On our first (and by far our best) visit, we were helped by a lovely salesperson, I believe it was Sarah- she was knowledgeable and so helpful. We picked our sectional, fully aware that we could return or exchange pieces within the time frame given. And we ended up doing just that. The pieces we thought we wanted were not quite it... so we exchanged them. Part of our purchase was 2 reclining pieces. And here's where things got difficult. One of the recliners just stopped working and when we called to ask for help with the warranty they kinda gave us the run around. Still have a non operable recliner and I just think at this price point- there should more options to receive assistance if needed. Just my 2 cents.

Prema held on to our furniture for a few weeks and very helpfully delayed our delivery to give us time to get the work completed.
