She showed us a number of beds, but what is rare these days, she listened to the feedback we provided and guided us to the perfect bed for us. We placed the order and waited for delivery. About a week later the delivery guys arrived. The took the old mattress and boxspring away and installed the new bed. It looks spectacular! Daniella was able to include sheets (2 different colors) and an extra pillow. There was no haggling and the whole interaction with Daniella was very easy. Mathis brothers overall did great, but Daniella stood out for her commitment to make my wife and I happy with the process from finding the right bed through to getting sitting in our master bedroom.

Unfortunately, our experience with the payment plan was very confusing and disappointing. We were told our total was about $2,000 and that the payment plan would be 3 months. The worker explained there was a 12-month option but stated clearly that we were not signing up for that. My boyfriend signed a handwritten contract that I read carefully, and it matched what we were told. The following day, when we created an account with the financing company, we discovered the plan was actually 12 months, with a total cost of almost $5,000. The agreement on file was different from what was signed in-store and was electronically signed without us being shown or given the opportunity to review it. To avoid paying excessive interest, we paid the balance off immediately. The furniture itself is great, but I strongly recommend that future customers triple-check all financing paperwork and verify terms directly with the financing company before leaving the store.

I went back to the Palm desert store and spoke with Zack he said try a few mattresses we have on the floor. I decided to get the Tulo it was comfortable & soft but it kept sliding off the adjustable frame. I got the bundle deal with two pillows & sheets and mattress protector $399 I was very disappointed on how long it took to get my bundle deal, I was told it would take a few days Two weeks later I open the box the two pillows smelled horrible I've been airing them outside on my patio for three weeks and they still smell! It's a chemical smell that will not go away. I called mattress firm in La Quinta which is closer to where I live and spoke with Larry He was very nice and explained to me to go back to the store in Palm Desert where I bought both mattresses which The returning fees are now up to $200 I really couldn't get much done, Ron was busy and David was very sweet and wanted to help me He took down my information to give to Ron He never called me back, I went to Mattress Firm in La Quinta and spoke with Area manger Christian H. He was so nice and really cared about my issues with the mattress and the pillows.
