We were lucky that it was the easiest one and he was able to locate the part quickly. He came back within ha couple of hours and had it working great. He checked to make sure that the temperature was calibrated correctly. I asked him a question regarding dishwasher recommendations since mine hadn't been heating properly. We bought a new dishwasher using is suggestion and couldn't be happier. Then they charged me $125. I was surprised by that because it was quick for them and they didn't have to do any physical labor or install parts. It didn't really take two men! I haven't used it yet and don't know if it's improved but they said they adjusted it to be right. Oh, and second, when I inquired about balancing the refrigerator, I was told I have too much food in there! I'm a senior but not that gullible. I think they take advantage. So I have to find someone less insulting and get back with the people who gave glowing referral. Some outfits stop by and give free estimates. Hire one of them!

I paid $75 for the parts and labor and picked up my fridge the next day. It came with a 30 day warranty. When I brought it home I noticed that even on the lowest setting it was now freezing everything in the bottom. I took it back up there and they changed the cold control for free. They had it from Saturday to Friday (ugh ... a bit too long for my taste) but they did it for no extra charge. They updated me by phone the whole week that it was there. I'm talking about the store on State that's south of Florida next to the kung fu place and the billiards place. When I paid, they told me that they did take credit/debit cards but the only one that could run the card was the owner and he wasn't there.

To my horror, the reason the dryer was burning so hot and melting things was because the previous owners had used a gas dryer for propane hook up without the proper conversion kit. Why this wasn't caught during the home inspection I don't know. Anyway, it was therefore not covered under the homeowner appliance warranty. Luckily AJ's had several refurbished dryers that I could buy for $250 so I was able to get a much nicer near commercial size dryer instead and it was installed for free.

I searched the internet and found great pictures EZ APPLIANCES!! , so I gave them a call. They had a good selection and offered a good guarantee. The owner (Enrique) was very kind and patient. We agreed on a price that included delivery and installation. I couldn't move to my new place for a few weeks and they were willing to keep it for me. So far so good! Units were delivered when discussed and the guys who delivered were friendly and courteous. I am truly satisfied with my purchase and the choice to go to EZ APPLIANCES ! Highly recommended! I also thank you this company because really distance is far.
