Worked with Grace Sunday regarding a solution to lower our bed, it was a little high for us now as we are 5 years older, she suggested a low pro box to you under our mattress, now it's way to low for us and and actually have to fall into bed. Or height originally was 30 inches, with the mattress we have, a standard bed is about 27 inches height. Where we are now for what she recommended we are now at 25.5 inches. Ugh. Hard to change sheets and make bed being 5 inches lower, our comforter hangs to the floor etc. talked with her today and she doesn't even remember the conversation, she is not working with us at all to give us any options, and of course we can't return it even though we've had it less than 24 hours, of course I don't know where our original box is, as they took it away. read more

It's excellent!! I've been shopping for my mattress for months and tried laying down for at least 5 min every mattresses I saw. I visited this store last. I did not have the 100% right feeling up and til this store and mattress. Joni was very attentive but not pushy lol She gave me time and space to do my search in her store which I really appreciate it. I don't like tailgating SA. Anyway, when I found this one, I knew right away, this is it! U know the feeling, right!!! It's been only 4 days but we sleep so good. I don't want to leave my bed! I'm so so happy w/ my purchase. What an unexpected pleasure it was to go into Mattress Showroom! The salesperson there, Grace, introduced me to an adjustable bed that I didn't even know so wanted! I'm 81 and have a lot of pain in my shoulders and she showed me how to use the bed to take off the tension I. That area and also that it is recommended to have your feet elevated slightly above your heart as then the heart doesn't have to work so hard when I'm sleeping. There was one employee. Never acknowledged me, never greeted me, never looked up from her phone. I walked all the way back to her desk hoping to get at least a "good afternoon," but got nothing. I had a very positive experience with mattress show room the moment I walked into the door the friendly and gracious sales person whose name I unfortunately forgot immediately showed me the exact mattresses that were appropriate for my 11-year-old daughter and I was out the door within 20 minutes with a new full-size mattress that was delivered the next day. The delivery guys,Akeem and Robert, were awesome. They showed up on the early side of the timeframe allocated for their delivery with smiles on their faces (even though they had masks on I could tell they were smiling underneath them)! They quickly came in and identified the room and frame for the mattress they were delivering and quickly went to their truck retrieved it and as they were getting the mattress they noticed that my tire was deflated on my car to a dangerously low level. They made sure to make me aware and reiterated the importance of me filling that tire immediately. It's so awesome when people like Akeem and Robert extend themselves in a meaningful way to keep you safe when it has absolutely nothing to do with their job, but it's just because they're good people. Hi Folks, Let me tell you about the worst experience you may have as a customer. Firstly. We were told to expect our new bed between noon and five last night (Saturday), they showed up after six. Then, almost immediately the foreman began complaining about the sales person who'd sold us the bed. The agreement my wife made, was that they would move my hospital bed (I'm paraplegic) into the living room, creating room for our new bed in the family room and then remove our old King sized bed (and NO we didn't go cheep. We bought thier top of the line Temper Pedic King sized bed to replace our old one.) So now, for Christmas, they've left my hospital bed in our kitchen and the old king sized bed in the hallway upstairs, with the promise that they'll try to make it right on Monday (Christmas Eve). Mean while, we have a hospital bed in our kitchen and a King sized bed blocking our hallway upstairs. Also, as they left, they complained that they still had five more victims to deliver beds to. So we spent the first night in our very expensive new bed, fuming about their unprofessionalism. My feeling is, if you have an issue with your company, please don't take it out on your paying customers, do what is agreed to and do it on time. I mean, it is kind of like a dealership, prewrecking a new car and then delivering it to the customer that way, along with a business card for a body shop that would fix it for you. Worst service! Grace had no desire to sale us a bed. While we were looking and testing the beds out she walked away to assist another couple that walked in. Once we decided on the bed and we sat down with her and I noticed the other sales person showing that the bed was adjustable. She never explained anything about the features. I upsold it myself to a king instead of a queen and the adjustable feature. After purchasing the mattress I did more research to find out the bed was available in a split king which I also wasn't told about. We placed the delivery for two days later and were told it would be delivered between 2pm-5pm. I received a call from Grace the day prior to delivery stating that the bed had to be delivered between 11am-2pm. We changed our plans that day and waited until almost 5pm for the bed. Once the bed arrived the delivery men told us that beds in our area never get delivered before 4pm. Not only did we wait all day but our bed was delivered with a rip on the mattress, the pillows that were supposed to be included weren't there and apparently back ordered which we were not told. The delivery men left before I saw the rip but I called Grace right away and she stated she'd send the delivery men back right away. They never came back. The delivery was on a Sunday and Tuesday came around and I still hadn't received a call or a new mattress. I called Grace and she stated that she told us the bed would be delivered on Wednesday which was a blatant lie and later found out the bed was actually ring delivered the following Friday. If that's what I was told I wouldn't have been calling her upset asking what was going on. Being so upset I asked for her bosses number, Carmen who works at the Rancho Mirage location. I called her and left a message and never received a call back. Working all day I didn't have time to call her everyday so I had my mom call. She apologized and stated that she told call me to apologize and now over two weeks later I have yet to hear her. Before Friday (Wednesday) came for the delivery of exchanging the mattress, I stopped at Banner Mattress and I was quoted a cheaper price for the model above the one I purchased. I stopped at the showroom Thursday request a refund for the difference and Grace stated that Carmen would have to approve it. I also requested that the missing pillows be delivered with the mattress exchange and I should get complementary covers due to the problems. She stated that that was fine and I was also told that Carmen had to get the refund approved by her boss and she'd give me a call the following day, Friday. Friday came around and I never heard from her and the pillows and covers were not delivered. I called Carmen Sunday and I was told she was off so I called back Monday to be told she was busy and would call me back. Monday passed and I never heard from her so I called in Tuesday and was told again she'd call me back and never did. I called Wednesday and was told by staff that she was still waiting for the approval. I was very upset that she couldn't tell me this or bother giving me courtesy call and I requested the number of her only to be told that wasn't possible. I had to have my mom call again the following day since I was working only to find out that they wouldn't honor the price difference or return the mattress. Now two weeks later I still never heard from the manager Carmen. This company has the worst follow through and customer service ever! read more

Although the service was good, the quality of the mattresses are very low and cheap. After 3 months of purchasing my matredses, they sunk in. Called mattress showroom and they give us such a huge hassle when trying to use the warranty. I went back to Mathis, I've had things from them for more than 5years before having to replace. Makes sense as to why this place supposedly gives good discounts. Horrible quality! First and only time I ever shop there. Sad to say. read more

I went to the Indio Showroom because I am a repeat customer. After waiting for about 40 minutes and being passed up by the next customer that walked in, I left. After comparing prices with other businesses I went back the following week to purchase a bed because of the price and free delivery. The first available delivery time was the next day between 12 - 4 pm. I let Ken, my sales rep know that I needed it sooner because I would not be available after 3. An emergency arised (Stagecoach traffic), which we have every year and my bed was not delivered as promised. I wasn't till the following day that I finally received my purchase. I called my sales rep with my concerns and he referred me to Carmen in Rancho Mirage. I spoke to her on 5/1 in the morning and she got my information but needed to call me back because she was with a customer. I have yet to receive a call back from her after leaving several messages. I am very unhappy with my service!! read more
