josh was dealing with difficult customer. I understand not all customers are understanding or aware how things work but, even after explaining to the guest 2/3 times. The guest before me seemed to dislike certain policy/reasoning. But Josh remained called at all times. Not getting impatient. I appreciate Josh doing exactly what he had to do. And going a little bit of beyond for such guest and myself. I can't say enough good things about everyone at this store! I'm usually a very lucky person but when I bought my Xbox 360 (and like 12 games) I kept having to return it because it wasn't saving the games (which is frustrating to have to get a new Xbox and start the games all over) well, each time I went back to return the Xbox, everyone was very helpful and completely understanding. I finally found an Xbox that saved my games and I was happy... until other glitchy things started happening. I did NOT want to go back, get another Xbox, start the games all over again, so I just kept trying to play it. After a while I just gave up on it. It was no longer fun for me. I tried to play it once more and it was glitchy as usual. I finally gave up on it. I also realized it was past the 3 months at this point. I thought I would pack it up and return it and see what my options were. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to have Tim working to save the day. (I think it was Tim, he was Latin and had black framed glasses) He remembered me returning the Xbox before and he explained that maybe the PS3 might be a better choice for me. I'm familiar with PlayStation because I've had the first and 2nd PlayStation systems. I decided to just try it. After all, I have to start these games all over again anyway so why not start a new system? I just have to say, Tim had to use a ton of receipts to deal with and he was so patient with that too. He also suggested games I would like based on the games I returned. I thanked him, went home, hooked it up, played it... I'm so happy with this PS3 system!!! The graphics are way better, I LOVE the games we picked and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to everyone at GameStop especially Tim!
