I bought both our mattresses here sept or Oct 2018. The pillow top queen is heavenly, just like a dream and she still sleeps just as well as she did when I bought her on the first night. My daughter wants a new bed though and I agree, its not the comfort of the bed, its just shes an active sleeper and rolls around... a twin size pillow top was not the best idea on my behalf. We will be moving here in the next couple months into a bigger place, I will give my daughter my bed because she loves it and falls asleep so fast in it. The twin will go in our guest room and I will be back here to look at a new upgrade. The owner was so sweet and understanding. Needed a mattress for my mom. Didn't know where to go. Only place I know of is The Mattress Stop. Haven't been anywhere in almost a year at the time. Buy a reinforced mattress as mom falls out of bed. In a few days the mattress is already breaking down. So much for reinforcement. My son had purchased a mattress for both himself and my husband and they hammocked shortly after. My husband contacted them and they said they would call him back and never did. Many years ago we purchased from the partner who passed away. He wouldn't help us with the mattress and forgot to tell us that we needed to walk on the tempurpediac mattress on our knees to activate it. We were miserable for weeks and lost $1500.00 on that mattress. They have a sales slip that says NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS!!! buyer beware! What a bummer and a rip off. read more

This place is such a pleasure to do business with. All of their employees are always friendly and go above and beyond to help you! They got us a great deal on a great mattress which we haven't had for very long but its been great so far. But we got the heavy duty mattress frame with our mattress and it broke. I called them not expecting much because of course most places now a days never want to help you when their stuff breaks. But they were so helpful!!! They said we can get the same model replaced or if we want we can upgrade to a stronger frame and have a full credit of the other one towards the cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone. ***WARNING*** I'd like to start by saying that I purchased 2 queen size mattress sets from the mattress stop. The owner Ryan sold them to me. I had talked to him about previous mattress purchases in the past. He recommended there in house mattress and said if I had any problems whatsoever bring them in no problem and they would fix the problem immediately. Also they have a 20 year warranty. I figured he was the owner why would he lie. I've had the mattresses 1 year and on one box spring on the corner the material has already worn down and a hole has formed. I have taken extreme care of the mattresses. You can tell it's very cheaply made. I did pay over $650 per set and they were on sale. When I called Ryan he had me send him a picture through a text and he responded that I made the damage by dragging them. That is completely false. The box spring is in perfect condition minus the wear from a very thin fabric that is on the top of the box spring. He was extremely unprofessional. He was speaking to me hostile and with aggression. He hung up the phone with me and I called him back and let him know he should calm down be professional and have some customer service. I never once lost my cool I remained calm and polite. He then said so he would fix them and it would only cost him $50 to repair. What a joke! He flipped out over $50? Seriously go anywhere else. I do not trust Ryan and I will not have anything to do with a person who can conduct themselves so foul! I'll eat the $1300+ take it as a loss!!! read more

Be mindful that there is no return or exchange policy and this was not disclosed to me when I was buying the Simmons Westlake firm mattress from them. The mattress was so uncomfortable (backache, sleep deprivation) that I asked for refund (out of the question) or exchange. They did me a big favor and decided to exchange but it costed me dearly. I ended up with expensive mediocre mattress. There was also lots of lying and manipulating from salesmen. I will never buy again from them! Costco has less expensive and better quality mattresses.
