Ashley was our 3rd stop for shopping and I was able to find something that I liked. This is not a recliner but rather an oversized comfortable as hell chair complete with a pillow. Our experience at Ashley's was complemented by sales professional extraordinaire Tim Doan. Tim was not only helpful but he also fought to get us $100 off the already discounted chair and free delivery. We received the chair today and it has proven thus far to be a good investment. Ashley seems to get some brutal reviews but our experience was nothing less than 5 stars. Also, our delivery people were very kind and helpful.

His manner of communication in regards to sales promotions and the use of a gift card was so abrasive and he would not even offer an alternative or the option for discussion. I feel sorry for the staff that work for Ashley. We haven't received our furniture yet but based on our in store experience I highly doubt we will be back to shop at this location or any other Ashley furniture store.
