Excellent quality patio furniture. Good deals and helpful suggestions. Very pleased with their products

We had an idea of what we wanted and assembled a list of places to shop - warehouses to showrooms. Walking into Real Deal Liquidators (note their Thu-Sun hours!) we were greeted by Loren, a lovely fireball personality with a refreshing no-nonsense business approach who listened to us first, and then offered their value prop - ever changing vast inventory selection reasonably priced to move. We really like to support a go-getter business owner like Loren and the impressive lean team she has to get items delivered in the Coachella Valley area. You should start your shopping here and you'll likely come back after the sometimes great, sometimes dismissive experiences you will have shopping showrooms. read more

Real Deal Liquidators - 48" metal patio table with breeze block motif - Outdoor Furniture Stores Near Me - Palm Desert, California

Spent a week looking for replacement outdoor furniture for a balcony in PS and grew tired and frustrated at all the places selling the same old boring stuff. Just when we were about to give up and take a break, we stopped by Real Deal Liquidators and met Loren -- OMG what a breath of fresh air! They carry a wide diversity of good-looking outdoor furniture covering the gamut of styles, at sharp prices. We were looking for something a little mod and a little different, and found lots of options. But boy-oh-boy the real treasure here is Loren. Ask for her. This lady is such a gem -- smart, funny, remarkably direct and honest, and just an all-around great person to know. She knows her inventory, actually listens and manages to figure out what you're looking for (no matter how vague and wishy-washy your description), and has become our go-to contact when we are looking for almost any piece of outdoor furniture. We're very happy with the pieces we ended up with and look forward to dropping in over the next months to see what other interesting pieces they get in as we slowly fill in the empty spots. If you're looking for outdoor furniture any where in the Coachella Valley, this place should DEFINITELY be on your list. read more

Real Deal Liquidators - This is our beautiful patio set - Outdoor Furniture Stores Near Me - Palm Desert, California

This shop offers a lot of options. They have both new and used furniture. We recently purchased several easy chairs, end tables and lamps that were liquidated from a very nice local hotel. What a bargain for some really nice items. We are refurnishing a rental unit and were so pleased we also ordered a living room set and bedroom set that was brand new from their distributor in LA. We found great prices on everything. If you are in the market for mattresses I also highly recommend this outlet. We purchased high quality name brand mattresses at bargain prices. Lastly, the most important thing is customer service and the owner, Peter Montalvo is all about it. He delivers 1000%. If you are looking, this place is a gem! read more

Several years ago we purchased Martha Stewart wicker-like furniture from Lauren and Clay, owners of this store. Unfortunately, the wicker began to crumble rendering the furniture useless. We returned to Real Deal last week to purchase a new set of patio furniture despite the fact the furniture was defective. We blamed Martha Stewart, as do many people. Upon returning, we showed Lauren and Clay pictures of the crumbling furniture and they were mortified. No questions asked, they immediately delivered an entire new set to our house for free. Who does that? I've furnished many houses with furniture and have never met more honest and sincere owners. Clearly they have your back. read more

I could not believe the number of 5 star reviews until I bought my patio furniture from the Real Deal Liquidators. We were looking for patio furniture of above average quality for a great price and delivered within a couple of days. They are currently limited by space and are very busy considering they have not been in business for more than a few years. They are extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They are very efficient and wanting to satisfy the customer. I hope they never lose the great way they operate the business. We were very happy with the entire process and all our desires were met with 5 star service. Thank you. We will be back. read more

We are so happy we found Real Deal!!!! Fantastic store, huge selection and fabulous customer service. The prices are really very discounted. Also, even though they deal in liquidations, they still offer each piece in your choice of hundreds of fabrics! The owners, Clay and Loren, were wonderfully patient with us as we kept coming back and back to the store and having a hard time deciding. But they guided us through the whole process until we were completely satisfied. They get my highest recommendation!! A+++++++++++ read more

I can't sat enough great things about our experience shopping at Real Deal Liquidators. I shopped around both locally and online before deciding to make a trip over to this store. The great reviews here are truly justified as both Lauren and Clay were genuinely friendly and really tried to understand what I was looking for. They did not have the style of fire pit that I was looking for initially but to my surprise they actually followed up and found one that works perfectly! Both Lauren and Clay were terrific to deal throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the high quality fire pit that we purchased for a very reasonable price! We've already received several compliments from our friends and neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase here again. Highly recommend!!! read more

Our experience with Lauren and Clay was wonderful. We needed 2 sets of patio furniture fast and in our budget. Their warehouse was such a great find and I found it because of the great reviews others have written. They had what we needed and delivered it within 2 hours! They set everything up and the fire pit was burning before they left. The price was just right for the quality. Really nice people with a great warehouse idea. **************BUYER BEWARE********************* When I first stumbled on to this little warehouse store, I was impressed...They had the blue sunbrella set I was looking for...Although MORE EXPENSIVE than COSTCO or SAMS, they had the color I wanted. Loren makes you feel right at home, and Clay delivered my furniture within a week. All was good....and then the CONVERSATION SET CUSHIONS FADED...all within 30 days.....regardless of the fabric on the conversation set, it should have lasted longer than 30 days....I have regular pillows from Pier 1, that show no sign of fading....and that's after two years....When I contacted Loren to see if I had any recourse...NO..... You pay cash, you buy AS IS.....you buy ALL SALES FINAL.... If I would have purchased from any other store, I would have a WARRANTY.. Please don't make the mistake I made...shop elsewhere where they back their products. read more

We have been dealing with Lauren and Clay for several weeks. We've made several purchases from them , all at terrific prices. The furniture and custom cushions are beautiful, and their customer service is OUTSTANDING! My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for good furniture, reasonable prices and designer advice! Besides that, they're fun to work with! One more important plus: they know all the area's various clubs' HOA requirements and restrictions! Big help when deciding what to select! read more

We went here with no real high expectations. Drove past the address a couple of times, but it was where they said it would be. We were greeted and asked about what we wanted. There appears to be something for every one. We were looking for chaise lounges, and then narrowed it to a fairly broad price range. The people there spent a lot of time getting us something we really wanted, did not try to upsell us. We found what we were looking for. They only had two in stock, we were looking for four. They told us another shipment would be in Thursday or Friday. We were called on Thursday and picked them up. They helped load the lounges into the car. Just remember to read the instructions. They do not accept credit cards read more

Real Deal Liquidators - Love this!!! - Outdoor Furniture Stores Near Me - Palm Desert, California

What a terrific shopping experience! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and there was plenty of inventory to choose from. I walked in with a specific style in mind and came home with something completely different. The salesperson asked what were looking for and we said some chairs for around the fire pit. He suggested we try sitting in a set of chairs I never would have considered. They weren't the colorful, cushy chairs I had in mind. THEY WERE AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE! And they were delivered to our patio a few hours later. Happy customers here! read more
