They've come back with great bargains. Prices were higher for awhile. Store is clean and aisles are wide for wheelchairs and carts. Chicken broth 2-99 cent, if you only need smaller amount, but the carton near by on the shelf was $1.09 for larger quantity, still cheaper than market stores nearby. This grocery outlet is locally owned and operated, the prices reflect the area really well. Amazing staff like roxanne, and older gentleman in the mornings. I see this store as a staple to the area and definitely is amazing. read more

Although this is not my home GO, this store seems to carry more products. So I go to my local east Hemet store first. This week, I bought a fluffy yellow pillow and some cat treats. Welp here we go. Grocery Outlet is for the most part an awesome store they are hit and miss on some items. This place was clean and I spent all of about two minutes looking for what I needed then I remembered why walk around when you can ask. This super awesome employee showed me we're to find it. And a few minutes later I ran across him again with another question. And he was able to help again I wish I could remember his name so I could give a proper shout out. Now to the hit or miss part I asked about birthday candles and apparently that one of the missing items. read more

As I am already a fan of grocery outlets, I took my Mom to this one near her home. Her first time, she was pleased and will return. This location seems a little smaller than the others I've been to, but has all the great bargains and variety. It's a nice clean store and the staff is helpful and friendly. Employee's are friendly especially when walking the door. Aisles are clean and well stocked. A few visits, I've had trouble finding the pricing on the shelves for items but stokers seem to be on top of stocking the shelves. Most things are decently priced but when you find a deal stock up; ex.. 8lb of Salsa for $6, I had no choice but to buy it. Other items like chips/cereals/frozen foods; are not that discounted and are standard pricing at outlet stores; just pay attn to the per ounce price and buy accordingly. Interesting backstory to the chain and seems they do a lot of good for the needy community outreach type programs. read more

NEW STORE !!! Went in to check it out. I usually shop at Winco for meats and $.99 store for my avocados fruits and breads This store is new clean and well staffed The bargains are on things like a 2 pound box of cereal ( on a clearance rack ) for $.98 or a hillshire farms HOT SANDWICH pulled chicken with BBQ sauce 13.5 ounces on sale that day for $.98 each. I also think the 14 ounce New York strip steaks 2 for $6.99 is a good value Yesterday I went back and on the end cap they displayed Minute Maid 33.8 ounce boxes of orange juice for $.98 each I purchased 12 of them as they don't need refrigeration and the sell by date was August 24 2020 ( at first glance it looked like Aug 2420 LOL ) I also found my favorite bread Premiere Marble Rye one pound loaf for $1.49 !!!! Friendly owner, knowledgeable staff, helpful people and I will definitely shop here often when in Hemet ( I drove in from Menifee yesterday) I actually only brought one to try of the hillshire Farm hot chicken and ate it it was great so I went back to get more SOLD OUT !!! All gone !!!! The young lady who stocked the refrigerated items told me that when shipments come in and the expiration dates are coming too close they will reduce the price for those items. I like that food is sold rather than wasted I hope you like this store too It is my new favorite P.S. disclaimer!!! not all the prices are lower than other stores you have to hunt for the bargains. read more

I absolutely love this store! They always have exciting options and variety, at a great price! The staff is always friendly and helpful too! Laney was so nice and her customer service went above and beyond... the same for her son, though I can't remember his name at the moment, as I have some memory loss from a concussion. He was very kind and helpful, and he had a really cool mustache! Aaron my cashier, was very sweet, friendly and efficient, as was Valerie? (She was helping with bagging groceries.) I hadn't been to the store in a while, but I definitely look forward to returning! It's always a pleasure to shop at this location because of how well they treat their customers! Oh, and you get to enter your receipt into a raffle for a drawing for free groceries if you like! Added bonus! We have two Grocery Outlets here in Hemet and they are both great. The stores are clean and the staff in both stores are knowledgeable and friendly. Although the stock is somewhat limited, they stock items everybody uses every day at prices that are up to 50% less than the big grocery chain stores. My regular choices include but are not limited to: New York Steaks ( 2 for $7.99 ), packaged fish, bacon, eggs, frozen foods, dairy products, cake/muffin mixes, bread, cereal, condiments and quality wine at incredibly low prices. I'm sure there are many more items that we don't purchase regularly that are discounted as well.Also, you can sign up for daily e mail specials and discounts if you are so inclined. I don't have anything negative to say about these businesses, only good things. read more

This store just opened on the 6th of February, I was so excited! !I actually make it a point tt visit Grocery Outlet's all around California!! I love Grocery Outlet because of their variety of organic and healthy name brand foods that are at available at super affordable prices. This store was a nice size with wide isles. I liked the layout of the store, outside there was plentY of parking. My only complaint (I've visited the store three times) is customer service. The employees have been rude and I have felt rushed. It happens both in the aisles and at the register. I'm going to go a few more times, hopefully things will be more pleasant read more
