Not only did your team come to my house to attempt to fix the machine, but I also have the documented interactions, emails, and credit card dispute records, not to mention videos of the machine completely failing with its Chinese-edition Windows OS. Claiming you were never contacted is a weak attempt at damage control. The machine never worked, the service was nonexistent, and the owner's response only proves how out of touch and disingenuous this company really is. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
