What a fun store! Stopped in on a whim and spend 30 minutes there! The boutique is filled with…read moresmall home decor items like textured pillows, pillows with mid century modern prints, throws, faux topiaries and orchids, wall mirrors, small pieces of furniture, kitchen items, books, candles and even some fashion jewelry. Also some cozy sweaters and women's tops. I would shop here constantly if they had a store in Portland! They had lots of coasters, dish towels and aprons with funny sayings, the kind that actually have you laughing out loud, no emoji necessary! The women that work here are super friendly. They provide the level of assistance you need or want and let you browse at your leisure if that's your thing. My favorite is their collection of Waxing Poetic brand jewelry, a collection of mixed metal necklaces and charms that enable you to create your own piece of jewelry as each can be purchased separately. They have one of the few collections in the Palm Springs area. The charms come in different sizes, many celestial, and all have a saying on the back. Just love! This store is on my must visit list for my next visit to Palm Springs area. Covid, please go away so we can get back to traveling! I want to get back to the desert!

Right at the front is the cashier which the gentleman working was a massive gem. The sweetest and friendliest. The layout of the place is an open storefront. Different vendors I believe that house their goods. Just walking through will take some time as there's literally something that will catch your eyes. Also located right at the front, a charcuterie mini truck. How cute to have something like that. Next to that is a specialty market which offers amazing wine options and cocktail mixes and liquor. Treats and more treats to accompany what you like to drink. A cute place with the vibe of a world market and specialty store. Walking through, there's so much to see. One of a kind art pieces to art deco, MCM, traditional and so much more. But if you're looking for clothes, it's heaven here. The options are endless. If you're a vintage lover, look no further. Racks and racks of amazing pieces. Just browsing the area took a while as something constantly was catching my eyes. I believe it's both local designer that have a storefront there as well. I could be wrong on that. It's a big open concept but I did notice some staff sitting at their areas so I assume it's their storefront. Anyways, it's amazing. Wither you're looking for something unique to vintage to up to date trends. You will find some amazing pieces here. Designer labels of all kinds are here. Shoes galore if your a shoe whore which I was salivating over...lol.... Just one thing after another. They do have fitting rooms scattered throughout for you. The employees was the sweetest. I'm not sure how many there are but the ones I've encountered were dolls. Imagine Fred Segal meets Dover Street with a mix of Paper Bag Princess. New meets old with a major twist. And then--cue the dramatic music--a 50-foot mannequin greeted me at the entrance like some fabulous fashion goddess welcoming me into another dimension. I was in a state of pure fashion bliss. And then I entered PSBS. And that, my friends, is where the novela began. I was browsing, looking at merchandise, minding my own business, when I approached the counter because I had a question. Suddenly, the cashier, "Chris," began shouting: "DON'T SOLICIT ME! DON'T SOLICIT ME!" Excuse me? I wasn't soliciting anyone. I was literally trying to ask a question. The entire interaction escalated so quickly that I found myself standing there thinking, What just happened? Did I accidentally walk into the season finale of a very dramatic telenovela? Chris became visibly red-faced and extremely agitated, and the intensity of the interaction was completely disproportionate to what was actually happening. I was simply a customer trying to ask a question, and suddenly I was on the receiving end of a level of anger I absolutely did not expect. At that point, the fashion fantasy was officially over. I did not feel comfortable or safe, so I left. And honestly? The 50-foot mannequin was the highlight of the entire experience. Market Market had me at Jeremy Scott and lost me somewhere around PSBS. If you're looking for liquor, I'd shop elsewhere and compare prices. But if you're looking for an unforgettable retail drama involving fashion, a giant mannequin, and an unexpected cashier confrontation... Well. Welcome to the novela.
