We shopped here because of the excellent YELP reviews. We appreciated the fact that Brandon was a straight shooter and didn't try to sell us something we did not want. He gave us a great deal on the perfect support mattress from Spinal Care Bedding Co. The fact that this mattress is made in the USA sealed the deal. We even got same-day delivery. The delivery guys, Ray and Luke were courteous and professional. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend! read more

Right when we walked in the manager put a show on for us. He was really funny and gave us a discount, amazing guy!

Brandon helped me find the best bed for my value and health needs. While he easily could have sold me on the priciest set, he let me see several options of lesser price that would have the best benefit.Brandon ordered the mattress, adjustable base and sheets then made sure I had two polite young men deliver and set up my new bed with great service. I love my new bed! read more

I bought two extra long twin beds. Very happy with them! Ask for Brandon...very helpful! read more

I have not been here yet, but due to incredible reviews, I sent my friends here, needless to say, they are extremely happy with their purchase. This will be where I purchase my next mattress for sure. There is only one other mattress place here in Hemet CA and I have been highly disappointed with sagging lumpy mattresses that lasted less than a year from the "other mattress store". BUY FROM MATTRESS STOP, they have been in business for 33 years and are very honest with great prices! Their customer service is impeccable and they do not try and push you into buying. M read more

Quick and easy to do business with. Never had any issues with the mattresses I have purchased here.

Was in the market for a new mattress and was referred by a friend to come here. Sooooo Happy I did! Not only do they have a great selection of mattress but their customer service is top notch! From our sales guy Ryan, to the delivery of the mattress and removal of our old one, everyone was super nice, on time and professional. I wanted the cream of the crop in a mattress and got it for half the price I was expecting! I'll post a pic of the one I got. I love the cooling gel top, especially right now during summer. Not to mention they also threw in a set of king bed sheets 700 thread count that I LOVE! Def referring all my friends and family here. Thank you again! The Mattress Stop - Mattress we selected - Mattresses Near Me - Hemet, California

I bought both our mattresses here sept or Oct 2018. The pillow top queen is heavenly, just like a dream and she still sleeps just as well as she did when I bought her on the first night. My daughter wants a new bed though and I agree, its not the comfort of the bed, its just shes an active sleeper and rolls around... a twin size pillow top was not the best idea on my behalf. We will be moving here in the next couple months into a bigger place, I will give my daughter my bed because she loves it and falls asleep so fast in it. The twin will go in our guest room and I will be back here to look at a new upgrade. The owner was so sweet and understanding. My daughter and I both have autism, he treated us with respect and did not pressure us one bit. It was actually a pleasure to shop here. read more

This store was new when I first came here. It was nice and great customer service. We had help from Jerry with purchasing our first mattress. She recommended a great king size mattress for my fiancé and I and helped us in any way she could. Jerry was super friendly and nice and we love our new mattress! It's like sleeping on a freakin cloud and we can't get enough sleep. :) read more

Needed a mattress for my mom. Didn't know where to go. Only place I know of is The Mattress Stop. Haven't been anywhere in almost a year at the time. Buy a reinforced mattress as mom falls out of bed. In a few days the mattress is already breaking down. So much for reinforcement. My son had purchased a mattress for both himself and my husband and they hammocked shortly after. My husband contacted them and they said they would call him back and never did. Many years ago we purchased from the partner who passed away. He wouldn't help us with the mattress and forgot to tell us that we needed to walk on the tempurpediac mattress on our knees to activate it. We were miserable for weeks and lost $1500.00 on that mattress. They have a sales slip that says NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS!!! buyer beware! What a bummer and a rip off. read more

Great selection of product, friendly service, quick delivery, and they stand behind their products.... My wife and I have purchased two Mattresses at the store and both from the same owner. What a GREAT team of people at The Mattress Stop! This place is not much to look at but....I asked BRANDON to help me with the mattress the same day that I needed delivered and boy did he deliver! Another mattress firm was SO DISAPPOINTING and just when I reached out to Bob and Jerome to see if they could help me with the last minute surprise problem that the "other firm"gave me....Never fear The Mattress Stop is here for YOU! Nobody else could promise the customer service and immediate assistance I was asking for and that I received - nobody else was willing to step up and help a customer out - The Mattress Stop has your back- the first and last place you need to go for your mattress is The Mattress Stop because they appreciate your business - they are not too big to understand where they came from and all the big companies have forgotten where they came from - they forgot about giving good customer service and professionalism when they were small....THE MATTRESS STOP AND BRANDON KNOWS HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE. Highly recommended! read more

This place is such a pleasure to do business with. All of their employees are always friendly and go above and beyond to help you! They got us a great deal on a great mattress which we haven't had for very long but its been great so far. But we got the heavy duty mattress frame with our mattress and it broke. I called them not expecting much because of course most places now a days never want to help you when their stuff breaks. But they were so helpful!!! They said we can get the same model replaced or if we want we can upgrade to a stronger frame and have a full credit of the other one towards the cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They're really working for YOU. oh and side note we also got a set of sheets with our mattress and I LOVE them! I'll send all my friends here. read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCT FOR A GREAT PRICE! We purchased a box spring and a memory foam mattress for my little girl at Mattress Stop. Chad was very knowledgeable about their mattresses and answered every questions we had. We didn't feel rushed and he respected our budget. I'm so glad he asked if we needed a frame before we left the store because we forgot about that. He saved us another trip. They delivered it on time and Brandon, who delivered the mattress, was very courteous and respectful of our home. The mattress we ended up buying is of very good quality and my little girl sleeps like a baby. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy new mattresses. read more

Great place to buy a mattress! I was shopping for a full mattress and boxspring set for a guest room. I needed delivered by tomorrow Christmas Eve, he said no problem and even split the delivery fee of $50.00 with me this was all over the phone, when I got in the store and bought he dropped it another $5.00. No pressure to sell me up an upgraded mattress that I didn't need. This place is a breath of fresh air, I felt completely comfortable buying here. read more

Purchased a Box Spring from the business. And it has Bed Bugs!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY. Called to Inform then. And immediately became defensive and jerks! ***WARNING*** I'd like to start by saying that I purchased 2 queen size mattress sets from the mattress stop. The owner Ryan sold them to me. I had talked to him about previous mattress purchases in the past. He recommended there in house mattress and said if I had any problems whatsoever bring them in no problem and they would fix the problem immediately. Also they have a 20 year warranty. I figured he was the owner why would he lie. I've had the mattresses 1 year and on one box spring on the corner the material has already worn down and a hole has formed. I have taken extreme care of the mattresses. You can tell it's very cheaply made. I did pay over $650 per set and they were on sale. When I called Ryan he had me send him a picture through a text and he responded that I made the damage by dragging them. That is completely false. The box spring is in perfect condition minus the wear from a very thin fabric that is on the top of the box spring. He was extremely unprofessional. He was speaking to me hostile and with aggression. He hung up the phone with me and I called him back and let him know he should calm down be professional and have some customer service. I never once lost my cool I remained calm and polite. He then said so he would fix them and it would only cost him $50 to repair. What a joke! He flipped out over $50? Seriously go anywhere else. I do not trust Ryan and I will not have anything to do with a person who can conduct themselves so foul! I'll eat the $1300+ take it as a loss!!! read more

Be mindful that there is no return or exchange policy and this was not disclosed to me when I was buying the Simmons Westlake firm mattress from them. The mattress was so uncomfortable (backache, sleep deprivation) that I asked for refund (out of the question) or exchange. They did me a big favor and decided to exchange but it costed me dearly. I ended up with expensive mediocre mattress. There was also lots of lying and manipulating from salesmen. I will never buy again from them! Costco has less expensive and better quality mattresses. I wish I new it before I plunged into this nightmare. read more
